Abstract

Leaders have their own leadership styles, one of which is transformational leadership style, where this transformational leadership style can provide motivation and change in the workplace environment. Research objectives to find out the relationship of transformational leadership style with the performance of nurses in the inpatient room during the Covid-19 pandemic in RSU Tangerang Regency. The research uses quantitative research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample technique used by this study is a saturated sampling technique or total sampling with a sample number of 108 respondents. Transformational leadership styles category good 61 (56.5%). Special performance of nurses category good 78 (72.2%). General performance of category good 58 nurses (53.7%). 56 (91.8%) have a transformational leadership style good and good to the performance of nurse-specifics. 48 (78.7%) have a transformational leadership style that is good and good for the general performance of nurses. There is a transformational leadership style relationship with nurse-specific performance with A Value of 0.000 and OR 12.72. There is a transformational leadership style relationship with the general performance of nurses with a P Value of 0.000 and an OR of 13.66. There is a transformational leadership style relationship with nurse performance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Nyeri post operasi merupakan satu dari masalah-masalah keluhan pasien tersering di rumah sakit. Nyeri post operasi sebagai konsekuensi pembedahan yang tidak dapat dihindari dengan adanya masalah nyeri sehingga perlu dilakukan intervensi keperawatan untuk menurunkan nyeri. Salah satu bentuk intervensi tersebut adalah terapi music. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terapi music terhadap penurunn intensitas nyeri post operasi berdasarkan literature review. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian literature review atau tinjauan pustaka studi literature review. Dengan jumlah jurnal sebanyak 19 Jurnal penelitian yang sudah dipublikasi dari tahun 2015-2020. Hasil dan Pembahasan :. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literature dari 19 jurnal yang dianalisis menunjukan bahwa terapi musik cukup signifikan mempengaruhi perubahan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Hasil menyatakan dengan rentang nilai p-value antara <0,00 sampai <0,05. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post opersi. Kata kunci : Terapi Musik, Intensitas Nyeri, Post Operasi

Abstract

Nursing services are an integral part of hospital health services, which have a very strategic position in an effort to improve the quality of customer service who comes to the hospital. The purpose of this systematic review is to determine the relationship between caring and therapeutic communication with the quality of nursing services. The method used to search for the article database consisted of quantitative studies collected from the scholar database published in 2015-2020. The results show that caring is good so that patients feel satisfied and therapeutic communication is good so that patients feel satisfied with the quality provided in nursing services. The conclusion is that the quality of health services has an influence on the frequency of patient satisfaction, the better the quality of health services, the better the frequency of patient satisfaction levels. Thus, there is a significant relationship between caring and therapeutic communication with the quality of nursing services.

Abstract

The implementation of nursing care is a never-ending cycle so nurses are required to use the nursing process and participate in activities that can lead to improvements in the nursing process. This study aims to determine the description of theories, findings and research results from previous researchers so as to get an overview of the factors that are related to the implementation of nursing care in hospitals. The study was conducted using a literature review as a guide to search for research articles obtained from the internet using the Google Scholar site and articles were filtered using the PRISMA method. Based on the 11 journal articles reviewed that the factors related to the implementation of nursing care there are several factors that are related to the implementation of nursing care, namely: knowledge, nurse-patient ratio or workload, lack of inadequate facilities, work environment, related problems salary, and awards or rewards.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas unable to produce enough insulin or the body unable to use insulin effectively. The number of people with Diabetes Mellitus in the world is 387 million people with a prevalence of 8.3% of the population, every 7 seconds 1 person in the world dies of Diabetes Mellitus. The number of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers in Indonesia in 2017 was 10.3 million. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of diabetes patients in maintaining blood sugar levels in order to keep them under control. The research method uses qualitative methods, with a descriptive phenomenological approach that aims to describe, explain, interpret and analyze the results in a deep and structured manner to obtain data about the patient's life experiences in the form of stories and narratives. The results of research on the experience of patients with diabetes mlitus in maintaining blood sugar levels so that the tta is controlled that has a variety of experiences. The conclusion of this research is diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease because the body is unable to control the amount of glucose in the blood, the inability to control glucose levels in the blood occurs due to interference with the hormone insulin where the body is unable to produce enough or not at all, this causes hyperglycemia , where the state of high blood sugar is dangerous.

Abstract

Elderly is synonymous with a decline in health status, especially physical health problems. With age, the elderly often experience health problems and various diseases and organ function decline. The declining health condition of the elderly can affect the quality of life and daily activities of the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the activity of the elderly following the posyandu for the elderly and the quality of life. Research Methods using a literature review as a guide to finding research articles obtained from the internet using the Google Scholar site. The results of the analysis of 9 selected research articles showed that family support greatly influenced the level of activity of the elderly in attending the elderly posyandu. because, broadly speaking, the factors that influence the activity of the elderly in participating in posyandu activities are the knowledge of the elderly about the benefits of the posyandu, family support, the motivation of the elderly, and the physical condition of the elderly.
