Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan ini mengambil tema pelatihan penerapan teknik komunikasi pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, yaitu: pelatihan berbicara, pelatihan mendengarkan, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pemberdayaan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan interaksi dan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran bagi Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam STAIDA Sumatera Selatan. Dengan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap teknik komunikasi, mereka dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, berkomunikasi dengan baik, dan berkolaborasi secara efektif. Sebagai hasil evaluasi dan tindak lanjut, terdapat beberapa faktor yang sangat mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, yaitu: adanya dukungan fasilitas yang sangat baik dari mitra, serta antusiame mahasiswa peserta pelatihan. Adapun faktor penghambat kegiatan, yaitu keterbatasan waktu pelatihan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari hal tersebut, mitra disarankan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan serupa dan senantiasa menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa yang relevan dengan bidang kerjanya setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan.

Abstract

The impact of globalization on Islamic education is examined in this essay. Literature is a source of data collected. Literature in the form of books, journals and online sources was used to collect data. Content analysis is a research process used for analysis, because it is based on documents. The conclusion of the discussion shows that, in facing globalization, Islamic education has new opportunities and obstacles. Therefore, initiatives are needed such as improving the quality of teachers, updating learning materials, awareness of the importance of technology, internalization of religious principles, and collaboration with the community. These efforts need to be made so that Islamic education continues to follow developments with the times. Islamic education seeks to combat globalization by offering quality educational resources, helping students internalize religious values, updating its materials, combining religious and general knowledge, collaborating with the community, and managing its operations through information technology.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and clarify the main characteristics of educational innovation through a literature review of theory and practice. The method used was a literature study with a qualitative approach, analysing various literature sources from journals, books and research reports. The results showed that the main characteristics of educational innovation include the use of technology, pedagogical change, student engagement and curriculum flexibility. Diffusion of innovation, constructivist learning and social systems theories support these findings. Evaluations of innovation practices such as e-learning, project-based learning and the use of digital media show improvements in learning quality. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of educational innovation and is an important reference for policy makers, educators and researchers in education.

Abstract

A plan, technique, or sequence of actions intended to accomplish certain educational objectives is referred to as a strategy in the context of education. This essay aims to provide the idea of techniques for achieving certain learning objectives in a classroom setting. The research methodology used is library research, also known as literature study, which is a study that consults library study materials while examining a subject of interest. This research is characterized by descriptive analysis, which entails routinely analyzing the collected data and then offering clarification and insight to ensure the reader understands it fully.  The research results reveal that educational innovation strategies are one of the factors that determine the success and effectiveness of social change depending on the accuracy of strategy use.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the urgency of innovation in financial management, facilities and infrastructure in education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and method, systematic analysis of theories and regulations that are directly related to the title of the research, through a library research method approach. After collecting various books and related journals to discuss, then analyze the material through the study library with the results of the analysis in descriptive form. Management of finances, facilities and infrastructure requires creativity and innovation from educational component institutions in exploring resources, utilizing them according to needs, and carrying out financial bookkeeping that is transparent and can be accounted for in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to examine various aspects of innovation in educational organizations, including the definition, importance of innovation, factors that encourage and inhibit innovation, as well as strategies and best practices in managing innovation. The research method used is literature study, with a focus on descriptive analysis from various relevant library sources. The research results show that innovation in educational organizations is very important to improve the quality of learning, develop more effective teaching methods, and create a conducive learning environment. Support from leadership, active participation of organizational members, a culture that supports innovation, and availability of resources are factors that encourage innovation. On the contrary, uncertainty of goals, lack of support and incentives, and resistance to change are the main obstacles. An effective strategy includes an innovation-oriented vision and mission, supportive leadership, collaboration with various parties, and the use of educational technology. Best practices include building a culture of innovation, training and professional development, use of data for evaluation, stakeholder participation, and ongoing evaluation.
