Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek profitabilitas dan likuiditas dalam meningkatkan struktur modal perusahaan asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 perusahaan dan penarikan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 perusahaan asuransi, terdapat 5 diantaranya dinyatakan tidak memenuhi kriteria. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear berganda yang bertujuan untuk menguji kembali pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap struktur modal pada dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Vers. 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bukti bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) dan likuiditas (CR) memberikan efek negatif signifikan dalam meningkatkan struktur modal.Keywords: struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pemberdayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bersifat menguji hipotesis melalui kajian tentang Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Cabang Makassar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pengumpulan data secara cross-section melalui kuisioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalahAnalisis Regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa Pelatihan , Pemberdayaan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Cabang Makassar.. Pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem of the catering business is that tastes tend to be less tasty, mistakes in choosing non-quality cooking ingredients, and employees (chefs) tend not to be painstaking, so it is interesting to research by investigating the relationship of intellectual capital with the innovative behaviour of women managers and impacting on business performance through competitive advantage. From 25 catering businesses headed by women managers, we set managers and employees (cooks) as 75 respondents (purposive sampling) with data analysis using WarpPLS 7.0. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better the innovative behaviour of female managers, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We found that the better the intellectual capital, the better female managers' innovative behaviour, and the better the catering business performance in Makassar City. We also find that behaviour innovation is getting better so that this business has a competitive advantage and good business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement of employee performance with the role of OCB in mediating the relationship of personal trust and leadership. The sampling method illustrated in this research uses a purposive sampling method, namely the Makassar Main Kesyahbandaran Office employees who have extra motivation as many as 54 people. The analytical tool used is WarpPLS 7. 0. Personal trust has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. After that, leadership does not significantly affect employee performance. Next, personal trust has a positive and meaningful influence on OCB. Then, leadership has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Likewise, OCB has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. After that, personal beliefs have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through OCB. And finally, leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through OCB. The originality of this research applies the principle of "SYAHDU" as the basis for employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. The research questions posed in this study are: (1) whether leadership affects employee performance, (2) whether work motivation affects employee performance, (3) whether leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Sulawesi Provincial Library and Archives Service. South. This research was conducted at the Library and Archives Service company of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was the determination of the sample size based on purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 65 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The study found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. (1) leadership (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of employee at Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

High employee performance is the hope of the organization, and for that more attention is needed from the management through the provision of remuneration, discipline creation, and increased motivation that is carried out. We developed and tested a model in which dicipline and remuneration affects performance indirectly, through the mediating effects of work motivation Explanatory research was conducted on 83 employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province using PLS 3.0. This research provides evidence that the provision of remuneration and increased discipline in work is proven to have a real effect in increasing work motivation. Remuneration and work motivation make a significant contribution to improving employee performance to a higher level, except for work discipline. The role of motivation is divided into two (partial and complete mediation) in investigating the effect of remuneration and work discipline on performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work motivation and employee performance and to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar. This type of research is quantitative and the data source used in this study is secondary data by collecting related data files and using primary data obtained from questionnaires with purposive sampling technique used in determining the sample. The population of the research object is 163 and the number of samples determined is 62 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of the questionnaires obtained from the respondents have been tested by instruments consisting of validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics with the help of the SPSS program. The hypothesis testing used is the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is not able to mediate significantly between the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Divre VII Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di mediasi oleh Semangat Kerja di Rumah Makan Bone Tamparang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian survai (survey research) yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi berbentuk opini dari sejumlah besar orang terhadap topik tertentu dengan populasi sebanyak 162 dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 62 sampel. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan Komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Semangat Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dan Semangat Kerja memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan
