Abstract

The behaviour is showed by practice teacher in doing duty of practiclearning express about capability of that practiced teacher duty. The capability of vocational high school practice teacher of machine technical in practice learning duty can be seen from his behaviourin doing duty of practice teaching both the open behaviour (be seen for example is blending demonstration) or close behaviour (can’t be seen for example thinking). The capability rate of that vocational high school practice teacher in doing duty can be evaluated from discipline in process about planning, preparing, operation of practiced teaching and administration facility and practiced result.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the behaviour of industialist in UANAS (National Final Examination) score selection, interview test and at productive skill practice and also supports of UANAS score and interview score toward the achievement of productive skill practice. This research was carried out in SMK N 11 and printing industry in Semarang city in 2004/2005 school years. Sample subyect taken by 50 students Data were taken with documentation, questionair, score card and they are analized with: descriptive statistic, multiple regression and commonality. This research concluded that: (1) industrialist behaviour in the National Final Examination score selection is enough, in the interview test is enough and productive skill practice is good. (2) the high and low score of National Final Examination is balance, most of interview test score is high, most of productive skill practice achievement is high, (3) combination that National Final Examination selection score and interview test score has support 66,9 % toward productive skill practice achievement, (4a) interview test score has support 46% toward productive skill practice (4b) achievement and National Final Examination score by self supportingly doesn’t have support toward productive skill practice achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan memaksimumkan kemakmuran pemegang saham dapat dilakukan dengan cara memaksimumkan nilai sekarang atau present value semua keuntungan pemegang saham yang diharapkan akan diperoleh di masa yang akan datang. Dalam hal ini manajemen keuangan memiliki peran yang penting dalam rangka maksimalisasi kemakmuran pemegang saham. Dalam investasi diperlukan sumber-sumber dana yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan ataupun dari luar perusahaan. Penggunaan sumber dana untuk investasi perlu memperhitungkan biaya modal (cost of capital) baik biaya modal internal maupun biaya modal eksternal. Berdasarkan kajian pecking order theory penelitian ini tertarik menguji pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan menambahkan  kebijakan  dividend dan kinerja perusahaan dalam model. Memasukkan kebijakan dividen dianggap penting mengingat pembagian dividen dalam kaitannya dengan nilai perusahaan masih menjadi isu yang diperdebatkan.  Sedangkan memasukkan kinerja ke dalam model dilakukan untuk memperkuat asumsi apakah internal  benar menjadi pilihan bagi perusahaan sebelum menggunakan utang atau menerbitkan saham baru.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2007  sampai dengan 2009. Penentuan sample dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Metode purposive sampling. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perusahaan termasuk kelompok LQ 45.  (2) Secara konsisten masuk dalam kelompok LQ 45 selama periode 2007 sampai dengan 2009. (3) Tidak bergerak dalam sektor perbankan.  Model analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi ordinary least square (OLS) dengan rumus: Tobin’Q  = α1 + β1DER + β2Div + β3ROA εit­        Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Leverage keuangan (kebijakan utang) berdampak positif pada nilai perusahaan. (2) Kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (4) Hasil uji model menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan utang, kebijakan dividend an kinerja tepat (fit) memprediksi nilai perusahaan. (5) Sebesar 25% variasi perubahan nilai perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh kebijakan utang, kebijakan dividen dan kinerja perusahaan.         Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen  dan kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

Sistem informasi yang handal membutuhkan dukungan sistem pengumpulan data yang handal pula. Sistem informasi medis di rumah sakit, selain mengolah data diam juga mengolah data bergerak, misal data kondisi alat kesehatan atau pasien yang berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Maka wireless sensor network (WSN) adalah solusi yang tepat untuk pengumpulan data bergerak tersebut. Pada penelitian ini berhasil membangun jaringan komunikasi nirkabel menggunakan transceiver TRW-2,4GHz untuk mengumpulkan data bergerak pada tiga titik berbeda. Data dikirim ke pusat data, kemudian diolah, ditampilkan dan disimpan pada PC server.
