Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh latihan dribble menggunakan satu kaki dominan dan latihan dribble menggunakan dua kaki bergantian terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola. Metode penelitian dengan eksperimen pola macthing by subjek design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SSB TUNAS MUDA Ngroto usia 14 tahun 2015, sampel penelitian sejumlah  20 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas yaitu dribble menggunakan satu kaki dominan dan dribble menggunakan dua kaki bergantian, dan dengan variabel terikat yaitu kecepatan dribbling bola. Instrumen tes menggunakan tes kecepatan dribbling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 5% dan db= n-1. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan: (1) Ada pengaruh latihan latihan dribble menggunakan satu kaki dominan terhadap kecepatan dribbling dalam permainan sepakbola, karena thitung (4.518)> ttabel(2.262). (2) Ada pengaruh latihan dribble menggunakan dua kaki bergantian terhadap kecepatan dribbling pada permainan sepakbola, karena thitung (10.333) > ttabel(2.262). (3) Tidak ada pengaruh antara latihan dribble menggunakan satu kaki dominan dan dua kaki bergantian terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, karena thitung (1.550) < ttabel (2.262). Namun, hasil mean latihan dribble dua kaki (72.958) menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada satu kaki yaitu rata-rata satu kaki (67.221).   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to find out the effects of the dribbling exercise on one dominant leg and the dribbling exercise uses two legs alternately for the speed of ball dribbling. Research methods with experimental with macthing by subject design. This research population is 14 years old students of SSB Tunas Muda Ngroto in 2015, the sample number is 20 people with purposive sample technique. The independent variables are the dominant leg dribble and two legs alternately dribble, then the dependent variable is the speed of ball dribbling. The instrument of tests uses dribbling speed test. Statistical data analysis uses t-test with significance level is 5% and db = n-1. The results of data analysis can be concluded that: (1) There is an effect of the exercise for one dominant leg dribble to the speed of dribbling in the football game, because tcount (4.518)> ttable (2.262). (2) There is an effect of exercise using two legs alternately dribble to the speed of dribbling on the football game, because tcount (10.333)> ttable (2.262). (3) No influence of the exercise on one dominant leg dribble and two legs alternately dribble to the speed of ball dribbling, because tcount (1.550) <ttable (2.262). However, the average results of dribbling exercise with two legs (72.958) showed better results than one leg (67.221).
