Abstract

Rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya tenaga pendidik/guru merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam dunia pendidikan. Seperti kenyatan yang terjadi di SDN 2 Kalahang khususnya penggunaan media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di tahun yang lalu berdasarkan hasil supervisi kepala sekolah pada 9 orang guru ditemukan data bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru tidak menggunakan media. Guru lebih banyak menjelaskan materi padahal materi tersebut dapat diperjelas dengan media yang dengan mudah didapat baik media yang tersedia di sekolah maupun di sekitar sekolah. Dari 9 orang guru di SDN 2 Kalahang hanya 2 orang (22%) yang sudah menggunakan media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sedangkan 7 orang (78%) lainnya masih tidak menggunakan media. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut harus segera diatasi dengan upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru supervisi dengan teknik kunjungan antar kelas. Teknik kunjungan antar kelas merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan guru yang satu berkunjung ke kelas yang lain dalam lingkungan sekolah itu sendiri. kunjungan antar kelas ini dapat dilakukan secara individual antar guru atau sekelompok guru berkunjung kepada seorang guru. Melalui kunjungan antar kelas ini diharapkan guru akan memperoleh pengalaman baru dari teman sejawatnya yang lebih profesional. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan subyek guru SDN 2 Kalahang Kecamatan Tanjung berjumlah 9 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus tindakan dengan 2 kali pertemuan disetiap siklusnya. Pada setiap siklus terdapat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Data observasi dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dimana pada siklus 1 pertemuan 1 adalah 60% dengan kategori cukup, meningkat pada pertemuan 2 menjadi 64% dengan kategori baik. Pada siklus 1I pertemuan 1 meningkat menjadi 72% dengan kategori baik dan terjadi lagi peningkatan pada pertemuan 2 menjadi 82% dengan kategori sangat baik. Pelaksanaan supervisi dengan teknik kunjungan antar kelas pada siklus I pertemuan 1 adalah 64% dengan kategori baik meningkat menjadi 75% dengan kategori baik pada pertemuan 2, Pada siklus 2 pertemuan 1 meningkat lagi menjadi 81% dengan kategori sangat baik dan pada pertemuan 2 menjadi 87% dengan kategori sangat baik. © 2018 Rumah Jurnal. Abstract

Abstract World economic system theoretically there are three classifi cations of the global capitalist economy, a socialist economic system and the economic system of Islam. Empirically third of the economic system is the role of fi nancial institutions either banks or non-bank much earlier unknown in Islam systematically. Domination of banking institutions that can be felt has penetrated into the fi eld of business and corporate, political, social, educational and cultural. So unwittingly activities of human life as if controlled by a banking institution. In its operation there is one thing that is often a debate among Muslim scholars that the application of interest in the world banking system. Legality rate system which is still considered debatable spawned two views are contradictory. On the one hand, the system considers different interest with usury, while others looked the same interest as usury. The majority of Muslim scholars regard the laws of usury is forbidden. However, the prohibition of usury in the view-modernist Muslim groups understood rationally. In this case the element of injustice became a central issue on the prohibition of usury. While the neo-revivalist Muslim group to understand the legal prohibition of riba-formal. This raises the logical consequence that the legal system of interest applied in the banking world have the same portion as usury. Az-Zuhaili seem to have the same view with the neo-revivalist. For Az-standing interest in law Zuhaili same as usury. However Az-Zuhaili look at the prohibition of usury is not absolute and not ‘set in stone’. The prohibition of riba can be correlated with the principle of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah. According usury when faced with conditions very pushy and the urgent need can be allowed with certain restrictions. Az-Zuhaili view that the constituent requires a more in-depth study. As mentioned in the economics of human needs have no limits (red, human needs are endless). In addition the capacity of necessity one can not be measured with standard capabilities someone else. Giving rise to different legal consequences. This has become an important issue in the study of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah. This study is a library (library research) that is descriptiveanalytic and normative sociological-historical-philosophical. This study used qualitative data analysis in the form of rationalization of deductive and inductive coherently. Defi nitively al-dlaruurah implies a state of danger or diffi culty excessive and sudden lifethreatening human. While al-haajah may imply a need to be realized spontaneously, so that when the need is not met then it would appear negative consequences. The issue of usury in economic activity, which is still being debated, if communicated with the concept of al-dlaruurah wa al-haajah as mentioned Az-Zuhaili memililiki space and capacity of its own. Abstract

