Abstract

Abstract— The process of processing household waste into biogas is carried out using fermentation technology. Fermentation technology is the process of decomposition of organic compounds to produce energy and changes in the substrate become new products by microbes. In addition, the fermentation technique that has been done by fermenting household waste produces methane gas content (CH?). To process household waste into biogas is to use biodigester. Biogester is a closed space that is used for the waste fermentation process which is assisted by microbes. Using a biodigester is expected to accelerate the fermentation process of household waste into alternative biogas materials because of the airtight biodigester state. A temperature and pressure data logger tool is designed on smart biogas household waste using the MPX5500DP sensor. The MPX5500DP sensor will detect the amount of gas pressure from the biogas results because the range of readings from this sensor is in accordance with what is needed, while the DHT22 sensor uses a large temperature reading because the temperature in the biodigester is not too large between 28?C - 40?C. From the results of reading the temperature and pressure values, the data will be processed by the Arduino Uno Microcontroller and stored data by the data logger. Based on the test results, the temperature measurement error readings of 0.81%, while for the pressure measurement of about 3.5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted due to the madrasah's awareness of the crucial role of discipline in achieving educational goals. In addition, this success cannot be separated from the strong leadership of the madrasah head and the commitment of educational staff in upholding the rules and norms that have been set. this research uses qualitative research methods descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are the actors involved in the leadership strategy of the madrasah head in improving the performance of educational staff at MTs Swasta Al Mansuriyah. This research uses a snowball sample technique (snowball). Qualitative data collection techniques used consist of interviews, observations and document studies. For this reason, the data obtained is then analyzed using an interactive model qualitative data analysis consisting of: a) data reduction, b) data presentation, and c) conclusion. Data validity standards, namely 1) Credibility; 2) Transferability; 3) Can be trusted or can be held true (dependability): 4) Confirmability. The preparation of plans and strategies by the madrasah head at MTs Al-Mansuriyah is an important step to improve the performance of teaching staff and lead to quality education. The main focus is on improving the performance of education personnel through professional development programs. The quality of work of education personnel determines the success of educational institutions. The quantitative evaluation also highlighted the importance of time management, productivity and punctuality. The madrasah principal has a crucial role in managing all aspects of activities in the madrasah. Close collaboration between teaching and education personnel strengthens their professionalism and prepares them for the challenges of contemporary education. MTs Al-Mansuriyah demonstrates a strong commitment to building a positive culture of discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted so that principals are able to make a habit of providing guidance to teachers related to all the problems faced so that teachers are able to maximally and professionally carry out their performance professionally, in the sense of being good but must be firm in carrying out their duties as principals. This research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive study This research includes field research with a phenomenological approach. In this case, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used in this research are 1) Data Reduction 2) Presentation of Data (Data Display); 3) Conclusion Drawing. The results showed that the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru included: 1). Teacher performance in planning the learning process. 2). Teacher performance in learning implementation. 3). Teacher performance in learning evaluation. 4). Efforts to improve teacher performance made by principals are by conducting training, workshops and also motivational seminars. The leadership styles applied by the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru are: 1). Democratic leadership type. 2). Visionary leadership type. 3). Transformational leadership type. The driving factors of the principal's leadership in improving the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru include: 1).The principal's ability to manage planning. 2).Synergistic relationship among school members. The factors that hinder the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance include: 1). Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. 2). The low ability of teachers to utilize technology. 3). Abstract

The existing research tends to discuss only towards improving teacher professionalism, while this research will discuss, explain and examine human resource management (HRM) in improving teacher professionalism at An Nizam Junior High School can be implemented in various ways. One way is to use the school management system (SIM Sekolah) to manage teaching schedules. This research fulfills the characteristics of qualitative research. This research is a field research using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by: 1) Observation; 2) Interviews and 3) Documentation Studies. Analysis consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity test in qualitative research includes, data credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmablity test. the results of the research findings found several core components carried out by An Nizam Private Junior High School in the teacher recruitment process, among others: 1) Digitalization of brochures, 2) Academic/Non-Academic Requirements, 3) Having the same vision and mission as An Nizam Private Junior High School, 4) Evaluation. In the teacher selection process, among others: 1) The existence of a selection instrument, 2) Implementation of selection and ability, 3) Micro teaching, 4) Job description. As for what An Nizam Private Junior High School does in developing teacher education and training: 1) External education and training, 2) Internal education and training, 3) Education and training related to teacher competencies. In the development of teacher education and training, among others, 1) Salary, 2) Umrah rewards for qualified teachers, 3) Intensive for teachers who have memorized at least 1 Juz of Qur'an

Abstract

Lemuru fish is a typical Sumbawa dish made from many types of fish and processed through various processes such as salting, salting and drying. The purpose of this research is the time and temperature of the drying process. The independent variables are: variations in temperature (50ºC, 60ºC, 70ºC) and time (180 minutes, 240 minutes, 300 minutes). After analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn. The drying speed is 180 minutes at 70°C. The highest drying speed was 0.98 g/minute, while the lowest was 300 minutes at 50 °C and a value of 0.56 g/minute. The air content temperature is 60⁰C and 70⁰C according to the quality standard for dried fish (SNI 82732016). Temperature 50 ⁰C 240 and time 300 minutes air content 32.67 n 28.33%. Drying time of 50% temperature 180 minutes gives 8.87% efficiency at lowest temperature 70ºC 300 minutes gives 3.64% The lowest material consumption is 180 minutes at 50ºC gives a value of 0.087 kg, the highest fuel consumption at 70ºC gets a value of 0.31 kg
