Abstract

Abstract Marketing Strategy Services Company one of them can be seen from the marketing mix are product, price, place or distribution and promotion are very helpful in marketing a product. However, in the marketing services that most directly related to the man that made a difference in the results of customer satisfaction. For the marketing of services need to consider other elements of people, physical evidence and process. Good service from service providers (people) will establish a physical evidence at the due process provision of customer services performed very well. From the physical evidence that has been formed it possible to increase the number of customers who want to use the same service. Managing Quality of Service There is a strategy that can be achieved in winning the competition with a rival business that is by delivering high quality services consistently than our competitors and higher than customer expectations. To avoid failure in service delivery, to note gaps that may occur, including the following gap between consumer expectation and management perception. Abstract

ABSTRACT One the marketing strategy of company service can be seen from marketing hotchpotch that is product, price, distribution or place and promotion, but in service marketing mostly in direct correlation to human being make difference to the result of customer satisfaction. For that marketing of service require to pay attention other element like people, physical evidence and process. Service which is either from provider service people will form an evidence physical at customer effect of process giving conducted by service very good. The increasing of service sector triggered by some impeller factor that is: the increasing of consumer demand to quality, reduction is expense of, service activities, internal consumer, product increase and expanding it is organizational nonprofit. Growth Sector service forwards will show growth of significant caused by technological growth of internet, communications and digitalizes so that apart not such a constraint because information and communications can be braided to through mouse click. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to analysis the influence of motivation, work environment, welfare and principal leadership teacher performance against SMPN 1 Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. The research sample set by using the census, because the population is less than 100, the sample in this study of 40 people, equal to the number population. The data used are primary data using questionnaires completed by respondents. The analysis tools are Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 Test. The analysis showed that the Working Environment variables are the most dominant variable in the performance of teachers. The results of the t test motivation variable indicates no significance effect of motivation on performance, the hypothesis unsubstantiated. Work environment variables indicates a positive work environment variables and significant impact on performance improvement, research hypothesis proved to be true because if it is supported by the data. Welfare variable indicates no effect on the performance of the welfare significance, the hypothesis unsubstantiated. Leadership style variable indicates variable leadership style has positive and significant impact on performance improvement, the hypothesis proved to be true because if it is supported by the data. F-test of independent variables jointly affect the performance. Determinant coefficient explains that the set of variables motivation, work environment, welfare and leadership style in the regression model of this study, the effect contributes to the performance of 72.6%.
