Abstract

The relationship between leadership behavior of principal and the organizational culture with teachers work discipline of Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. A field research is aimed to find out the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture with teacher’s work discipline of Public Vocational School of South Tangerang. The result of the research shows that: First, there is a positive relationship between the behavior leadership of principal with teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between two research variables is gained that the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and teacher’s work discipline which is calculated by Pearson correlation is gained correlation coefficient value was 0.533. The value of determination coefficient in this analysis is gained 0.284, its means 28.4%. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained from behavior leadership variable. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,735 + 0,670 X1. Second, there is a positive relationship between organizational cultures to teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between to research variables is gained that the value of the relationship between organizational culture and teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation, and it is gained coefficient of correlation value 0.487 as many. The coefficient of determination’s value in this analysis is gained 0.238 which means 23.8 %. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained by the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,792 + 0,592 X2. Third, there is a positive relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture simultaneously to teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation and its gained coefficient correlation value 0.624 as many, then it is gained the determination of coefficient’s value 0.390 as many, which means 39 % the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 47,812 + 0,522 X1 + 0,402 X2. Based on the result of the research we may say that behavior leadership of principal (X1), organizational culture (X2) have the relationship with teacher’s work discipline (Y). According to general criteria there is a relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture towards teacher’s work discipline at Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. Hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Sebuah penelitian lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru. Hasil analisis korelasi antara dua variabel penelitian diperoleh bahwa hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru yang dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi adalah 0,533. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh 0,284, yang berarti 28,4%. Variabel disiplin kerja guru dapat dijelaskan dari variabel perilaku kepemimpinan. Garis regresi Ŷ = 75.735 + 0.670 X1. Kedua, ada hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru. Hasil analisis korelasi antara variabel penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja guru dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson, dan itu diperoleh koefisien nilai korelasi sebanyak 0,487. Koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh 0,238 yang berarti 23,8%. Variabel disiplin kerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi. Garis regresi Ŷ = 75.792 + 0.592 X2. Ketiga, ada hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersamaan dengan disiplin kerja guru dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson dan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebanyak 0,624, maka diperoleh penentuan nilai koefisien ini sebanyak 0.390, yang berarti 39% variabel budaya organisasi. Garis regresi Ŷ = 47.812 + 0.522 X1 + 0.402 X2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kita dapat dikatakan bahwa prinsip perilaku kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) memiliki hubungan dengan disiplin kerja guru (Y). Menurut kriteria umum ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMK Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Lingkungan pendidikan yang dikenal oleh masyarakat sampai saat ini terdiri atas di lingkungan pendidikan keluarga; sekolah; dan masyarakat yang disebut dengan Tripusat Pendidikan. Gagasan ini dilandasi oleh sebuah argumen bahwa setiap manusia akan selalu berada dan mengalami perkembangan dalam tiga lingkungan pendidikan tersebut. Konsep tripusat pendidikan yang terdiri atas lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat telah terselenggara sejak kali pertama digagas hingga saat ini masih tetap berlangsung, bahkan mendapat penguatan dan pengakuan dari pemerintah dalam Konstitusi dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Padahal dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, seorang anak sebelum  mendapat pendidikan dari tiga lingkungan tersebut telah mendapat pendidikan dari ibunya selama di dalam kandungan sebagai lingkungan pendidikan pertama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap Tripusat Pendidikan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan menganalisis secara yuridis-normatif terhadap ayat-ayat al-Quran tentang konsep pendidikan Islam yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dalam kandungan dan konsep tripusat Pendidikan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai obyek kajian atau sasaran penelitian. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan dapat diperluas dari  tiga menjadi empat lingkungan pendidikan, yaitu: lingkungan pendidikan dalam kandungan, lingkungan pendidikan keluarga, lingkungan pendidikan sekolah, dan lingkungan pendidikan masyarakat. Empat lingkungan Pendidikan ini harus sejalan secara paralel dan bersinerji untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has acted as a catalyst for change in a variety of areas of life, including education. Education, which was previously conducted solely in the classroom, has evolved into technology-based distance learning, posing challenges for students at all levels of the educational process, including students. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education students' knowledge, problems, and efforts to improve course understanding. A semi-structured questionnaire and the probability snowball sampling approach were used to conduct an online survey. The responders were from the second semester of eight classes, and a total of 180 statements were accepted. Distance learning expertise During distant learning, 63.71 percent stated they comprehended the process, and 42 percent said they felt their parents' attention. Students cited slow learning, excessive costs, and not ideal as problems in this survey, with 51.2 percent, 63 percent, and 63.3 percent, respectively, expressing their dissatisfaction. 74.4 percent of students reported that they were making significant efforts to improve their comprehension of studying and listening courses, with 43 percent of students attempting to ask questions and 90.6 seeking for references in order to better their understanding of the course.

