Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan modul dengan pendekatan budaya lokal Banten untuk kelas VI Tema 4 Globalisasi Subtema 1 Globalisasi di Sekitarku. Materi yang digunakan pada modul adalah materi pada subtema 1 Globalisasi di sekitarku dengan menyisipkan unsur budaya lokal Banten di dalamnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model 4-D (Four D Models), terdiri dari 4 tahapan menurut Thiagarajan meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), kemudian perancangan (design), lalu pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Memperlihatkan hasil penelitian yaitu modul termasuk dalam kategori valid dalam perhitungan rekapitulasi secara menyeluruh aspek dari ketiga validator mendapatkan rata-rata nilai skor 4,8 dan IRR memperoleh skor 80%. Skor tersebut melebihi skor minimal yaitu 75% sesuai kriteria kelayakan produk. Hasil uji coba data n-gain semua siswa mendapat nilai rata-rata 0,97 dan termasuk kriteria yang tinggi, memperlihatkan produk efektif untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan membuat produk berbentuk media komik dengan basis Comic Life yang layak serta efektif dipakai di pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai yakni Research and Development (R&D) tipe 4D menurut teori Thiagarajan, yakni define, design, development, serta disseminate. Metode serta model ini dipilih sebab model pengembangan efektif mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpul data memakai wawancara, observasi, angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis yang dipakai yakni analisis kuantitatif serta kualitatif dengan sampel 10 peserta didik kelas II SD Negeri Cipaot Ciwandan. Pengujian validitas meliputi aspek pembelajaran, materi/kebenaran isi, pemilihan media, pemanfaatan media, dan bentuk fisik media yang melibatkan beberapa validator. Hasil penelitian terhadap kelayakan produk menunjukan bahwa dosen ahli materi memberikan nilai skor 86% (sangat layak), dosen ahli media 88% (sangat layak), guru 99% (sangat layak), maka hal ini menunjukan produk sudah layak digunakan. Hasil uji coba produk terbatas memperoleh nilai Pre-test 63% serta hasil post-test 88% dan hasil uji coba jumlah banyak 85,5% , Maka hal ini memperlihatkan produk media komik berbasis Comic Life dapat dikatakan efektif untuk digunakan di Sekolah Dasar Kata kunci: Kemampuan membaca, media Comic Life, Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Knowing the implementation of authentic assessment by PAI teachers in the learning process towards the readiness of implementing the independent curriculum which requires teachers to carry out authentic assessments is the goal to be achieved in this research. Qualitative descriptive is the method used in this research. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research sample was taken purposively, namely as many as 6 PAI teachers (Al-Quran Hadith, Fikih, Akidah Akhlak). The results obtained from the research show that there is an influence between the habit of applying authentic assessments on the readiness to implement the independent curriculum. As many as 66.6% of teachers stated that they understood authentic assessment and of the 66.6% of teachers who understood, 25% had not implemented authentic assessment. This is caused by teachers who think that authentic assessment is quite complicated to do and requires a long process that requires it in the long term. This has an impact on the lack of readiness to implement authentic independent curriculum assessments. Teachers who have not carried out authentic assessments feel unprepared if they have to apply authentic assessment to an independent curriculum, if there is no training on an independent curriculum, especially in matters related to authentic assessment

