Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the extent to which trust, corporate image and the use of fintech have an impact on muzakki's decision to pay zakat in Dompet Dhuafa, South Sulawesi. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design. This research relies on primary and secondary data sources. Data received directly from the research location with muzakki respondents is referred to as primary data. In this research, questionnaires, interviews and documentation were used to collect data. The SmartPLS 4.0 data processing application is used in research data analysis. Based on the regression results, the variables Trust (X1), corporate image (x2), and use of fintech (x3) have a positive and large influence on the muzakki's decision variable in paying zakat (Y). Furthermore, the Religiosity variable (Z) can moderate (strengthen) the influence of trust on the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, but cannot moderate (weaken) the influence of corporate image on the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, and cannot moderate (weaken) the influence of fintech. on the muzaki's decision to pay zakat.

Abstract

One of the problems in the current industrial era is that many foreign companies have emerged which has resulted in competition in the business sector becoming tighter. Thus, entrepreneurs are required to have appropriate business tactics in order to keep their business running and be able to face other competitors. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between product quality, promotion and Islamic service quality on purchasing decisions at the Annur Shop Bone Store which is moderated by price. This research is quantitative research. The research location was the Annur Shop Bone Shop with a sample of 210 respondents. Sample collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, data processing uses the SEM PLS procedure, namely with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 software. The results of this research state that each variable (product quality, promotion and Islamic service quality) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, product quality and promotion which are moderated by price also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Islamic service quality moderated by price has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions at the Annur Shop Bone Store.

Abstract

The practice of matteseng is a form of work carried out by the community in Pitumpanua sub-district, Wajo Regency, which is established between land owners and managers. It is necessary to study whether the practice of matteseng by implementing musaqah contracts can improve community welfare. The method used in this study is qualitative method using phenomenological research approach. The data sources used are primary data (direct information) and secondary data (books, journals and related articles). The data is obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the application of musaqah contract in matteseng practice has not been maximized enough and the improvement of community welfare when viewed the fulfillment of the 5 aspects of Sharia maqashid has not been fully fulfilled.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of telemarketing and transparency use through social media to donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel with trust as moderate variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire or lift as data collection tool. Respondents in this study are the community or donor who once paid zakat, infak, and alms at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel. Samples analysis using Krijie Morgan formula and research measurement using data analysis of Structural Equation Model based Patrial Least Square (SEM PLS) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r-Square) contributed of telemarketing, transparency, and trust to donor loyalty of 60,4% while 39,6% may be influenced by other factors outside of the study. From the results of statistical shows that telemarketing has positive and significant effect on the donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, in addition to transparency also has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, while trust does not moderate telemarketing on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, as much as trust is not moderating transparency to donor loyalty in paying at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of social media, accessibility, and interest in visiting Islamic facilities. Larea-Rea Island Tourism, Sinjai Regency with Having faith is a moderating factor. In this research, the sample is the people of Sinjai district. A quantitative technique with a descriptive methodology is the research method employed. In this study, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation were utilized as primary and secondary data sources gather information. Analysis of research was conducted using the data processing tool SmartPLS 4.0. Regression analysis shows that interest in visiting (Y) Larea-rea island tourism is positively and significantly influenced by social media (X1), accessibility (X2), and Islamic facilities (X3). Moreover, the impact of social media on visiting interest might be strengthened or moderated by the trust variable (Z). Have faith can moderate (strengthen) the accessibility variable on visiting interest. However, it cannot moderate (strengthen) Islamic facilities on interest in visiting Larea-rea island tourism with confidence.