Abstract

This research aims to find out if there is a memorization relationship of the Qur'an with the discipline of Tahfiz class students in MAN 1 Bogor. This research uses quantitative methods and this type of research is a case study (expost facto) in MAN 1 Bogor. The population was 70 students in Tahfiz class. And the sample determination in this study used the Kerci table so that from 70 Population to 59 students. The data collection methods used are questionnaires, data processing techniques and data analysis which are linear analysis, normality testing and hypothesis testing conducted using regression correlation analysis, data analysis using Correlation statistic Pearson analysis. Test results of the prerequisite test analysis normality of both the Quran and discipline students are in the normal category of the value of sig > 0.05. And the analysis of the second linearity test variables are all linear. The result of the hypothesis test is that the memorization of the Qur'an has a significant relationship with discipline, which is the value of coefficency correlation obtained between the variables of 0.635. Value coefficient of determination obtained value 0.403. This value means that the memorization relationship of the Qur'an with Tahfiz class students ' discipline is 40,3%. While 59.7% of students ' discipline has relationships by other variables that are not researched.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted changes in education, causing various problems in learning. Because of these problems, there are certain responses from students as a picture of their satisfaction with the learning carried out. This response will determine students' attitudes in learning, thus affecting the achievement of learning objectives. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the problems and student satisfaction in distance learning. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a field research approach. Data were collected using the observation method, questionnaires given to students via google form, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the problem of distance learning that occurred in SMP Negeri 1 Pamijahan obtained a percentage of 58%, so it was classified as quite good, which inferred that the problem that occurred was not quite serious. The student satisfaction in distance learning obtained a percentage of 67%, thus it was classified as quite satisfactory. The aspects that need improvement because they resulted in bad category were aspects of understanding material and interaction, and less satisfied with aspects of material and learning methods.

Abstract

The research aims to describe and know the extent of interest in waching television and its relationships with students. The problem that undertakes this research is that students today are called with millenials who are increasingly less than expected by parents and teachers, so it is very alarming about the next generation of the nation as the core pillars, whether stonger or even weaker. The subject in this study was a student at SMP Islam Nurush Shodiqin Bogor Regency which was taken through random samples from class VII, VIII and IX consisting of 35 students. While the object of this research is the whole in the habituation and daily students both at home and in school to parents and teachers. The data-sling technique is done by observation, documentation interviews and quetionnairs or polls to get results related to watching television and it relationship to morality. The study used the correlation formula products moments to look for the second influence of the variable scores. The results of the research that can be taken in this study, namely : first, the result in the validity test on the variable X1 is said to be valid for the value of 15 question items result above the value or R table is 0,282. Secondly, the results in the reusability test on Cronchbach’s Alpha are value due to the value in X variables above 0.6 namely 0.895 and variable Y 0.911 ie Thirdly, to provide interpretation of rxy can be been obtained rxy 0.853 if viewed from the interprestation table then the number of correlation index obtained (ie = 0.853), it is located between 0.70 – 0.90. Therefore, the data can be expressed there is a strong influence on the importance of watching the interest or television and its relation to the generation of millennials case studies at SMP Nurush Shodiqin. Keywords : intereset in watching television, morals of millennial generation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui sejauh mana minat menonton televisi dan hubungannya terhadap akhlak siswa. Masalah yang melandasi penelitian ini adalah akhlak siswa zaman sekarang yang disebut dengan generasi milenial yang semakin kurang bahkan jauh dari yang diharapkan oleh orangtua dan guru, sehingga amat sangat menghawatirkan terhadap generasi penerus bangsa sebagai pilar inti, apakah semakin kuat atau bahkan semakin lemah. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa di SMP Islam Nurush Shodiqin kabupaten Bogor yang diambil melalui sampel acak dari kelas VII, VIII, XI yakni terdiri dari 35 siswa. Sedangkan obyek dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dalam pembiasaan dan keseharian siswa baik di rumah maupun di sekolah akhlak terhadap orangtua dan guru.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dokumentasi dan kuesioner atau angket untuk mendapatkan hasil terkait minat menonton televisi dan hubungannya terhadap akhlak.Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus kolerasi Products momen untuk mencari pengaruh kedua skor variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama, Hasil pada uji validitas pada variabel X1 dikatakan valid karna nilai pada 15 item pertanyaan hasilnya diatas nilai R Tabel yaitu 0,282. Kedua, Hasil pada uji reabilitas pada Cronshbach’s Alpha reliable karena nilai pada variabel X diatas 0,6 yaitu 0,895 dan Variabel Y yaitu 0,911 maka nilai reliable. Ketiga, Untuk memberikan interpretasi terhadap rxy dapat di tempuh dengan cara interprestasi sederhana. Dari perhitungan di atas, telah diperoleh rxy 0,853 jika dilihat dari tabel interpretasi maka angka indeks korelasi yang diperoleh (yaitu = 0,853), ternyata terletak antara 0,70 – 0,90. Maka dari data tersebut dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang kuat atau tinggi antara Minat Menonton Televisi dan Hubungannya dengan Akhlak. Keywords : Minat Menonton Televisi, Akhlak Generasi Milenial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan yang signifikan antara hafalan Al-Qur’an dengan nilai akademis siswa kelas tahfidz di MAN 1 Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket kepada 59 siswa kelas tahfidz sebagai sampel objek penelitian Populasi penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel hafalan Al Qur’an dan variabel nilai akademis dihitung dengan Pearson Correlation, nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh antara variabel tersebut sebesar 0,531. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh nilai 0,282 yang berarti 28,2% variabel nilai akademis siswa bisa dijelaskan dari variabel hafalan Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup antara variabel hafalan Al-Qur’an dan variabel nilai akademis siswa kelas tahfidz. Artinya semakin baik dalam hafalan Al-Qur’an maka akan membuat nilai akademis siswa semakin baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan yang signifikanantara hafalan Al-Qur’an dengan nilai akademis siswa kelas tahfidz di MAN1 Bogor. Abstract

