<![CDATA[Salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan bagi koperasi adalah perolehan sisa hasil usaha (SHU) anggota koperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian, kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota terhadap perolehan SHU anggota KUD Banyumanik kota Semarang dan besarnya pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian, kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota terhadap perolehan SHU anggota KUD Banyumanik kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota KUD Banyumanik kota Semarang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Area Probability Sampel. Metode pengumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan stastistik inferensial. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh pengetahuan perkoperasian, kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota secara simultan terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha sebesar 64,7% dan sisanya 35,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial pengetahuan perkoperasian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha anggota dengan kontribusi sebesar 9,5%, kualitas pelayanan dengan kontribusi 37,84% dan partisipasi anggota sebesar 19,80%.
