Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Principal leadership on teacher performance, (2) the work climate on teacher performance, (3) work climate and principals' leadership together on teacher performance. The research method used is the method of correlation. The research respondents were high school teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Samarinda , SMA Negeri 12 Samarinda , SMA Negeri 13 Samarinda , and SMA Islam Bunga Bangsa Samarinda in North Samarinda Sub-District as many as 106 people . The technique of collecting data uses a structured questionnaire, with three instruments, namely the work climate, principal leadership and teacher performance. The results of the study show (1) there is a positive effect of principals' leadership on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient = 0.078, (2) there is a positive effect of the work climate on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient = 0.206; (3) there is a positive effect of work climate and principal leadership on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient = 0.302 Keywords: work climate, leadership and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) Family Conflicts on Student Results IPS class V. 2) Learning Motivation on the results of Student IPS Study of class V. 3) Family Conflicts and Motivation Learning together to Class IPS Student Learning Outcomes V. This research was conducted in State Islamic Primary School I Samarinda. The method used correlation with quantitative approach that is multiple influence or multiple linear regression that is to know the influence of both independent variables, either partially or simultaneously, to the dependent variable. Sampling was conducted randomly from 112 respondents. Data were analyzed by using simple linear regression statistic analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant impact of Family Conflicts on the Learning Results of Social Studies students of class V with a correlation coefficient of 0.787 or contributing influence of 78.7% and partial test of 0.887. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Learning Motivation to IPS Grade Students Learning Results with the level of correlation coefficient of 0.490 or contributing influence of 49% and partial test results of 0.700. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Family Conflicts and Motivation Learning together to IPS Learning Outcomes with R = 0.802 or influence of 80.2%. Based on the above results it can be concluded the whole results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis. The variable that has the greatest influence from the data calculation is the Family Conflict variable.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to find out the effect of principal academic supervision on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (2) to find out the effect of principal policies on the quality of education of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency, (3) to find out the effect of academic supervision and policy, the principal simultaneously on the quality of Vocational High School at Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The method used in the research was correlational method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for its' validity and reliability. Total population of 113 people with a sample of 88 people who were taken by disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) Academic supervision has an effect on the quality of education. This means that the higher academic supervision is, it will result in an increasing quality of education, (2) Principal's policy affects the quality of education. This means that the higher the principal's policy is, will result in an increase in the quality of education, (3) Academic supervision and the principal's policy simultaneously affect the quality of education. will result in an increasing quality of education.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan proses peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat untuk memberikan daya kepada masyarakat. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendidikan nonformal kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Selangan Kota Bontang menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dari data narasumber terdiri dari CSR PT. Badak NGL, pengelola wisata, ketua RT 16, dan masyarakat Kampung Selangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Tahap penyadaran pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekowisata dinilai dari tiga aspek, yaitu persiapan sebagai langkah awal dalam memperkenalkan program pemberdayaan, sosialisasi sebagai pendekatan kepada masyarakat. Tahap transformasi pengetahuan pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekowisata dinilai dari aspek pelatihan sebagai proses transfer pengetahuan dan menggunakan praktek lapangan sebagai pelaksanaan secara nyata dari tahapan sebelumnya. Tahap pemandirian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan memberikan peluang atau kuasa kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the implementation of the Early Childhood Education program at PKBM Kedondong. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data and data sources in this study are managers, staff and educators, while the subjects of the study are places and events. Data collection techniques in this study were by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the management of the implementation of the Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) at PKBM Kedondong included the planning of early childhood education programs which were carried out through the process of identifying community needs for the importance of early childhood education programs so that PAUD was formed at PKBM Kedondong. From these needs, the formulation of the program was carried out so as to facilitate the formulation of the ECCE program, namely PAUD Kebun Kita at PKBM Kedondong. The implementation of the program is carried out through a learning process in early childhood and there is also a parenting activity. Furthermore, there is supervision and evaluation. Influencing factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, the quality and adequacy of educators. There is educator coaching and also coaching for parents through parenting programs. In addition, the implementation process was hampered due to the Covid-19 pandemic which made changes in the learning system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran instruktur dalam proses pelatihan kecakapan menjahit di LPK Cahaya Bayu. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif karena untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit di LPK Cahaya Bayu. Jenis penelitian berupa penelitian deskripsi sehingga menghasilkan deskripsi temuan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara berupa interaksi antara peneliti dengan informan penelitian. Informan penelitian ini adalah instruktur, pengelola LPK Cahaya Bayu, dan peserta pelatihan menjahit. Pengumpulan data juga dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi atau pengamatan dan studi dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Analisis keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa instruktur pada pelatihan menjahit di LPK Cahaya Bayu memiliki peran sebagai informato yaitu penyampaian informasi terkaity materi pelatihan. Peran sebagai fasilitator dengan menyediakan fasilitas belajar bagi peserta pelatihan. Peran sebagai motivator dengan memberikan dorongan motivasi kepada peserta pelatihan. Peran sebagai evaluator dengan menilai keterserapan materi yang disampaikan oleh instruktur dalam proses pembelajaran saat pelaksanaan pelatihan.
