Abstract

The palm oil smallholder partnership program is an initiative designed to support small oil palm farmers through partnerships with companies, and governments,. The main goal is to increase productivity, quality and welfare of small farmers while ensuring environmental sustainability. Company PT. Abdi Budi Mulia is a company engaged in palm oil plantations and processing factories. This company is implementing a partnership program in the South Labuhan Batu sub-district. This community service activity is intended to determine the impact of the existence of PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in carrying out partnership program activities in South Labuhan Batu. South Labuhan Batu Regency is one of the districts with good palm oil potential, especially in Kampung Rakyat. With the large area of ​​plantations in the area, good planning and processing is needed so that sustainable development can be realized, as well as improving community welfare. The problem that occurs in South Labuhan Batu is that the lack of education regarding palm oil plantations has resulted in the productivity of community-owned palm oil being lower compared to the productivity of company-owned (private) palm oil. This can be seen from the low price of community palm oil due to the quality of the owned palm oil. society is not very high

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Cita Rasa terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen di Tau Kua Heci Medan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif, unit analisis dan observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Rumah Makan Tau Kua Heci dan Mie Rebus. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 272 konsumen berdasarkan tabel Isaac and Michael dengan metode sampel aksidental. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis ini mencakup validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Cita rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variable harga dan cita rasa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari tingkat empati dan daya tanggap terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira sebagai tempat pendidikan anak mereka. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua orang tua peserta didik yang mendaftarkan anak-anak mereka di PAUD Sekolah Maitreyawira periode 2022. Melalui penggunaan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 192 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat empati dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, tingkat empati dan daya tanggap juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira. Hal ini diperkuat oleh nilai R square (R2), yang menandakan bahwa tingkat empati dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira.   Kata kunci: Empati, Daya Tanggap, Keputusan Memilih.   Abstract: This study aims to assess the impact of empathy and responsiveness on parents' decisions in choosing Maitreyawira PAUD School as their child's place of education. The study Population included all parents of students who enrolled their children in PAUD Sekolah Maitreyawira for the period 2022. Through the use of the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 192 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that the level of empathy and responsiveness had a positive and significant influence individually on the decision to choose Maitreyawira ECCE School. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that together, the level of empathy and responsiveness also has a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose Maitreyawira ECCE School. This is reinforced by the R square (R2) value, which indicates that the level of empathy and responsiveness has a significant influence on the decision to choose Maitreyawira PAUD School.   Keywords: Empathy, Responsiveness, Choosing Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether training and work discipline affect employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Medan Branch Office. The performance produced by employees at this company is not good, because the training factor which is still considered not good is carried out based on established procedures and work discipline in this case is the high level of employee absenteeism. The population in this study was 50 employees, the sample used was 50 employees.The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. For the work discipline variable, there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. For the variables of training and work discipline on employee performance, it was simultaneously obtained that there was a positive and significant effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Medan Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance can be seen from the value of R Square which means that there is an effect of training and work discipline on employee performance. Apart from training and work discipline, there are other influences that affect employee performance such as compensation, leadership style, motivation and other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Service Quality, Relational Marketing on Consumer Purchasing Decisions there is PT. Garuda Teladan Biscuid Binjai North Sumatra. Population in research at PT. Garuda Teladan Biscuid Binjai North Sumatra as many as 157 respondents. The sample was obtained by 61 respondents. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. data sources in this study from primary data collection techniques, namely observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the partial research are quality of service has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Relational Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously obtained Quality of Service and Relational Marketing affects Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The results of the R Square Test showed that the Quality of Service and Relational Marketing had an influence of 81.5%, while the remaining 18.5 was influenced by other factors not included in this study such as Price, Promotion, Products, and so on
