Abstract

WHO determines the Covid-19 pandemic status followed by various advice in order to reduce the spread of the virus, one of which is related to traveling. Indonesia currently has no specific travel advice that has been prepared to meet the needs of the community in traveling during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, travel advice is needed which refers to travel advice made by WHO that is adjusted to the perception of the people in Indonesia. Objective: To assess how the public perception (informant) of the travel advice video issued by WHO to reduce the spread of Covid-19 during the trip. Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive study of people's perceptions of video travel advice as a guide for traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic for triangulation of data and in-depth analysis. The variable used is using pretest theory. Research Results: There are variations of answers and opinions from informants on the Q and A videos. Overall found opinions that say that the video is quite interesting and can provide information that helps people who want to travel or travel. Conclusion: Based on the perceptions conveyed by the information in this study, in general the Q and A videos recommended by WHO can be applied in Indonesia, by adjusting to the development of the disease and the current situation in Indonesia

Abstract

Learning is the interaction of students with education and learning resources in a learning environment. Based on the researcher's experience while serving as a lecturer, it was known that the objectives to be achieved from learning were still relatively low. Indicators of the problems that occurred included complaints from lecturers about the lack of responsiveness of learning in participating in lecture activities, namely the final grades obtained by students for several courses were not evenly distributed. In teaching and learning activities, motivation could be said as the overall driving force in a person that causes learning activities and ensures the continuity of learning activities, and provides direction to learning activities so that the goals desired by the learning subjects can be achieved. The research design in this study was a research design with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this research were all health students at STIKes RS Husada, and two other higher education institutions, the samples used were students of level 1, II, and III Health Administration. in STIKes RS Husada, STIKes Pamenang Pare Kediri, STIKes Brebes, the time in this study was from April to December 2022. The univariate was concluded that from 131 respondents, it was found that the quality of learning at most was good with a total of 89 (67.9%), based on the student motivation variable, the results were 126 (96.2%), while the results of the bivariate analysis were based on the Chi-Square table. Tests showed that there is a strong and positive relationship between the quality of learning and student motivation to learn with a sig value of 0.000, which is <0.05.

Abstract

Posyandu RW 05 Pademangan Timur is one of the posyandu that has routine work programs for the community, including during the pandemic. Cadres in psoyandu have an important role because they have the skills to develop posyandu. However, lack of motivation and the existence of pandemic constraints reduce the interest and motivation of cadres and do not understand the functions and duties of cadres in providing the best service, so this is a problem for partners in Posyandu RW 05, Pademangan Timur District, North Jakarta and as an approach to solving these problems it is important to hold counseling. This service is carried out at the Posyandu RW 05, Pademangan Timur District, North Jakarta. The method of service is counseling, discussion and question and answer, as well as assistance to cadres in implementing excellent service. The results of community service showed that there was an increase in the category of motivational knowledge of posyandu cadres and the implementation of excellent service by cadres.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan. Masalah stunting penting untuk diselesaikan, karena berpotensi mengganggu potensi sumber daya manusia dan berhubungan dengan tingkat kesehatan dan kematian anak. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan kader tentang stunting sehingga mampu melakukan tindakan pencegahan stunting pada anak di Posyandu Nusa Indah RW13 Kelurahan Sunter Agung Jakarta Utara. Metode pengabdian yakni dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan adanya peningkatan kategori pengetahuan ibu dan kader mengenai stunting, sehingga dapat mengimplementasikan tindakan pencegahan stunting pada anak.

Abstract

Pelayananan kesehatan telemedicine merupakan layanan kesehatan dimana pasien dapat berkonsultasi seara online dengan dokter. Memanfaatkan penggunaan aplikasi telemedicine menjadi salah satu pilihan yang dapat digunakan untuk layanan kesehatan tanpa harus berkunjung ke pelayanan kesehatan, ditengah kondisi wabah pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dimensi faktor pengguna dalam menggunakan teknologi telemedicine pasca masa pandemi di Jakarta.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian crossectional deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 136 responden yang pernah menggunakan telemedicine. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan sebanyak 93.4% merasa percaya (trust)  menggunakan telemedicine, 94.1% merasakan fasilitas terpenuhi untuk menggunakan telemedicine, 89% mendapatkan dukungan sosial. Namun sebanyak 58.8% mengalami ansietas menggunakan telemedicine, 84,6% responden tidak resistance to use (RU) telemedicine, dan 55.1% responden masih merasakan beresiko  dalam menggunakan  telemedicine. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah fasilitas layanan kesehatan perlu mengembangkan produk telemedicine dan berinovasi untuk mengembangkan digitalisasi kesehatan di masa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan niat masyarakat memeriksakan kesehatannya dengan jarak jauh tanpa harus ke fasilitas layanan kesehatan ditengah pandemic COVID-19 yang masih ada.

