Abstract

Objectives-Financial management is the process of systematically carrying out financial resources to meet the needs of life. In financial management, a person often thinks partially, thus causing illogical use of money because of the mental accounting aspects of the individual. This research aimed to analyze mental accounting in household financial management of civil servants of senior high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. Methods - This research was a descriptive study. The sample in this research was civil servant of high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the high school teacher in Sirimau district Ambon. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics using frequency distribution. Results - The research results indicate that there is a mental acoounting in household financial management. This can be seen from the behavior that tends to classify and enforce differently depending on where the money comes from. In this research, mental accounting is used as a self control in the sense that it does not have a biased effect but a good one.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the impact of covid 19 and technologicalreadiness by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises typical Maluku souvenirs in the cityof Ambon. The research was conducted on 42 typical Moluccan ole-ole businesses inAmbon City. 13 of them are shops that sell all typical Moluccan ole-ole products, theremaining 29 are ole-ole shops with shell decorations. The results of the study found thatin general the readiness of information technology (IT) by MSMEs was at a low level.Many factors hinder IT readiness, such as human resources, technology resources andlack of working capital. SMEs that use IT are still at the operational or opportunisticlevel, and have not yet reached the strategic level. Moreover, in this condition, this paperalso provides several recommendations to improve IT readiness by MSMEs with policyinterventions and the implementation of several programs.

Abstract

Today’s life is no longer featured by simplicity as past times, rather it is filled by diversitiesand changes of new way of thinking. Leadership practices based on past theories are no longerable in creating a more fundamental change and what is more needed today is change of behavior,values, and motivation. This fundamental change is essential due to their increasing needs. Inorder to respond those needs, thus a kind of leadership theory was developed that is known astransactional and transformational leadership.In addition to leader, employees have their own important role in running the life oforganization’s business and become active players in every organization’s activities. As we knowthat in general from since birth, men and women are treated differen.Those differences and characteristics will be brought into the working world, and by thepresence of those differences indeed will cause different employee’s perception (point of view)with others, even though they are put together in a same work environment.Therefore, this research has an objective to analyze difference in perception based on genderrelated to transactional and transformational leadership. Research sample was 98 employees ofPT. Indofood Sukses Makmur. Data was collected through questionnaire dissemination. Researchresults showed that there was no difference in perception based on gender.