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing HOTS questions on the independence of students and the development of Panca Jiwa at Darunna'im Islamic Boarding School during the Ujian Muroja'ah Ammah. Historically, students have focused on religious studies, but this has now expanded to include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. HOTS questions play a significant role in the educational process because they test beyond memorization and require complex problem-solving skills. This research uses meta-analysis data from 20 national and international journals published between 2015 and 2021 to measure the influence of HOTS on student abilities. The findings show that participation in HOTS questions increases student independence by 45.70% and develops Panca Jiwa by 35.19%, with an effect size of 2.01, which is considered high. These results indicate that the implementation of HOTS questions in the curriculum significantly affects student independence and the development of Panca Jiwa in the Darunna'im Islamic Boarding School environment during the Ujian Muroja'ah Ammah in Cirende Kalanganyar, Lebak, Banten.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 is a phenomenon that has a very important impact on the order of life. Education is one of the fields that has felt the impact of the pandemicCovid-19 in Indonesia. Based on a circular relating to policies for implementing education during the emergency deployment period Covid-19 which has the impact of changing normal learning activities to distance learning. A program that is unusual to implement is certainly a program that needs to be analyzed regarding the implementation of the program. Primary level schools in Serang City are one of the objects that need to be explored regarding the implementation of distance learning. The aim of this research is to find out how online learning was implemented during the pandemic Covid-19 in elementary schools throughout the city of Serang. The method used is an evaluative qualitative research method using an evaluation model responsive evaluative according to Robert Stake's. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of online learning during the pandemic Covid-19 in elementary schools throughout the city of Serang is said to be quite conducive. This is of course adjusted to the conditions of each school. Facts on the ground show that the implementation of online learning is also influenced by internal and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ reading comprehension skills using the text summarization technique in the 5th grade of SDN Kasunyatan. The subjects of this classroom action research (CAR) involved forty students. The data was collected using learning observation, reading comprehension tests, and documentation. The analysis of these data uses both qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. This study uses a text summarization technique as an action. The text summarization technique has four syntaxes. First is monitoring, which means that students read the text until they understand the reading material. Next is trimming down to take keywords from each paragraph, then combining these keywords and creating mind mapping. The last is calling; it means that students rewrite all things they remember about the reading text. This research shows that the text summarization techniques improved students’ reading comprehension skills, indicating an increase for each indicator.

Abstract

The integration of technology in education, especially cognitive technology, is important to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning assessment and evaluation process. Cognitive technology, which combines artificial intelligence and machine learning, offers new possibilities for adapting and personalizing learning experiences. However, its use in learning assessment is still limited and requires further investigation to identify its effectiveness. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the role of cognitive technology in learning assessment and evaluation. The main objective is to determine the extent to which this technology can improve the accuracy and relevance of feedback provided to students and explore the potential for improving learning outcomes through adapting learning content based on assessment data. This research uses quantitative methods with an experimental design. The research sample involved students at a university who used a cognitive technology-based assessment system during one academic semester. The results show that using cognitive technology in assessment can improve accuracy in diagnosing learning weaknesses and provide more personalized and timely feedback. Additionally, students who took assessments with cognitive technology showed greater improvements in academic achievement compared to a control group that did not use similar technology. This research concludes that integrating cognitive technology in learning assessment and evaluation offers great potential to improve the educational process by providing more relevant and personalized feedback. This technology supports teachers in identifying individual learning needs and helps students understand their weaknesses, facilitating more effective and efficient learning. Abstract

Background. Quantum computing is a technology that has great potential to revolutionize various scientific disciplines with its extraordinary computing capabilities. Multiple fields, such as cryptography, optimization, and complex simulation, have begun to explore quantum computing applications. However, a deep understanding of how these technologies can be used effectively in cross-disciplinary informatics still needs to be improved. Purpose. This research aims to develop a theoretical framework that explains the role of quantum computing in advancing interdisciplinary informatics. The main focus is to identify potential applications and challenges faced in applying this technology in various fields and evaluate its impact on the development of science and technology. Method. This research uses a qualitative approach, a literature review, and theoretical analysis methods. Data were collected from various academic sources, including journals, books, and conferences relevant to quantum computing and interdisciplinary informatics. Analysis was conducted to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between quantum computing and cross-disciplinary applications. Results. The research results show that quantum computing has the potential to solve complex computational problems in various fields, including cryptography, optimization, and physical simulation. Quantum computing can provide more efficient and faster solutions than classical computing. However, the research also identified several significant challenges, such as the need for quantum-specific algorithms and sophisticated technological infrastructure. Conclusion. Quantum computing is essential in advancing interdisciplinary informatics by providing superior computing capabilities. The theoretical framework developed in this research can be used to further study and develop quantum computing applications in various fields. The identified challenges require special attention to ensure effective and efficient implementation of this technology.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of interactive learning media that can stimulate critical thinking learning, and the difficulty of teachers in developing IT-based learning media. The research objective was to determine the development and feasibility procedures of Canva-based animated video media to improve critical thinking skills in science lessons. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE research model, which consists of 5 stages, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Based on the steps above, the researchers produced a product in the form of an animated video based on Canva in natural science lessons on the human digestive system. From the data obtained after the feasibility test results were validated by media experts and material experts with an overall validator score of 93.74% in the "very feasible" category. Furthermore, the results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase of 38.48, which means that the designed media has an effect on student learning outcomes. Then increase students critical thinking skills with a result of 0.8 with "high" category. So, it can be concluded that Canva-based animated video media is feasible to use and can improve critical thinking skills.