Abstract

Background: Telehealth is a form of health service innovation used during the Covid-19 pandemic where users can use this technology without having to go to the hospital for their health. The development of health services towards digitization has begun to develop in health services in Indonesia. Hospitals in Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek, have adopted many telehealth services.Purpose: To analyze the factors that influence people's intention to use telehealth so that they can develop telehealth innovations by looking at the dimensions of technology and users.Method: The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design using primary data. The analysis used was univariate, chi-square test, and multiple linear regression test.Results: From a total of 109 respondents it was found that the factors that most influenced community interest from the technology dimension were social support (p=0.005) and facilities and infrastructure (p=0.005) where the technology dimension obtained an R square of 0.917 while on the user dimension, the most influencing community intentions are perceived usefulness (p = 0.005) and perceived convenience (p = 0.005), where the user dimension factor has an R square of 0.874.Conclusion: There is a relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use the community in using the telehealth platform in the community of Jabodetabek. The factors of perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, social influence, and facilitating conditions are the factors that most influence people's intention to use telehealth in Jabodetabek.Suggestion: The technology dimension factor and the user dimension are things that must be considered for the future development of telehealth technology so that patients are more loyal to reusing telehealth applications during the post-Covid-19 pandemic health digitalization.Keywords: Community Intentions; Telehealth; Pandemic; Covid-19.Pendahuluan: Telehealth merupakan bentuk inovasi pelayanan kesehatan yang telah dimanfaatkan di masa pandemi Covid-19 dimana pengguna dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut tanpa berkunjung ke rumah sakit untuk kesehatannya. Perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan ke arah digitalisasi sudah mulai berkembang di pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Rumah sakit di Indonesia khususnya di Jabodetabek sudah banyak mengadopsi layanan telehealth.Tujuan: Untuk menganalisa faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi intention masyarakat dalam menggunakan telehealth sehingga dapat mengembangkan inovasi telehealth dengan melihat dimensi technology dan user dimension.Metode: Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan data primer. Analisis yang digunakan adalah univariate, uji chi square, uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil: Dari total 109 responden ditemukan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi intention masyarakat dari dimensi teknologi adalah dukungan social (p= 0.005) dan factor fasilitas sarana dan prasarana dengan (p=0.005) dimana dimensi teknologi diperoleh R square sebesar  0.917 sedangkan pada dimensi user, yang paling mempengaruhi intention masyarakat adalah persepsi kemanfaatan (p =0.005) dan persepsi kemudahan (p=0.005), dimana faktor user dimension memiliki R square 0.874.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use  terhadap intention to use pada masyarakat dalam menggunakan platform telehealth pada masyarakat di Jabodetabek. Faktor perceived ease to use, perceived usefulness, social influence, dan facilitating condition adalah faktor yang paling mempengaruhi intention masyarakat dalam menggunakan telehealth di Jabodetabek.Saran: Faktor dimensi teknologi dan dimensi pengguna merupakan hal yang harus dipertimbangkan untuk mengembangkan teknologi telehealth di masa yang akan datang sehingga pasien semakin loyal menggunakan kembali aplikasi telehealth di masa digitalisasi kesehatan pasca pandemic Covid-19

Abstract

Tectonic earthquakes in Indonesia often occur, there are even earthquakes that result in damage and loss of property and lives. This is because the Indonesian region is one of the regions with a quite complex tectonic order and has a fairly active frequency in the world. This article aims to evaluate the description of PTSD, sleep disorders, anxiety, and symptoms of depression in earthquake victims in Cianjur. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a population of residents aged (17–60 years) who have experienced the aftermath of the natural disaster in Cianjur, West Java at the end of November 2022. The sampling technique for this study used simple random sampling. The total sample was 54 respondents, with the criteria of the respondent being able to read and write. The results showed that there were not many respondents who experienced PTSD after the natural disaster, almost more than half of the respondents experienced sleep disorders, many respondents also experienced anxiety and depression after the earthquake natural disaster in Cianjur, West Java. Adequate strategies and practices regarding the mental health of earthquake victims are needed

