Employee engagement in Indonesia is still relatively low at 13%, the low level of employee engagement has an impact on many things such as employee performance, therefore special attention is needed so that companies are able to increase employee engagement, and than This research intended to find out effectof Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisory Support on the employee engagement in Banten. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive design, research data collected using questionnaires and data analys is using multiple linear withthe SPSS IBM 20. program and based on the resulst of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, it is obtained that Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisor Support have an influence on Employee Engagement in manufacturing at Banten. With a total contribution of the R2 valueof 0.240. Keywords: Supervisor Support; Employee Engagement; Compensation Satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Loyalitas Kerja dan Pay Satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek perusahaan PT Samator Gas Industri Cilegon. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah IBM SPSS V25. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial t, dan uji simultan F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Loyalitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel pay satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan nilai F hitung > F tabel (3.898 > 2.859) dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan tingkat signifikan 0,016 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X1), Loyalitas Kerja (X2) dan Pay Satisfaction (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y)

At this time the existence of a pioneer library is an important thing that must be improved in quality and quantity for the purposes of scientific development. Especially during the pandemic, school children tend to prefer playing games using gadgets or cellphones rather than reading books. Therefore, it is necessary to increase reading interest and literacy development for school students, including PAUD students. The lack of availability of books and other supports is the main reason for the lack of interest in reading and the development of literacy. Community service begins with conducting interviews with PAUD leaders and identifying the situation in PAUD, then continuing with providing motivation, assistance in improving literacy and donating reading books and other supports in order to form a pioneer library for students. The creation of a library is intended for students with the guidance of teachers and parents of students. Currently there are 4 teachers and 25 students. Before the service at PAUD there was no library with adequate books and supports. After the implementation of the program, teachers and students became increasingly enthusiastic about increasing book reading activities and improving overall literacy. In the future, it is hoped that the library will continue to grow through the cooperation of universities, government and local government officials.
