Abstract

The main problem of SME Catering family business in Makassar City is low competitiveness which has an impact on financial performance. This study investigates the causes of low competitiveness through the role of the manager's innovative behavior and emotional intelligence. Sampling uses purposive sampling by setting the owner and manager as respondents. Data was transformed from the score to scale data through SolAnd 1.9 software application and data analysis using WarpPLS 3.0. This study found that Catering's financial performance is good because ownership is increasing. The more catering ownerships are the better innovation of managers and better financial performance. Although innovative managers are good, the emotional intelligence of managers is still low, financial performance is also low. The catering business is vulnerable to the risk of raw materials. Therefore, managers who are able to innovate and have personal qualities to work are needed indeed the competitiveness of this business increases.

Abstract

The problem of the catering business is that tastes tend to be less tasty, mistakes in choosing non-quality cooking ingredients, and employees (chefs) tend not to be painstaking, so it is interesting to research by investigating the relationship of intellectual capital with the innovative behavior of women managers and impacting on business performance through competitive advantage. From 25 catering businesses headed by women managers, we set managers and employees (cooks) as 75 respondents (purposive sampling) with data analysis using WarpPLS 7.0. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better the innovative behavior of female managers, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better female managers' innovative behavior, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We also find that behavior innovation is getting better so that this business has a competitive advantage and good business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement of employee performance with the role of OCB in mediating the relationship of personal trust and leadership. The sampling method illustrated in this research uses a purposive sampling method, namely the Makassar Main Kesyahbandaran Office employees who have extra motivation as many as 54 people. The analytical tool used is WarpPLS 7. 0. Personal trust has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. After that, leadership does not significantly affect employee performance. Next, personal trust has a positive and meaningful influence on OCB. Then, leadership has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Likewise, OCB has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. After that, personal beliefs have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through OCB. And finally, leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through OCB. The originality of this research applies the principle of "SYAHDU" as the basis for employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perubahan Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatan Efektivitas Kerja pada PT. Telkom Regional VII Sulawesi. Pendekatan penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bersifat menguji hipotesis melalui kajian tentang Pengaruh Perubahan dan Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatan Efektivitas Kerja pada PT. Telkom Regional VII Sulawesi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui uji parameter dalam menjawab hipotesis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-section melalui kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis Analisis Regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa Variabel perubahan organisasi dan Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.
