Abstract

ABSTRACT         Ovary is one of reproductive organ which can be used as the indicator of mechanism of anti-fertility substance whose activities can be shown in the inhibition of ovulation and steroidogenesis. Bael leaves contains a lot of fitosterole (β-sitosterole and Stigmatosterole) of which one of its functions are hormonal contraceptive by inhibiting ovulation process. This research applied “post test only control group design plan” using random sampling.The giving of bael leaves extract to female white Rat was divided into 4 groups with the distribution: K1 as control group, K2 with a dose of 0.5 gr/kg of body weight, K3 with a dose of 1 gr/kg of body weight, and K4 with a dose of 1.5 gr/kg of body weight with a treatment of 12 days. The result of the treatment was average of lowest ovary weight at K3 and K4 were 0.04 gram, while the lowest value of the amount. Anova oneway showed p < 0.05, that it could be concluded that there was significant difference. The result of LSD test regarding ovary weight were that there was significantly difference between K1 and K3. the results showed that the bael leaf extract could be lower ovarian weight.   Keywords: bael leaves extract, ovary, ovary weight.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of sustainable development education on the dimensions of environmental conservation through the RADEC model in science learning in elementary schools (SD). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving 4 teachers and 20 elementary school students in the city of Bogor which was taken based on the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and elementary science curriculum documents, which were processed using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) in general the indicators derived from basic competencies can be oriented towards the goal of sustainable education on the dimensions of environmental conservation; (2) Science learning packaged in thematic learning at the elementary school level can provide opportunities in the process of implementing sustainable development education holistically and comprehensively; (3) The RADEC model can stimulate students to learn actively, not only mastering the concept of environmental conservation but also thinking skills and attitudes in preserving the environment; (4) The RADEC model can be applied in synchronous and asynchronous online learning so that it is suitable for use during the Covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership styles on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the influence of the principal's paternalistic leadership style (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) at SDIT AR Rohmaniyah Kec. Tanah Sareal Bogor City which has been carried out by researchers, from the results of the answers to a questionnaire that has been distributed to 44 respondents using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it is concluded that there is a positive but insignificant effect between the principal's paternalistic leadership style on satisfaction teacher work.

Abstract

Teacher leadership and teacher development are key to building capacity for sustainable school improvement. Evidence shows the importance of teachers working together and learning together in generating the capacity for change. Building leadership capacity requires a constructivist learning approach in which teachers learn together and build meaning from professional interaction, discussion and dialogue. The birth of leaders at every level of leadership in schools through the building/development of teacher leadership capacities is a hallmark of effective leadership which ultimately gives birth to advanced and superior schools. Schools are organizations. As an organization, schools seek to improve their products, services, and innovations through "continuous improvement" and "breakthrough strategies". This method resulted in a concept known as Total Quality Management (TOM) and Business Process Reengineering. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the sample being at SMKN 8 Kata Bandung. The results showed that at SMKN 8 Bandung City had implemented teacher leadership capacity building with an implementation rate of 36%. And the success rate of implementing learning organization is 24.41%.

Abstract

Loyalty work of teachers is the measurement of loyalty that is reflected by the willingness of employees maintain and defend the organization in the inside and on the outside of work. This study aims to explain the contribution of the quality of work life and behavior leadership of the loyalty work teachers. This research was conducted in private high school trough out Cibungbulang District. The number of samples were taken as many as 25 teachers remained, with the method of non-probability sampling by type of technique samples saturated. Approach to research is used is the approach quantitative with the method of the survey the technique of collecting data used is non-test in form of a questionnaire by having 5 (five) alternative answers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of work life and behavior leadership of the loyalty work teachers. It is demonstrated that the increasingly strong influence of the quality of work life and behavior leadership are together, then of the loyalty work teachers that generated by teachers will further increase. School institutions are expected to pay more attention to the quality of work life and leadership behavior in order to increase teacher work loyalty.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior is an individual action that is useful for certain organizations by recognizing a problem, coming up with new ideas, developing new ideas, and realizing every new idea with prescribed procedures. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout the Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to explain the effect of transformational leadership on teachers' innovative work behavior. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sample used was 110 teachers, through probability sampling method with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. This shows that the stronger the effect of the principal's transformational leadership, the higher the teacher's innovative work behavior will be. Therefore, to improve innovative work behavior in teachers, it is expected that there will be an increase in the indicators of transformational leadership of school principals.

Abstract

Teacher teaching performance is basically a performance that is able to plan, implement and evaluate the results of the learning process in the classroom in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to 1) determine whether there is the effect of learning leadership on teacher teaching performanc,. This research was conducted at SMPN Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and interviews. The method of collecting questionnaire data was carried out on respondents by taking the sample using the Non Probability Sampling technique, using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between learning leadership on teacher teaching performance. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Teacher work creativity is the teacher's ability which is manifested by an action in creating new ideas and ideas or modifying existing ideas and ideas into something different and unique with creative and innovative aspects in optimizing all capacities, abilities and skills. The teacher in carrying out his duties as a teacher, such as creating a framework or strategy that fits in realizing a learning plan, provides motivation to students to improve learning achievement, makes the learning atmosphere more enjoyable, and designs interesting, creative and innovative learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work creativity. This research was conducted in SDN’s throughout Cibungbulang Bogor District. The number of population in this study was 104 with a sample taken as many as 78 teachers, with probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on teacher work creativity. This shows that the stronger the effect of self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's work creativity. Therefore, to foster work creativity in teachers, it is expected that they pay more attention to self-efficacy

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the application of filing management in the field of administration in an effort to improve school administration at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out in two stages, namely first conducting analysis during the activity, namely by observing, interviewing and documenting, the second stage was analysis after the activity was completed which had three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show; that with the implementation of good records management it can lighten the task or work of the administration section which will later have an impact on the realization of the goals of an agency, and have a major influence on administrative work such as making it easier to search and search for information or data needed so as to create a conducive work climate effective and efficient.
