Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaiman komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh ustad dan ustazah pada TPA Al-Mukhayyarah dalam hal membimbing santri dalam upaya memberikan pemahaman agama. Anak dalam hal ini adalah santri perlu dibimbing dan dibina agar pemahaman agamanya kuat. Sehingga anak-anak mempunyai pemahaman untuk melakukan ibadah dan mempunyai ketahan untuk membentengi diri dari pengaruh zaman yang semakin canggih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitati deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil peneelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada berapa proses yang dilakukan oleh ustad dan ustazah dalam membimbing santri seperti pembinaan akhlah, peningkatan prestasi anak, ajakan dan pendampingan, keteladanan, memberi peringatan, reward, dan punishment, Pemahaman bacaan Al-quran, kelancaran bacaan shalat fardhu. Dalam hal membimbing santri juga memiliki beberapa hambatan adalah anak-anak yang tidak tidur siang, atau tidak cukup tidur, sehingga mengantuk saat mengaji, anak yang murung karena sering dimarahi oleh orang tuanya, sehingga perlu bimbingan khusus untuk membangkitkan semangatnya kembali. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Membimbing, Santri, Pemahaman Agama.

Abstract

Dunia usaha Indonesia saat ini masih didominasi oleh Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Jika melihat jumlah UMK di Provinsi Riau, Kabupaten Bengkalis (42.029 UMK) menempati posisi keempat terbesar di Provinsi Riau setelah Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Kamis, 25 Agustus 2022, di BUMDesa Mekar Jaya. Ada 33 peserta dalam kegiatan tersebut. Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan UMKM tentang pentingnya pemasaran dan meningkatkan branding produk UMKM yang dibina melalui video promosi. Kegiatan ini juga akan menambah pola Kerjasama antara Dunia Industri dan Dunia Akademik sehingga terjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara semua pihak.

Abstract

UNICEF in 2019 said there are around 115 million boys married under the age of 18. According to UNICEF in 2021, the most marriages of underage girls before the age of 18 in the world occurred in Nigeria, accounting for 76%. Chad and the Central African Republic rank next at 61% and Mali at 54%. Indonesia is ranked second with early childhood in ASEAN after Kambojo and ranked 8th in the world for child marriage cases. The impact of early marriage, maternal safety due to childbirth, and children born are also at risk of death in new babies, BBLR and stunting. Theresearch is to know theeffectiveness of education through leaflets to increase adolescent knowledge about the risks of early marriage. The research method uses experimental Quasi with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was all young women who lived in Saga Balaraja Village, Tangerang in December 2022, as many as 48 people. So the sampling in this study was total sampling. The results of the study onthe frequency of knowledge of respondents before being given education through leaflet media were mostly knowledgeable less than 75.0% and after being educated most young women were well informed 58.3%. There is an effectiveness of education through leaflets on increasing young women's knowledge about the risks of early marriage (p. value 0.000). Theconclusion of this study is ada effectiveness of education through leaflets on increasing the knowledge of young women about the risks of early marriage. It is hoped that there will be cooperation with health workers to provide health education about the risks of early marriage.

Abstract

Aims: Depo-Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA) is a contraceptive with a 150mg dose administered every three months by injection via intramuscular. The mechanism is to prevent ovulation by thickening the cervical mucus resulting in the endometrium being non-optimal for implantation and accelerating ovum transport inside the fallopian tube. One of The side effects of contraception using DMPA is the disruption of the menstrual cycle. Primary health data in 2018 shows that quarterly injected contraceptives as the most used contraception (42,2%). The research goal is to analyze the effects of DMPA on the instability of the menstrual cycle of KB acceptors by injection in the Cikulur public health center workspace year 2022. Methods: The research is a form of analytical approach using the cross-sectional research method done in November 2022. The population of this research consists of quarterly KB acceptors in the Cikulur public health center consisting of 1.646 people. The sampling method used is an accidental sampling technique of 94 people. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The data analytic used is chi-square. Result: This research shows there is a relationship between age and the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,000; occupation with the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,006; the duration of use with the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000; medical history with the instability of menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000; and lastly re-injection compliance with the instability of menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000. Conclusion: There is a relationship between age, occupation, duration of use, and re-injection compliance with the instability of the menstrual cycle. A piece of advice for acceptors, the result of this research could be regarded as informational material on the side effects that might occur under the usage of KB injection by DMPA.

Abstract

Aims: Dysmenorrhea is pain or cramps in the lower abdomen that appear before or during menstruation. The problem of menstrual pain in young women if not addressed immediately can have a bad impact on adolescent productivity including learning activities. Data from the Lebak Regency Health Office in 2021 reported dysmenorrhea cases in adolescents by 62.4% of the 5,000 adolescents surveyed and 35% of them complained that their activity was limited due to dysmenorrhea. Method: The research method uses quasi-experiments with a pre-posttest two group design. Sample of this study was 30 young women in grades X, XI, XII who experienced dysmenorrhea with sampling technique uses total sampling. Instruments use questionnaires. Bivariate analysis uses the paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: The average dysmenorrhea intensity of young women in the intervention group before being given acupressure massage was 6.60 and after being given acupressure massage decreased to 2.80, while in the control group before being given physical movement william's flexion exercise was 6.53 and after being given acupressure massage decreased to 3.87. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effectiveness of acupressure and william flexion exercise against reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea in young women (p = 0.000). Conclusion : Acupressure massage is more effective at reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea compared to giving William's flexion exercise. It is hoped that young women will treat dysmenorrhea in a non-pharmacological way, namely by acupressure massage or doing physical movements in William's flexion exercise.
