Abstract

Health is the best gift in life, because with health humans can carry out daily activities. Administratively, Java Island consists of 85 administrative regions and 34 cities. Therefore, it is very important to understand the health level of each area. The main objective of this research is to divide each region (district and city) into several groups and use the K-means method to determine health status based on 8 data parameters into certain groups. Algorithm in groups, will place the data based on the similarity of characteristics between groups. The results showed that there were 4 clusters of health profiles in Java, with 1 high health quality cluster in Central Jakarta, 55 regencies/municipalities with low health quality, 52 regencies/cities with low health quality. and the quality of health is quite low there are 13 districts/cities, it can be concluded that the health indicators in Java

Abstract

The important roles of micro business / SME’s on Indonesian economic environment are the labor absorption, income increases and society welfare. But, in the other hand several weaknesses have become resistor factors for the growth of the micro business, especially quality of the human resources. The enhancement of human resource quality through training needed to increase the competitive advantage of micro business to achieve a larger scale of business, by work a better management, using natural and safety dye for food coloring and involvement in creating a healthy business. Kind of training conducted are management training, entrepreneurship, making natural food dye and waste management. The research aims to figure out the effect of training toward income. Research method is qualitative descriptive. Data collection conducted by questioner, interview and observation. Data analysis method using regression analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The result shows that training affect significantly toward income, training has contributed toward increasing income. If enhancement of human resource quality tends to be better, then business revenue will increase.