AbstractFast-paced progress from time to time, social media has undergone a significant change, the article in almost all aspects of human life cannot be separated from social media. In 2016 social media users reached 2.31 billion and in the last five years in 2021 it reached 4.2 billion active users.social media network Instagram has now been widely used by the entire world population because Instagram can share information with others in the form of photos, posters and videos. Da'wah is calling people to do good and guided by the teachings of Islam, inviting people to do good and stay away from all forms of disobedience in order to obtain pleasure in this world and the hereafter. Until now, many Islamic da'wah communities use Instagram as a medium for preaching, one of which is the Al-Intisyar Campus Da'wah Institute which has an Instagram named @alintisyar_ldk to spread Islamic symbols both to all LDK Al-Intisyar followers themselves and toactive community of  Instagram . This study aims to find out how response of followers who are members of LDK Al-Intisyar to the effectiveness of propaganda posters uploaded by the Instagram @alintisyar_ldk using the theory of effectiveness of preaching KH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid and how the message of the propaganda poster in it has meaning, invitation and practice to do good in the teachings of Islam. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the Instagram , there are 3 propaganda posters that can influence the attitudes and beliefs of members who are Instagram followers LDK Al-Inisyar Isra and Miraj Nabi Muhammad SAW.AbstrakKemajuan zaman yang serba cepat dari masa ke masa, media sosial mengalami sebuah perubahan yang signifikan, pasalnya hampir di seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan media sosial. Pada tahun 2016 pengguna media sosial mencapai 2,31 Miliar dan lima tahun terakhir pada tahun 2021 mencapai 4,2 Milliar pengguna aktif. Jejaringan media sosial Instagram kini telah banyak digunakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia dikarenakan pengguna Instagram dapat membagikan informasi kepada orang lain berupa foto, poster dan vidio. Dakwah adalah menyeru manusia untuk berbuat kebaikan serta berpedoman kepada ajaran agama Islam, mengajak manusia berbuat kebajikan dan menjauhi segala bentuk perbuatan kemaksiatan agar memperoleh kenikmatan dunia dan akhirat. Hingga saat ini banyak komunitas dakwah Islam yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai media berdakwah, salah satunya lembaga dakwah kampus (LDK) Al-Intisyar yang mempunyai akun media sosial dakwah Instagram yang bernama @alintisyar_ldk  untuk menyebarkan syiar islam baik kepada followers LDK Al-Intisyar sendiri maupun kepada seluruh masyarakat aktif pengguna Instagram lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon followers yang merupakan anggota LDK Al-Intisyar terhadap efektivitas dakwah poster yang diunggah oleh akun Instagram @alintisyar_ldk menggunakan teori efektivitas dakwah KH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid serta bagaimana pesan poster dakwah yang didalamnya memiliki makna, ajakan dan mengamalkan untuk berbuat kebaikan dalam ajaran agama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam akun Instagram LDK Al-Intisyar terdapat tiga poster dakwah yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan kepercayaan anggota yang merupakan followers Instagram LDK Al-Inisyar untuk mengajak berbuat kebaikan, saling tolong menolong terhadap sesama dan mempercayai peristiwa isra dan miraj Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mental health on learning motivation at SMK Pharmako Medika Plus. Innthissstudy, aaquantitativeeapproachwwas useddwithhtheecorrelational research method. Total population 44 students. The statement questionnaire was developed in 30 items and given to each sample, after conducting validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis was carried out in SPSS 26. The resultssshoweddthat thereewassa moderate or sufficient effecttbetweennmental health on learning.motivation at SMK Pharmako Medika Plus, this is obtained from the rxy result of 0.688. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teacher communication with students towards learning outcomes in the Al-Qur'an Subjects of the 7th grade Hadith 3 Bogor. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The research site was conducted in Bogor State Islamic Elementary School (MTsN) 3 which is addressed in the integrated education complex of Bogor district.While the research time the author plans to start from January 6 to April 2019.The respondents of this study were determined randomly. Data collection by means of questionnaires are given to respondents who have been selected randomly, while the data collection technique is by interviewing teachers of MTsN 3 Bogor. Then the data that has been obtained is analyzed quantitatively by product moment statistical test with the help of MBS SPP. Research on the Relationship between Teacher Communication and Students Against Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Subjects in the 7th grade Hadiths of Bogor 3, shows that there is a significant relationship between teacher communication with students on learning outcomes with a score of 0.421 based on a range of 0.400-0.599 which means related MEDIUM.
