Abstract

Interprofessional education is Interprofessional education (IPE) entails learning with, from, and about each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes. Negative perception, professional egoism, bad knowledge about it will hamper collaboration. Reducing negative perception and creating readiness is a prime target for IPE training. COVID-19 restrictions necessitated wholesale scale conversion of curricula to online learning environments globally. The research is aimed at getting students' perceptions of collaboration through interprofessional education online. This was a descriptive study. The study took place at Mahardika Health College. The respondents consisted of 155 students in nursing, public health, midwifery, and medical record students. Students were grouped into interprofessional teams for two days and participated in IPE training consisting of lectures and small group discussions. The training is done online using the zoom meeting app. At the beginning of the first session, they completed a pre-test survey with demographic items and measures of their perception of interprofessional education to work as a team. They completed a post-test with the same measures after the end of the session. 155 students completed both the pre-test and post-test survey. The student's perception before taking ipe training is 88.38 % good to be 100% good. This study demonstrated that a short series of IPE training experiences resulted in improved perceptions of interprofessional practice.

Abstract

As many as 21.9% or 149 million children under five in the world are stunted. Indonesia ranks fifth in the incidence of stunting in the world. The Educational Application to Prevent Stunting Children (AECAS) is a strategy developed to prevent stunting through an Android-based educational application. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the application of the education application to prevent stunting in children (AECAS) on the prevention of stunting. quantitative research with pre and post experimental approach with randomized controlled trial. The sample size in this study was 68 respondents. The average N-gain score for the intervention class (AECAS application method) was 56.98%, included in the moderately effective category, while the booklet method of 13.30% was in the ineffective category. There is a significant difference between the AECAS application method and the booklet method based on the different independent sample t test on the N Gain Score of perceptions of stunting prevention in the intervention and control groups with a p value of 0.0001. the educational application to prevent stunting (AECAS) is effective in preventing stunting by increasing the perception of stunting prevention.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah untuk mencegah kejadian stunting melalui peningkatan pengetahuan Ibu yang memiliki anak dibawah 2 tahun. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui penyuluhan yang dilakukan selama 1 hari (6 jam). Sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dilakukan, peserta diberikan kuesioner terkait dengan pengetahuan stunting. Berdasarkan kuesioner tersebut terdapat perbedaan pada hasil pengetahuan peserta. Pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan 30,8% sangat baik, sedangkan setelah pemberian materi melalui penyuluhan pengetahuan meningkat menjadi 55,9% sangat baik. Pengetahuan terhadap stunting yang baik dapat mencegah kejadian stunting di masa depan.

Abstract

Self efficacy is a belief held by patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialation. Compliance with hemodialysis is the behavior of patients in the form of adherence to undergo hemodialysis. Chronic kidney failure is a progressive and irreversible disruption of renal function in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causes uremia (retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood). This study aims to determine the relationship of self efficacy with adherence to undergo hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure who undergo hemodialysis in Waled District Hospital Cirebon, 2020.  This research method uses descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population was patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis at Waled District Hospital Cirebon as many as 128 patients and the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique obtained 57 respondents. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire sheet, and data analysis using the Spearman rank test, the significance value α = 0.05.  The results showed that self efficacy with a low category was (61.4%) and compliance underwent hemodialysis with an adherent category of (54.5%). There is a relationship between self-efficacy and compliance with hemodialysis in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. Respondents with high self-efficacy have a high level of compliance with hemodialysis. Nutrition education and stunting prevention need to be given since pregnancy planning in couples of childbearing ages. Growth monitoring need to be carried out continuously since the beginning of the baby's life and nutrition need to be adjusted according to established guidelines.

Abstract

Kontrol diri adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam menahan atau mendorong keinginan yang akan merugikan diri sendiri atau orang lain. Ketergantungan dengan smartphone memiliki dampak buruk pada remaja salah satunya dalam mengatur dan mengontrol diri. Individu yang memiliki ketergantungan dengan smartphone disebut dengan nomophobia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan kecenderungan nomophobia selama masa pandemi COVID-19 pada siswa di SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 92 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank. Tempat penelitian dilakukan secara daring selama bulan Mei 2021.. Hasil uji spearman rank P Value = 0,000 < α = 0,05 dan r = -0.546 < 1 maka H0 = ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan negatif antara kontrol diri dengan kecenderungan nomophobia selama masa pandemi COVID-19 pada siswa di SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon. Makna hubungan negatif pada penelitian ini adalah semakin rendah kontrol diri, maka semakin tinggi kecenderungan nomophobia dan sebaliknya.
