Abstract

Pos Indonesia is required to meet the needs of consumers, as well as become a level of measurement in the quality of the products provided with the aim of maintaining its existence. This research aims to determine the quality of service at the Aimas Post office as a formulation of service quality indicators and what factors encourage and inhibit the quality of public services. The method used is descriptive with qualitative data analysis. The technique for determining informants is through purposive sampling, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, data sources and documentation. For data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification, and finally the validity of the data which will be carried out through credibility, transferability, reliability and confirmability tests. The results of the research show firstly, the level of service quality at the Aimas Post Office is almost entirely good, but there is a lack of dimensions in the supporting facilities at the Aimas Post Office. Second, the lack of factors driving service quality is the lack of an application or suggestion box at the Aimas Post office. Third, the inhibiting factor is the absence of intensive staff provision at the Aimas Post office.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the evaluation of fish waste management at the Jembatan Puri Market, Klaligi Village, Sorong City. In this research the author uses the concepts of waste management, waste impacts, fish waste management, and market management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and literature review. With the following research results: First, the level of cleanliness and orderliness in the Jembatan Puri fish market, Klaligi Village, Sorong City may currently experience significant changes compared to several years ago, especially in terms of waste management. Second, the government's role in providing information, technical support, and resources to manage organic waste and control vector populations is very important. Environmental cleanup programs, health education, and training on waste management can help increase public awareness and encourage active participation in disease prevention efforts. Third, at the Jembatan Puri Fish Market, concrete steps have been taken to overcome the problem of waste management. One of the things that is done is to provide adequate and separate waste disposal sites according to type.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja, penyebab terjadinya bencana banjir serta upaya yang dilakukan badan penanggulangan bencana daerah dalam menanggulangi bencana banjir di Kota Sorong. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di kantor Badan Penanggulanan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Sorong. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data, data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini baik data primer maupun data sekunder diteliti guna mengetahui kelengkapan data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanggulangan bencana daerah di Kota Sorong sudah di lakukan sebaik mungkin sesuai dengan petunjuk atau peraturan yang ada. Tetapi dalam menanggulangi bencana banjir ada beberapa penyebab banjir yang belum mendapat solusi yang tepat dari pemerintah yaitu Galian C dan sampah yang berserakan di mana-mana. Upaya yang di lakukan oleh pihak BPBD untuk mengatasi bencana banjir yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi ke pada masyarakat untuk siap siaga dalam menyelamatkan diri apabila terjadi bencana.
