Abstract

This study aims to determine how the structure and performance of the confection industry in Pekanbaru city. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive methods. The type of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where the primary data itself is obtained directly from respondents through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the secondary data itself is obtained through government agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City. The analytical method used in this research is a strategy of analyzing structure and industrial performance with the help of Market Share (MS, Concentration Ratio (CR), Indeks Herfiendahl-Hirschman (IHH), and Price Cost Margin(PCM). The results of the study of market share obtained the highest MS of 6,79% and the lowest MS of 1,25%. Research on the Concentration Ratio of 4 companies (CR4) in the confection industry in Pekanbaru City amounted to 24,55%. Indeks HerfiendahlHirschman (IHH) calculation is 0,048599. Abstract

This research was conducted on the community in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out whether prices have an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. 2) To find out whether income has an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. 3) To find out whether gender has an influence on online shopping demand in the city of Pakanbaru. The theory used in this research is the theory related to demand. The type and approach of this research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The total population of this study was 1,149,359 people of Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution) 25 program. The results of the data analysis show that the R2 value is 0.748, meaning that price, income and gender affect online shopping demand by 74.8% whereas 25, 2% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. From the results of statistical tests it can be seen that the significant value of the F test of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that price, income and gender simultaneously or jointly affect the demand for online shopping.Keywords : Online Shopping Requests, Prices, Income and Gender

Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the system of the split income of rubber farming, the income level of rubber tappers and the income of landowners in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan. The population of this study was 57 people who did the split income system, used the census sample as sampling method that all people who carried out the system are categorized as the sample. The data were primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by using interview techniques, questionnaire, and documentation. The analytical method used in this research was descriptive and quantitative using Revenue formulas. The results of this study show the system of split income in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan. There are two split income systems found in this study, the first is ½ split income (equal share between the landowners and tapping farmers) and the second is 1/3 split income (1 for landowner and 2 for tapper farmers), with details of the cost of dependents by each party is different. Based on the split income between the landowners and tapping farmers, it can be concluded that the size of the income of tapping farmers and landowners is in accordance with the magnitude of the responsibilities of each party. Dependents issued by land owners are greater than tappers' dependents, so that the income of tapping farmers is greater than the income of landowners in Rawang Empat, Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan.Keywords: Split Income System, Rubber Farmer Income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for car body in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study the population taken was the person who made a request for a car body in the city of Pekanbaru and used a sample of 84 respondents. This research uses accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method using SPSS software version 2.4. By using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the value of R squared was 0.757, which means that 75.7% of body demand in Pekanbaru City was influenced by the variable price of the goods themselves and consumer income while 24.3% was influenced by other variables. Simultaneous regression of independent variables has an influence on the dependent variable. Partially the price of the goods itself has a negative and significant influence on the demand for car body in the city of Pekanbaru. While the consumer income variable has a positive and significant impact on the demand for car body in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Carrosery Demand, Price of Goods Itself, Consumer Revenue, Consumer Taste

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy of the freshwater fish feed industry in Kampar subdistrict of Kampar district . This study using all population of 18 units of fish feed industry as the sample by using the census method, Analysis method used in this reseatch is SWOT Analysis and IE Matrix. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the fish feed industry in Kampar District, Kampar Regency, has a strategy to develop a business in dealing with internal and external problems. IE matrix for the fish feed industry is in Column V, which has moderate internal and external capabilities and is in a state of growth and stability. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, this strategy is in quadrant 1 (aggressive strategy). The strategy that must be established in these circumstances is to support aggressive growth policies. This aggressive strategy is more focused on SO (StrengthOpportunities) strategy, namely by using strength to take advantage of existing opportunities.Keywords: Strategy, Internal, Eksternal

Abstract

The role of the industrial sector in regional economic development is able to produce goods and services with higher added value in a variety of certain commodities. In the processing industry, wood is one of the widely used raw materials. With the use of wood as raw materials and in accordance with its purpose wood can be used as decorative, functional and structural. One of the wood processed products that are widely used as industrial and trade needs is wooden pallet products. SiakHulu district is one of the areas in Kampar kabuaten with a pallet industry that is superior. this study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the production of wooden pallet industry in District SiakHulu Kampar Regency. The data used is primary data obtained from 5 timber pallet industries located in SiakHulu District and secondary data obtained from BPS and SiakHulu Sub-District Office. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods to measure the influence of free variables on bound variables. The results of this study showed that variable capital, raw materials, labor, and technology have a significant effect on the production of wooden pallet industry in SiakHulu District. The dominant variable affecting production in the wooden pallet industry is the raw material variable.Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Labor, Technology, Production