Abstract

ABSTRACT An employee's integrity can be seen from his behavior every time he completes a task assigned to him. An employee who has high integrity will always adhere to principles, ethics and morals. Other research shows that integrity has an impact on the quality of public services through a number of indicators such as honesty, consistency, commitment and responsibility which have proven to have an influence on service quality (S. Lathifah Nurjannah, 2020). Professionalism and quality public services are highly expected. As long as it does not conflict with applicable laws, quality public services are the best services that meet recipient needs and provide convenience. (Darwin, 2020). By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can provide valuable insight and information for health policy makers, hospital or health institution management, and other related parties to improve the quality of public services and patient satisfaction in the health service system. Type of quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. There is a significant relationship between integrity and public service and patient satisfaction based on the results of the Chi-Square test. The research results show that when medical services are in hospitals or healthcare facilities are at a high level of quality, patient experiences tend to be more positive, and their satisfaction levels increase. It covers various aspects such as reliability, empathy, responsiveness and technical competence in providing medical services. In other words, when the patientfeel that they received quality medical services, they are more likely to be satisfied and have a higher intention to return to use the same services in the future. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding and improving the quality of medical services as a key element in increasing patient satisfaction levels, which can ultimately have a positive impact on improving the health care system as a whole. Keywords: Integrity, Public Service, Patient Satisfaction, Outpatient Care.  ABSTRAK Integritas seorang pegawai dapat dilihat dari perilaku dalam setiap kali menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya, seorang pegawai yang memiliki integritas tinggi akan selalu berpegang teguh kepada prinsip, etika dan moral. Penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa integritas berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan publik melalui sejumlah indikator seperti kejujuran, konsistensi, komitmen, dan tanggung jawab terbukti terdapat pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan (S. Lathifah Nurjannah, 2020). Profesionalisme dan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas sangat diharapkan. Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan undang-undang yang berlaku, pelayanan publik yang bermutu adalah pelayanan yang terbaik yang memenuhi kebutuhan penerima dan memberikan kemudahan. (Darwin, 2020). Dengan melakukan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan informasi yang berharga bagi pengambil kebijakan kesehatan, manajemen rumah sakit atau lembaga kesehatan, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan kepuasan pasien dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara integritas dan pelayanan publik dengan kepuasan pasien berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika pelayanan medis di rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan berada pada tingkat kualitas yang tinggi, pengalaman pasien cenderung lebih positif, dan tingkat kepuasan mereka meningkat. Hal Ini mencakup berbagai aspek seperti keandalan, empati, responsif, dan kompetensi teknis dalam memberikan pelayanan medis dengan kata lain, ketika pasien merasa bahwa mereka menerima pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, mereka lebih mungkin merasa puas dan memiliki niat yang lebih tinggi untuk kembali menggunakan layanan yang sama di masa depan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya memahami dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan medis sebagai elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pasien, yang pada akhirnya dapat memiliki dampak positif pada perbaikan sistem layanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci: Integritas, Pelayanan Publik, Kepuasan Pasien, Rawat Jalan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to 2018 SUSENAS figures, there are patients in Indonesia who reach 68% of the country's total population. An estimated 32 patients out of every 100 are hospitalized, and 45% of them experience anxiety. The time required to treat hospitalized patients is 25% to 45% longer compared to non-hospitalized patients, in addition to the fact that they require specialized care compared to patients on the other side. This is possible as a result of the patient's lack of understanding of the goals of his treatment, stress associated with changes in health conditions, environment and daily routine, as well as physiological restrictions. To find out exemplary leadership, employee discipline, responsibility, teamwork and a sense of ownership of the performance of medical records employees, administration of inpatient and outpatient rooms at Sawah Besar District Hospital. Quantitative with Cross-Sectional design. There is a relationship between medical records and exemplary leadership, staff discipline, organizational responsibility, teamwork and employee performance in the management of inpatient and outpatient wards at Sawat Besar Regional Hospital. The higher the influence of exemplary leadership, staff discipline, organizational responsibility and teamwork, the higher the performance of medical records staff and inpatient and outpatient management staff at Sawah Besar Regional Hospital. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Loyalty, Employee Performance  ABSTRAK Menurut angka SUSENAS tahun 2018, terdapat pasien di Indonesia yang mencapai 68% dari total populasi negara. Diperkirakan 32 pasien dari setiap 100 dirawat di rumah sakit, dan 45% dari mereka mengalami kecemasan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk merawat pasien rawat inap 25% hingga 45% lebih lama dibandingkan dengan pasien yang tidak menjalani rawat inap, selain fakta bahwa mereka membutuhkan perawatan khusus dibandingkan dengan pasien di sisi lain. Hal ini dimungkinkan sebagai akibat dari kurangnya pemahaman pasien tentang tujuan pengobatannya, stres yang terkait dengan perubahan kondisi kesehatan, lingkungan, dan rutinitas sehari-hari, serta pembatasan fisiologis. Untuk mengetahui keteladanan pemimpinan, kedisiplin karyawan, tanggung jawab, kerja sama tim dan rasa memiliki terhadap kinerja pegawai rekam medis, administrasi ruang rawat inap dan rawat jalan di RSUD Sawah Besar. Kuantitatif dengan desain Cross-Sectional. Terdapat hubungan antara rekam medis dengan keteladanan kepemimpinan, disiplin staf, tanggung jawab organisasi, kerjasama tim dan kinerja pegawai pada pengelolaan bangsal rawat inap dan rawat jalan di RSUD Sawat Besar. Semakin tinggi pengaruh keteladanan kepemimpinan, disiplin staf, tanggung jawab organisasi dan kerjasama tim maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja staf rekam medis dan staf manajemen rawat inap dan rawat jalan RSUD Sawah Besar. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Loyalitas Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
