Abstract

Pengujian konsumsi bahan bakar ini dilakukan dengan alat penghemat Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) IM Power dengan spesimen uji motor matic, semi automatic dan manual. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan alat penghemat bahan bakar terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar sepeda motor uji tersebut. Bahan bakar berhubungan dengan bilangan oktan yang menunjukkan seberapa besar tekanan yang bisa diberikan sebelum bensin terbakar secara spontan. Pemilihan jenis bahan bakar harus diperhitungkan rasio kompresi motor. Konsumsi bahan bakar kendaraan semakin menjadi perhatian mengingat harga bahan bakar minyak sebagai bahan bakar utama kendaraan semakin meningkat harganya. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan konsumsi bahan bakar yang dipasang dengan alat penghemat bahan bakar pada sepeda motor bertransmisi matic,semi matic dan manual. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisa data adalah konsumsi bahan bakar yang menggunakan alat penghemat bahan bakar mengalami penurunan dengan bahan bakar bensin produksi Pertamina terdiri dari Premium, Pertamax maupun Pertalite yang mempunyai kandungan nilai oktan berbeda.

Abstract

Pump CWP (Circulating Water Pump) serve to provide water for the condenser is also for the makeup water tank. CWP structure consists of a suction bell, impeller chamber and impeller, diffuser, discharge elbow, lower the main shaft and the main upper shaft, electric motor. Cooler motors wrapped around the walls of the pump motor CWP. Cooler tube has a diameter of 14 mm and a thickness of 1 mm. In November 2011 there has been damage to the engine water pump. Date March 15, 2013 experienced the same case, the damage occurred in the pump cooler pump motor CWP bottom (lower shaft CWP 6). Cooler winding temperature at around 35-75 o C. This section serves to cool the temperature of the pump motor. Cooler pump motor is made of copper-type C12250, included in a group of pure copper. The study was conducted to determine the causes and mechanisms of failure in elbow cooler. To find out more about the causes of the failure of this material then, an analysis of the failure of the observations in the form of macro, micro observations (metallographi), testing of SEM-EDAX, XRD testing, as well as simulating fluent. Based on the results of testing that was done failures in the cooler tube elbow caused by corrosion-erosion and cavitation. The mechanism of erosion-corrosion due to the combination of high flow rates and corrosive fluids. At high flow rates physically corrosive fluids clicking eliminate erosion and corrosion protection layer thus opening reactive metal underneath. Suspended slurries strengthen and accelerate corrosion-erosion (Accelerate corrosion-erosion attack).Key Word : Cooler, coorosion-erosion, elbow tube cooler.

Abstract

The existence of Basmati rice among the upper middle class in Indonesia is increasingly popular. Unfortunately, this rice is only grown in northern India and Pakistan. Fulfillment of rice must be imported and the price in Indonesia is relatively expensive. Responding to this phenomenon, the Center for Rice Research (BB Padi), the Agricultural Research and Development Agency succeeded in assembling a special rice variety Basmati. And given the name Baroma, an abbreviation of type Basmati Aromatic rice. And Baroma rice was launched in Subang in 2019 until now it has been recorded that several agricultural lands in Subang have planted this type. The more types of rice varieties, the more types of rice will be found. So that it will make consumers difficult to distinguish between types of rice with one another. Therefore, we need a solution to overcome this problem. And one solution that can be used is to use AI technology, as in the research we did. Using the CNN algorithm produces very good accuracy for detecting types of rice such as the type of data used for training data and test data. From the results of the model training carried out, it produces an accuracy rate of 98,52% while model testing to see how well the model predicts the label correctly is 97,80%.