Abstract

Whether we realize it or not, in everyday life, women's needs can’t be separated from cosmetics and other beauty products to support their appearance. The increasing public interest in beauty trends encourages the cosmetic industry to develop rapidly. The desire of women to always look beautiful invites actors who are not responsible for creating or trading cosmetics that do not meet the circulation regulations. Basically, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of halal certification and BPOM distribution permit on the buying interest of female students. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar. In determining the sample using the formula from Krijie and Morgan with a total sample of 336 respondents. IBM Statistics SPSS 25 was used as the data analysis method in this study. From the research process, it was found that halal certification had an effect on student cosmetic buying interest. Meanwhile, the distribution permit of BPOM also influences the cosmetic buying interest of female student. Keywords: Halal certification; BPOM Circulation Permit; Buying Interest; Cosmetics

Abstract

This research was cconducted with the aim of finding out the influence of literacy, in this case public knowledge about usury, on people’s behavior in carrying out debts and receivables with subjective norms as a moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The population, namely the total number of PNM Mekaar Mambi Branch costumers, wa 3.701 people. The sampel was determined using the kriccjie Morgan formula which then obtained 348 samples which were then used in this research. This research uses primary datta, namely direct responses from respondents via questionnaires distributed via Google form and distributing questionnaires directly the field. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the research show that literacy has a positive effect on people’s behavior in making debts and receivables.

Abstract

The Griya Hartacu Pattallassang Housing Complex, Gowa Regency has two financing agreements used and is one of the subsidized housing under the care of PT.  Three Great Revas.  This housing uses financing agreements, including the Murabahah KPR contract, and the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract.  The researcher himself focuses on the musyarakah mutanaqisah financing contract.  This study aims to find out how the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is implemented, and how the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is compatible with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008.  The formulation of the problem is: (1), How is the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract implemented in the financing process for the Griya Hartacu housing in Pattallassang?  (2), Is the transaction process for musyarakahmutanaqishah financing contracts in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008?.  This research is a field research using qualitative research.  This research approach uses descriptive qualitative.  The subject of this research is the people who live in Griya Hartacu Pattallassang housing.  Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation.  The data validation technique uses theory and source triangulation techniques by collecting data and information from a variety of different sources.  The results of this study indicate that financing for the Griya Hartacu Pattallassang housing uses two financing agreements, namely a murabahah mortgage contract, and a musyarakahmutanaqisah contract.  These two contracts are also very influential in the transaction process of the people who are the actors in the two contracts.  The musyarakahmutanaqisah contract is reviewed with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No.  73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008, researchers have analyzed and reviewed and then researchers found that the financing of the musyarakahmutanaqisah contract is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa, but the contract has not been fully used, only some buyers use the contract in the home buying process.

Abstract

The background of this research is that zakat is a pillar of Islam that must be carried out when the nisab and haul have arrived. Agricultural zakat is one of the obligatory zakat to be issued at harvest time and the nisab is the same as rice. Understanding is the ability to explain and interpret something, this study aims to determine the level of understanding of the people in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency regarding agricultural zakat. The formulation of the problem in this research is. How is the level of understanding of the people in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency towards agricultural zakat. The subjects of this research were the people of Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency, while the subjects in this study were the people's understanding of agricultural zakat in Ngali Village, Belo District, Bima Regency. The type of research used is the type of field. The data sources used are prime and secondary data. While the data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and documentation, to analyze the data using descriptive qualitative methods. The number of population in this study was 229 people using the slovin formula, based on the results of the research which showed through the answers of the respondents it could be concluded, an analysis of people's understanding of agricultural zakat in the village of Ngali, Belo sub-district, Bima district, answered "good" about agricultural zakat with a percentage of 64.70%, socialization is needed to the community so that people understand agricultural zakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui masalah pelaksanaan jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju, implementasi akad murabahah pada transaksi jual beli sarang burung walet di Desa Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Fenemenologis. Dengan memaparkan hasil penelitian secara objektif sesuai yang ditemukan di lapangan, pengusaha sarang burung Walet di desa tarailu kecamatan sampaga kabupaten mamuju. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dokumentasi dan referensi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu: Reduksi data (seleksi data), penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan jual-beli sarang burung walet di desa tarailu terdapat beberapa transaksi yang digunakan yaitu, ada yang melakukan transaksi secara langsung dalam artian betemu edua belah pihak dan melakukan transaksi berdasarkan kesepakatan yang dibuat. Serta ada yang memberikan uang panjar walaupun belum ada barang. Kemudian implementasi akad murabahah pada prakteknya bersesuian dengan rukun serta syarat- syarat akad murabahah. Namun jika ditinjau berdasarkan akad murabahah yang sering digunakan pada perbankan syariah, terdapat syarat yang tidak terpakai.
