Abstract

Saat ini implementasi rencana tata ruang yang diatur dalam Perda Nomor 6 tahun 2006 di kawasan pendidikan tinggi terpadu Kota Makassar tidak efektif. Di lokasi tersebut dalam kurun waktu tahun 2005-2013 semakin mengalami pengaruh ekspansi oleh fungsi ruang komersil. Prospek perkembangan pemanfaatan ruang tersebut dikhawatirkan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya penyimpangan pelaksanaan rencana tata ruang. Oleh karena itu dipandang penting untuk mengkaji kecenderungan pemanfataan ruang fungsi komersil yang signifikan di kawasan pendidikan tinggi terpadu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan perkembangan pemanfaatan ruang fungsi perdagangan terhadap rencana tata ruang di kawasan pendidikan tinggi terpadu selama kurun waktu tahun 2005-2013; Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan deduktif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa; observasi lapangan dan analisis dokumen. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi GIS untuk mengetahui sejauhmana perkembangan pemanfaatan ruang fungsi perdagangan terhadap rencana tata ruang di kawasan pendidikan tinggi terpadu. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terjadi kecenderungan pemanfaatan ruang fungsi perdagangan yang cukup signifikan di kawasan pendidikan tinggi terpadu Kota Makassar yang dikhawatirkan bila tidak dikendalikan dengan baik akan mengalami penyimpangan pemanfaatan ruang

Abstract

Abstrak Alun Abdul, 2019 "Study of Determining Selected Areas for Development Village Development Centers in North Obi District, Halmahera Sealataan Regency" . This study aims to determine the area selected for the development center of a village growth center in North Obi District, South Halmahera Regency. This study will analyze two things, namely: (1) identifying the potential of the village and the availability of facilities and infrastructure for each village in North Obi District, (2) determining the appropriate village to be developed as a growth center village in North Obi District. Based on the analysis of the village potential and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, it can be concluded that the existing facilities and infrastructure in North Obi District are generally sufficient. as the Village Growth Center (DPP). among others, are as follows: market facilities, lighting facilities, communication facilities, community institutions, service facilities and accessibility. Pasir Putih Village functions as a driving force for the economy of North Obi District, South Halmahera Regency, because all distribution of goods originating from hinterland villages will be marketed to other areas such as, South Obi District and, Obi District through West Madapolo Village. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the occurrence of abrasion in Aeng Batu-Batu Village and to identify mitigation efforts for abrasion disaster in Aeng Batu-Batu Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency.The variables used in this study consisted of 8 (eight) independents, namely: (1) Vegetation Condition, (2) Topography and Slope Slope, (3) Soil Type, (4) Beach Form, (5) Wind, (6) Ocean Wave , (7) Tidal, and (8) Sand Dredging Activities. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method and the Descriptive Analysis Method. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several factors that influence the occurrence of abrasion in Aeng Batu-Batu Village, namely natural factors in the form of vegetation conditions, topography and slopes, sea waves and tides. The artificial factor is sand dredging activity. The form of mitigation efforts that can be taken to minimize the occurrence of abrasion disasters is to carry out a soft structure development program and physical structure, as well as the preparation of a regional regulation on the prohibition of sand dredging activities and counseling, socialization and simulation of abrasion disaster mitigation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand how the process massal transportation services in fulfilled society’s journey in the city of Makassar. This research was conducted by a quantitative and qualitative methods to answer the services of Teman Bus (Trans Mamminasata) in order to fulfilled the travel needs of the people in the city of Makassar. The process of data collection through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires and also use the method of proportional samples. The data is analyzed by using borda analysis in the form of grouping, where instruments are based on the Target of the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number: KM.49 of 2005 concerning the National Transportation System (Sistranas). From 14 instruments, it is shown that the Teman Bus (Trans Mamminasata) service that affects people's travel is an safety instrument, comfort and affordable rate so that it can be concluded that the society’s judgements about Teman Bus (Trans Mamminasata) has a high level of safety during operation and the realization of tranquility, passengers could feel safety and comfortable while in Teman Bus (Trans Mamminasata), more than that this transportation also could offer low rate price that suitable with the purchasing power of society in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors causing the conversion of protected area land into cultivation areas and to identify directions for controlling the conversion of protected area land into cultivation areas in Malino Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods with the data collection process through field observations, documentation and analysis documents where the sampling uses purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed using Chi-Square analysis and SWOT analysis. From the results of the analysis test carried out the factors causing the change in the function of the Protected Area land into Cultivation Areas in Malino Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency, namely social factors marked by a lack of public understanding of the status of protected areas. So that the direction of control that is carried out is the strategy of implementing policies related to the status of protected areas to minimize the occurrence of land conversion in Malino Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction with water services in Buntusu Village, namely with water services and water quantity which had a significant effect so that community satisfaction with water services was tested using qualitative descriptive analysis tools and quantitative descriptive analysis using linear regression method. Factors that have a direct and significant effect on community satisfaction from the results of linear regression analysis, there are 2 stimulants of drinking water services (X1), and the quantity of drinking water (X3) the results are accepted meaning that it does not significantly affect community satisfaction. While the factors that do not have a direct significant effect on community satisfaction from the results of linear regression analysis, there are two, namely stimulants of drinking water quality (X2) and drinking water continuity (X4), then the results are rejected, meaning that they have a significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comfort level of pedestrian paths in the Somba Opu Makassar trading area. This study uses a quantitative method to answer the comfort level of pedestrian paths in the Somba Opu Makassar street trading area. Data collection is carried out through observation, documentation and questionnaires, where the sample is taken using simple random sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. This research is the result of descriptive and correlation methods using data collection techniques from observations, and documentation of pedestrian paths in the Jalan Somba Opu Makassar trade area whose instruments are based on the Targets of the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 02/SE/M/2018 concerning Technical Planning for Pedestrian Facilities .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what transportation infrastructure has an influence and to find out what transportation infrastructure is the priority to be developed for the Oyama Beach Tourism Object in Lokotoy Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. This study uses quantitative methods and qualitative methods in responding to the needs of any supporting transportation infrastructure in supporting the development of the Oyama Beach Tourism Object in Lokotoy Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. Retrieval of data through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires, where the sampling uses a proportional sample and purposive samples. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Borda Analysis tool. Of the 5 component indicators that show the most influence in supporting the development of the Oyama Beach Tourism Object, namely air transportation infrastructure where the availability of an airport at the research location makes many tourists come and visit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influencing factors and operational directions in waste management in Bacukiki Barat District, Pare-Pare City. This research is qualitative as material for consideration and reference material in analyzing descriptively. Research variables include storage, collection, transportation, final disposal, and operational techniques. The correlation analysis method is to determine whether there is a linear relationship between variables, then a qualitative descriptive analysis is carried out to provide direction for operational waste management. Based on the results of the correlation analysis where the factors causing non-optimal waste management are collection, transportation and final disposal so that the directives for the solid waste operational system are for containers to group garbage and election facilities so that they are differentiated using colored labels and closed containers as well as providing TPS and TPST in residential areas and carrying out provision of waste banks for 3R management.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors causing the availability of clean water in Ledu-Ledu Village, which is still limited, and what are the strategic directions for increasing the need for a clean water system in Ledu-Ledu Village. The data obtained will then be analyzed using scoring analysis dan SWOT analysis. From the results of the scoring analysis, it can be concluded that 2 (two) factors cause the availability of clean water in Ledu-Ledu Village to be still limited, namely the relatively low rainfall factor of between 2500-3000 mm, and the technological factor which is still lacking in quantity. So the strategy used is the WO strategy which minimizes weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities
