Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja memediasi work-family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru wanita sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Magelang saat PJJ (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh) berlangsung di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian survei.Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan alat bantu angket atau kuesioner yang berisi empat variabel yaitu work-family conflict (X1), stres kerja (X2), kinerja guru (Y), dan kepuasan kerja (Z). Uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan R2, uji signifikan, uji mediasi/intervening dengan menggunkan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan pengaruh tersebut dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: work-family conflict, stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

Abstract

Performance is work behaviour that has been achieved in completing the tasks and responsibilities given within a certain period. Factors that affect performance are organizational climate, communication and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance, to examine the effect of communication on employee performance, and to examine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tjengkeh Plantation Kendal Selokaton Plantation 120 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of sample employees taken being contract employees and employees aged at least 18-28 years, or at least the year of birth in 1995. Data collection used a questionnaire with alternative answer choices using a Likert scale that had been tested and met the requirements of validity and reliability. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the data analysis show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources in a company must be managed professionally to create a balance between employee needs and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. The company expects effective performance so that it obtains good work results in terms of quality and quantity through the responsibilities given to employees. Employee performance relates to several aspects such as work environment and motivation. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the work environment on employee performance, test the influence of the work environment on work motivation, test the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and test the influence of the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were CV employees. Arafa Power Abadi, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples and a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire and answers are assessed using a Likert scale. A validity and reliability test was first carried out to determine the measurements' accuracy and the questionnaire parameters' stability. Data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows tool. This research shows that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are one of the main factors in an organization because human resources act as movers, thinkers, and planners in an organization to achieve goals. Therefore, quality resources are needed to play this crucial role in improving employee and organizational performance. Several factors can influence performance, including employee engagement and organizational commitment. This research aims to test the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, test the effect of employee engagement on employee organizational commitment, test the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, and test organizational commitment in mediating the effect of employee engagement on the performance of Generation Z employees. The population in this study were employees of PT. Simojoyo Putra Engineering, East Cikarang. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire and answers are assessed using a Likert scale. To determine the accuracy of the measurements and the stability of the questionnaire parameters, a validity and reliability test was first carried out. Data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows tool. The results of the research show that employee engagement has a positive effect on employee organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment can mediate employee engagement on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja atau prestasi kerja merupakan hasil kerja orang secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Kinerja perawat adalah prestasi kerja yang di tunjukkan oleh perawat dalam melaksanakan tugas asuhan keperawatan sehingga menghasilkan output yang baik dalam kuantitas maupun kualitas sesuai dengan arahan pimpinan, kompetensi atau kemampuan dalam bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, menguji pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja perawat, menguji pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, menguji pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat melalui stres kerja perawat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo sebanyak 263 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap, yaitu sebanyak 105 perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan alternatif pilihan jawaban menggunakan skala likert yang telah diuji cobakan dan telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi dengan mengacu model yang dikembangkan Baron dan Kenny (1986) dan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20.0 for windows dan sobel test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat, beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat, dan stres kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat.
