Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of additional salary on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of additional salary on work discipline, the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline, and its effect on work discipline. work discipline. . This study uses relational research with a sample of 66 participants who are employees of the Mandailing Natal Commercial Office. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and digitization on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch. This study uses a quantitative associative approach, which is an approach to determine the effect of independent variables and dependent variables where data is collected in quantitative form to examine certain populations or samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office. The sample in this study used a sample of 57 people consisting of 15 employees of the Electronic Facility & IT Division, 23 employees of the Electrical & Mechanical Facility Division and 19 employees of the Infrastructure Division. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.293 and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.374, and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (3) Digitization has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office with a value of 0.339 and P-Values ​​0.008 <0.05. (4) Competence, organizational commitment and digitization have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kinerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Gayo Lues Provinsi Aceh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan pegawai di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Gayo Lues Provinsi Aceh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square untuk menguji 7 hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan tunjangan kinerja dan motivasi memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai, tunjangan kinerja memenagruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan pada motivasi dan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Tunjangan kinerja memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan pada kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi dan kepemimpinan memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan (X1), kompetensi (X2), dan kompensasi (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di era revolusi industri 4.0 pada tenaga kependidikan di STMIK Royal Kisaran. Data dikumpulkan dari 53 responden menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah laki-laki (66%), dengan rentang usia terbanyak 26-35 tahun (64%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengalaman kerja 6-10 tahun (51%) dan latar belakang pendidikan S1 (87%). Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan, kompetensi, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0,299, kompetensi sebesar 0,327, dan kompensasi sebesar 0,209. Pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan juga signifikan, dengan F-hitung (14,026) > F-tabel (2,76). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di STMIK Royal Kisaran.
