Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether is the effect of cooperative learning model The Power of Two typetowards result of studying mathematics student. The kind of this research is quasi experiment in which class appliedcooperative learning model The Power of Two on 7th grade class of SMP N 1 Kepenuhan Hulu and class control wasgiven conventional learning model. The technique taking sampling is sampling saturated technique. The Hypothesistesting used T-test. The result of calculation got tcount = 2,173 and ttable = 2,034. This show that tcount > ttable at 5% significane level.Thus there is the effect of cooperative learning model The Power of Two type toward result of studying mathematics student on 7th grade class of SMP N 1 Kepenuhan Hulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental knowledge and knowledge of postharvest seaweed on farmer's behavior, both individually and jointly. Correlational research survey method, a total sample of 100 seaweed farmers, was chosen by a simple random method. Seaweed farmer's behavior as a dependent variable, as well as environmental knowledge and postharvest knowledge as independent variables. Data were analyzed by simple regression methods and multiple regression. The results found that environmental knowledge and knowledge of postharvest seaweed, positively and significantly affect the behavior of farmers in seaweed postharvest management, both individually and jointly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh penambahan rumput laut (Kappaphycusalvarezii) terhadap tekstur bakso ikan alu-alu (Sphyraena genie), dengan konsentrasi rumput laut yang berbeda, dan persentase penambahan surimi ikan alu-alu yang berbeda, sehingga dapat diterima oleh konsumen sebagai produk difersifikasi pangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, dan desain penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua factor dan empat perlakuan, yaitu: faktor A sebagai perlakuan persentase rumput laut (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%), sedangkan factor B sebagai perlakuan persentase surimi ikan alu-alu (75%, 65%, 55%, 45%, dan 35%) dengan tiga kali ulangan, Parameter yang yang diamati yaitu (uji sensorik skalah edonik) terhadap terkstur yang ditunjukkan penilaian berupa angka dengan skala satu sampai dengan lima, dimana 1. sangat tidak suka, 2. tidaksuka, 3. netral, 4. Agak suka, dan 5. suka, dan kadar air metode oven biasa (AOAC1996). Data dianalisis menggunakan softwere SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan yang memenuhi Syarat Mutu Bakso Ikan SNI No. 01-3818:2014, dan terbaik padaperlakuan 10% rumput laut dan 65% surimi ikan, baik uji kimia terhadap kadar air, serta uji organoleptik terhadap tekstur bakso ikan.

Abstract

Geographically location of implementation of production of passion fruit, which is in the village palpi Jawi-Jawi Bulukumbah County, conveniently located under the agriculture with rainwater covering an area of 50.74 hectares and a total production of 187.59 tons/ha. In order to realize the industrialization of the region with raw materials from agriculture as a leading sector through a process of systematic planning, with the real conditions that accommodate the remains exist, it needed a strategic industrial development. The characteristics of the industrial sector of agricultural raw materials and potential local resources to be developed that is in the field of agri-business industry raw material crops horticulture namely passion fruit in abundance and there has been no attention, even though the Government atupun farmers very potential managed to become a product of refined drinks fresh passion fruit. First partner is a group of farmers of passion fruit that perform activities of daily farming horticulture experience problems in processing the cultivation of passion fruit that is post-harvest, and handling of fresh fruit during the harvest so many decomposing because sour taste that is less preferred by consumers to be eaten fresh, solutions on offer is a rare-step post-harvest handling and processing the fruit into products that are preferred by consumers. As for the second partner is a group of housewives and young people who actively melakuakan activities in assisting farmers passionfruit to sell their crops, but experienced problems in selling logs that are cheap, the solution that will be offered are: passion fruit fresh given a touch of appropriate technology to be produced into a drink that is palpi passionfruit.
