Abstract

This research-based service research departs from the problem of drug abuse in Mulyorejo village, taking into account the strategic geographical location for drug trafficking, the surrounding villages' high drug case rates, and the public's lack of understanding of the dangers of drugs. This drug problem has existed for a long time, but neither the government nor the community has made any effort to address it. The community assistance approach used was Asset-based Community Driven Development (ABCD), a method of community empowerment that draws on the community's strengths, potential, and assets to overcome problems and promote community development. The ABCD approach comprises five stages: inculturation, discovery, design, definition, and reflection. The Women and Children Forum's empowerment process has resulted in several outcomes, including the realization by the assisted community that they have numerous assets/potentials that can be used to develop and solve problems, particularly drug abuse. The assisted community understood the dangers of drugs and was aware of the importance of prevention. The assisted community could identify needs and develop activity plans to address drug abuse issues. The assisted community could also engage in activities such as drug danger socialization, drug alert family strengthening, and drug abuse prevention advocacy with village governments and religious institutions.

Abstract

Siswa SMA NW Suralaga merupakan anak-anak yang masih perlu dibina dalam penerapan literasi baca, sebab belum memiliki kestabilan yang baik dalam penerapan literasi, dan dalam mengatur waktu sehari-hari. Guru PAI dan Guru staf yang lain mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan Strategi yang digunakan untuk menerapkan budaya Literasi kepada siswa dan siswi SMA NW Suralaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang berlokasi di SMA NW Suralaga. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observaasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi guru PAI dalalm menerapkan budaya literasi untuk meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik SMA NW Suralaga yaitu, melalui bimbingan dan strategi, strategi pembiasaan, dan melalui event atau pertemuan medatangkan komuniytas-komunitas yang bergelut dibidang literasi, kunjungan ke Perpustakaan Daerah Lombok Timur untuk tour book satu kali dalam seminggu. kelebihan: meningkatkan minat baca siswa, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang literasi, meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan menjadikan siswa terbiasa dalam menerapkan budaya literasi baca. Kekurangan: masih ada siswa yang lebih mementingkan hal-hal yang tidak bermanfaat kettika keluar main, seperti main game dan berolahraga ketika bukan jam olahraga, sehingga strategbi guru PAI untukn meningkatkan minat baca tidak terlaksanakan dengan maksimal untuk siswa dan siswi SMA NW Suralaga

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Islamic-Based Individual Counseling in Overcoming Gamophobia (Case Study of Client "W" in Kepala Siring Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumu District)". Gamophobia is a phobia experienced by someone who has an excessive fear of making a commitment to a partner and getting married. This study aims to find out the description of gamophobia experienced by client "W" in the village of Chief Siring before the implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling, to find out how the application of Islamic-based individual counseling to client "W" who experienced gamophobia and also to find out how gamophobia is depicted experienced by client "W" after the implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The research subject is the client "W". Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are pattern matchmaking, making explanations, and strategic time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that before carrying out the counseling process it is still at a high level where there are several aspects that make clients experience excessive anxiety, cannot control their own thoughts, have feelings of irritability, do not want to have relationships with the opposite sex, are depressed when mentioned about marriage. The implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling was carried out in six meetings with three stages, namely the initial stage, the middle stage (work stage), and the final stage. The image of gamophobia after individual counseling based on Islam has decreased where client "W" no longer experiences excessive anxiety, is able to control himself, is able to receive input or advice from people around him.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of teamwork on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency partially. With the aim in the study, namely to determine whether or not there is an influence of teamwork on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a causal associative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are through observation, questionnaires and Ogan Komering Ulu mentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. With t test hypothesis testing (partial). The results showed that partially Teamwork has a positive effect on obtaining a tcount value of 3.338> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between Teamwork on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak — Rendahnya mutu pendidikan di Indonesia disebabkan tidak maksimalnya peran guru dalam pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan perubahan perilaku kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Salah satu solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah model pembelajaran twilight ball throwing yang merupakan gabungan/kombinasi dari berbagai teknik pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan. Tujuan pembelajaran menggambarkan proses dan hasil belajar yang diharapkan dicapai oleh peserta didik sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar. Adapun tujuan pembelajaran aspek Tarikh materi Perkembangan Islam pada Abad Pertengahan dengan model twilight ball throwing. Media pembelajaran adalah semua benda yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar dalam rangka mempermudah atau memperjelas dalam penyampaian materi/bahan pelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran dimulai dengan mengklasifikasikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran. Langkah-Langkah pembelajaran aspek Tarikh materi Perkembangan Islam pada Abad Pertengahan . dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu langkah-langkah yang dilakukan “guru, dan langkah pembelajaran peserta didik. Penskoran dilakukan dengan rentang nilai 1-10, menurut kualitas/kesungguhan perbuatan peserta didik sesuai dengan indicator. Selain observasi secara langsung, untuk mengukur sikap peserta didik dalam pembelajaran aspek Tarikh Materi perkembangan Islam pada Abad Pertengahan, juga dilakukan observasi secara tidak langsung dilakukan untuk mengetahui sikap peserta didik dalam kerja tim. Tes tertulis digunakan untuk mengukur ketercapaian indikator. Kata Kunci — Pembelajaran, Twilight Ball Throwing.
