Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that affect employee performance. This research using a quantitative method where the explanation is objective by explaining the existing approach. This study used 21 research respondents. There are three variables, that is: 2 (two) independent variables and 1 (one) dependent variable where technical competence and environmental influences as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable. The result of this study showed that: (1) There is an influence of technical competence on employee performance, with a level of influence (R-square) of 17,6%, (2) there is an influence of environmental influences on employee performance, with an influence level of 30,7 %, and (3) there is an influence between technical competence and environmental influences on employee performance, with an influence level of 37,4 %.Keyword: Technical Competence, Environmental Influences, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of discussion methods using zoom applications during the covid-19 pandemic on the results of learning brake steering courses and suspensions in the Department of Automotive Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang. This study consisted of two sample classes, of which one class was an experimental class of 17 people and another class of 17 people as a control class. Discussion methods using zoom apps taught in experimental classes, while the control class without using the zoom-assisted discussion method, control class uses only e-learning platform as experimental class also uses. Sampling research using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis to test hypotheses using T-test. Before the data is analyzed, conducted in advance descriptive analysis and test of analysis requirements (homogeneity test and normality test). The results prove that there is an influence of discussion methods using zoom applications on the learning outcomes of brake steering courses and suspensions. Keywords : Discussion Method, Zoom, Learning Outcomes, Covid 19 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode diskusi menggunakan aplikasi zoom pada masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah kemudi rem dan suspensi di Jurusan Teknik Otomotif Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas sampel, dimana satu kelas merupakan kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 17 orang dan satu kelas lagi berjumlah 17 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode diskusi menggunakan aplikasi zoom diajarkan pada kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan metode diskusi berbantu zoom, kelas kontrol hanya menggunakan platform e-learning sebagaimana kelas eksperimen juga menggunakannya. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling incidental. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji-T. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan terlebih dahulu analisis deskriptif dan uji persyaratan analisis (uji homogenitas dan uji normalitas). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode diskusi menggunakan aplikasi zoom terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah kemudi rem dan suspensi. Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Application of Zakat Financial Statement Presentation Based on Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 109 (Case Study of Baitul Mal Aceh Utara and Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe). This study aims to determine whether the financial statements are in accordance with zakat accounting reporting, namely recognition, measurement, presentation/reporting, and disclosure at Baitul Mal Aceh Utara and Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe. This research is located at Jl. New Ocean No. 53, Kampung Jawa, Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. And at the Lhokseumawe City Islamic Center Complex. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Data analysis was carried out in this study using confirmatory factor analysis with data collection techniques in this study, namely by using interviews, questionnaires, literature studies. The population in this study is the target population with the number of respondents as many as 60 (sixty) people (30 (thirty) people at Biatul Mal Aceh Utara and 30 (thirty) people at Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe). The results of this study indicate that the recognition of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 109 on zakat accounting reporting at Baitul Mal Aceh Utara and Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe has been implemented properly. Keywords : Financial Accounting Report, Baitul Mal, Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 109
