Abstract

This research is a study that uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by collecting questionnaires and company data. The respondents taken were the Service, Sales and Administration divisions. The research method taken is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study concluded that the absence of the application of a significant effect between kaizen on operating income at PT. Astra International TBK - TSO Manyar Gresik Branch. But with the results of interviews with the cadre of the company, it states that the one that affects operating income for the company is the regional problem of the company's area. Although not influential, the application  of  the  kaizen  culture  must  always  be  cultivated  to  increase operating profit in the company PT. Astra International TBK - TSO Manyar Gresik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and prove the effect of capital structure and earnings management on the financial performance of companies in large trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods in the form of descriptive statistics, classical assumption test. , and multiple regression linear analysis. Sampling used the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 companies . The results of this study indicate that partially the capital structure has a significant effect on the company's financial performance. While earnings management partially does not significantly affect the company's financial performance. And the capital structure and earnings management simultaneously have no significant effect on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Recovery process from crisis 1997 in all over ASEAN country had show a progress in 1999, where the economic condition is become batter than before. The report from World Economic Forum 2002 about economic growth in 80 countrys including ASEAN country have progress in their economic growth in 2001 and 2002 except Philippines and Indonesia. Report from World Investment report 2003 in their fact sheet, show that in all ASEAN countrys including Philippines have increase in transaction volume in their capital market, except Indonesia capital market. The fact that change in economic condition and recovery process from crisis doesn’t effect much to investor to invest their capital in philippines public company make some question, “is the public company in philippines have financial performance more batter than indonesia public company that also had decline in their economic condition?”. This research try ti find out the answer by compare financial performance (proxy by ratio) between public compani in philippines and indonesia. financial ratio use in this research is representation from liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, and all that ratio compare by Independent Sample T-test  in each observation time (2001 and 2002). The result from the test shows almost all ratio use (except ROA) indicate that financial performance in philippines public company is more batter then indonesia public company.

Abstract

Di wilayah kerja Posyandu Banjarsari, kondisi kesehatan masyarakat telah mencapai tingkat yang baik, namun perlu upaya lanjutan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Berdasarkan laporan SP2TP Puskesmas Cerme, terdapat peningkatan persentase hipertensi di Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil laporan tersebut mendukung pemilihan materi penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi, risikonya pada lansia, dan tindakan pencegahan, khususnya dengan mengurangi konsumsi garam harian. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di Posyandu Lansia Banjarsari dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan dukungan visual seperti poster. Tanggapan yang diberikan oleh para lansia sangat positif, mengingat mereka sebelumnya telah menerima penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi dari tenaga medis di puskesmas dan kader posyandu. Harapannya, materi penyuluhan ini dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif, dan pengetahuan yang disampaikan akan bermanfaat. Upaya ini sangat penting mengingat meningkatnya insiden hipertensi di daerah ini. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan adalah bahwa upaya ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai hipertensi dan tindakan pencegahannya

Abstract

Service activities are carried out based on the obstacles faced by a business actor, which reflects the inconsistency of business activities that have an impact on services that can be categorized as not good. This business activity has indications of poor management, and this is an essential need for business activities which cannot be separated from the importance of understanding financial management. To be precise, in this activity, business income or results that did not meet expectations were found. Through this activity, it is known that there are obstacles in financial management that affect workers' service to consumers and even the calculation of funding turnover or financing for the business. The aim and urgency of this service are to provide an understanding of the importance of commitment to financial recording so that it can become a benchmark and provide information on activities. Business the information in question is information that contains sustainable business activities. The stages of service implementation activities are divided into direct (face-to-face) and indirect (programmed arrival) implementation. The results of developing this simple recording concept are expected to provide new work patterns and new thinking for workers and business owners so that they can plan development activities that can be pursued.

Abstract

In an era where micro, small, and medium-sized businesses are developing and growing, proficiency in SMEs' financial reporting management is becoming increasingly important. This expansion is not unrelated to Indonesia's micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) growth, which is primarily concentrated in the Greek district and keeps growing every year. The supporting activities and training management of the financial report presentation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises SMEs in the village of Semampir, Cerme district of Gresik, are described in this article. This course aims to assist SMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized businesses) in becoming more proficient in handling financial reporting. The recording of financial transactions about cash inputs and cash outputs, the division of personal and corporate finances, financial protection, and financial planning are the four key topics covered in the supporting and training materials. Abstract

Sampah dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menambah penghasilan masyarakat seperti melalui pendirian Bank Sampah. Pendirian bank sampah dapat memiliki dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi melalui edukasi pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, memilih dan membedakan sampah organik dan anorganik serta memanfaatkan olahan sampah tersebut sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juli 2023 di Kantor Desa Banjarsari dan di ikuti oleh 65 orang peserta yang terdiri dari Pengurus dan Anggota PKK Desa Banjarsari. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode cerama berupa sosialisasi. Antusiasme peserta kegiatan menunjukan keingintahuan peserta bagaimana cara mendirikan bank sampah dan hal lain terkait bank sampah serta manfaatnya bagi warga lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat desa banjarsari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini penting karena ingin membuktikan bahwa pengaruh baik likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas terbaca dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 data dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kepustakaan (library research). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia atau www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Statistik Deskriptif, (2) Uji Asumsi Klasik, (3) Analisis Regresi Berganda, (4) Uji Hipotesis, dan (5) Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh likuiditas (Likuiditas), solvabilitas (debt to equity ratio), dan profitabilitas (earning per share) terhadap harga saham.