Abstract Sharia Banking in Indonesia have walked more or less two a decay and experience of the very growth of signifikan from year to year. But that progress not yet happened flattenedly. Because if comparated with the conventional bank growth is walked in advance mount the smaller that percentage a long way off. One of effort to increase enthusiasm of client of Indonesia Bank with the program of development of market segment and program the product development. During the time strive the product development of Sharia Banking more emphasizing at of service form and its transaction. Innovate to product of Sharia Banking even also is from time to time non-stoped to be developed and improved. Even to simply to differentiating characteristic among/between Sharia Banking with the conventional bank, crowded Sharia Banking embolden the islamication and arabication symbol and also its products. the symbol Eksklusivitas look coherent at name of product of Sharia Banking which always place forward the Arab terms (istilah-istilah arab), without reference to efficiency and the efektifity term use among plural society. Matter of that's becoming writer rationale to conduct this research This research analyse the arabic terms what is a lot of used in product of Sharia Banking, later then comparate with the use of finance scheme descripition explored with the terms have Indonesian. This research take the sample of urban community of Yogyakarta because assessed to represent the strategic region. Pursuant to hypothesizing, there no willingness difference of society konasi to use of arabic terms and use of finance scheme description in a few its product. type of Sample research used by cluster random sampling. This type of used by because wishing to know there is do not it him difference of society willingness of according to background of education and profession type/work. Sample research as much 150 respondent which is taken away from some of urban community Yogyakarta. In analyzing data gathered to be used aid of analyzer of data SPSS 17. Research analysis conducted through/passing test of two related sample test with the test analyse the sign test, k-independent sample test with the test analyse the Kruskal Wallis, and the two-independent sample test with the test analyse the Mann Whitney U test. Result of research show there are difference of society willingness to term use (arabic terms) and finance scheme description. Society more wishing of finance scheme description to be used in product marketing of sharia banking compared by Arabic terms. Abstract

Sampah merupakan sisa buangan atau hasil limbah yang sudah tidak digunakan Kembali. Desa Binakal merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Binakal Kabupaten Bondowoso. Salah satu permasalahan di Desa Binakal yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan yaitu sampah. Masyarakat masih kurang mumpuni dalam hal pengolahan sampah. Masih banyak masyarakat yang membuang sampah sembarang baik di pinggir jalan maupun sungai. Adanya permasalahan tersebut memunculkan adanya sebuah kegiatan atau program kerja yaitu bank sampah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan serta meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi terlebih dahulu kepada masyarakat mengenai sampah dan sistematika berjalannya bank sampah. Sosialisasi juga dilakukan pada sada di Desa Binakal. Dalam memperlancar kegiatan ini diperlukan adanya koordinator yang langsung diambil alih oleh kasun dan beberapa masyarakat. kegiatan bank sampah ini mampu mewujudkan masyarakat yang paham akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dengan melakukan pemilahan sampah dan melakukan kegiatan bank sampah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of independent variables, specifically halal labeling (X1), price awareness (X2), and marketing mix (X3), on the purchasing decisions (Y) regarding cosmetic products at Livi Beautyhouse. This research was conducted to address inconsistencies found in previous studies. It adopts a quantitative approach in the form of a field study. Data were collected through the distribution and retrieval of questionnaires. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling, involving 96 student respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23 software. The results revealed that each variable, halal labeling (X1), price awareness (X2), and marketing mix (X3) has a substantial impact on purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneously, the independent variables of halal labeling (X1), price awareness (X2), and marketing mix (X3) collectively exert a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 0.05 and an   of (60.184)  (2.466).
