Abstract

Piroxicam is an anti-inflammatory drug of the NSAID class that is commonly used as an analgesic and anthireumatic drug. Its use is often combined with gastric drugs, one of which is omeprazole, considering the side effects of piroxicam which can irritate the stomach. Piroxicam and omeprazole work on the same enzyme, CYP-450 so that it can affect the pharmacokinetic profile especially in the metabolic and excretion phases of piroxicam. This research is an experimental study using 3 male rabbits. Measurement of plasma levels of piroxicam drug is carried out using a High Performance’s Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) tool. The validation method is used to determine LOD and LOQ values, accuracy, and precision tests. The results of data analysis using t-tables. The results showed the value of pharmacokinetic parameters in the absorption phase increased or there were differences but did not show any significant effect on each group. While the pharmacokinetic parameter values ​​in the metabolic and excretion phases decreased and showed no differences between groups. The administration of omeprazole and piroxicam together and the administration of piroxicam which was given an hour earlier by omeprazole can inhibit the enzyme that stimulates the metabolism of piroxicam so that it affects the pharmacokinetic parameters in the absorption phase and also excretion but is not significant.

Abstract

Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 009 Teluk Kecamatan Kuala Kampar ditemukan permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas guru yang masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan penggunaan strategi belajar peta konsep dengan berbantukan media gambar peta konsep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terlaksana dalam 2 siklus dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sebanyak 15 orang, Terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 6 siswa perempuan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan, yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Strategi Belajar Peta Konsep Berbantukan Media Gambar Pada Siswa Kelas V Tema 1 Subtema 1 SD N 009 Teluk Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Tahun Pelajaran 2019 – 2020 sudah optimal. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata 59 menjadi 72 dan persentase ketuntasan 20% meningkat menjadi 60% dengan kategori “Baik”, ada siklus II hasil belajar siswa kembali meningkat dari siklus I yaitu rata-rata 72 menjadi 85 dan persentase ketuntasan 60% menjadi 80% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Aktifitas Guru pada siklus I dikategorikan “Baik” dengan persentase 73%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan pesentase 88%. Aktifitas Siswa pada siklus I dikategorikan “Baik” dengan persentase 75% dan pada siklus II juga meningkat menjadi 88% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”

Abstract

Mechanical mosquito population control can use Trapping. Trapping is a mosquito trap as an effort to reduce the mosquito population in an effort to reduce the mosquito population that causes dengue by using attractant media. An attractant is something that has an attraction to insects (mosquitoes) both chemically and physically. Chemical attractants can be in the form of ammonia, CO2, lactic acid and actenol compounds. These substances or compounds are made from organic materials or are the result of metabolic processes of living things which have been shown to affect the olfactory nerves of the Aedes aegypti mosquito.Modification of the trapping form and the use of attractant types with the right concentration ratio are needed to produce an Aedes aegypti mosquito vector trap that can work optimally, is easy to do and can be applied in the field. The results of previous studies suggest using dry media to make it easier to apply and be applied directly in the field. Through the One House One Jumantik Movement, the target participants of this community service activity are PKK cadres and larvae monitors at the RT level to mobilize housewives in monitoring the presence of larvae at home. The knowledge of the target audience was assessed through pre and post tests which were distributed during the event. In accordance with the results of the pre and post test recapitulation, it is known that the target already has sufficient knowledge so that the increase in the percentage of knowledge after explaining the material increases by 5 percent. The enthusiasm of the target in the practice of making larvitrap can explain that the curiosity and intention of the target in an effort to suppress dengue cases is high. In addition to making larvitrap, the target was also given information about the identification and bionomic vector of DHF through a microscope. Through a microscope, the target will know the true description of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae that are different from other types of mosquito larvae.
