Abstract

B.IndonesiaPada Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia taruna melakukan praktek memasang, membongkar dan menguji magneto. Dalam pengujian magneto, dibutuhkan putaran tertentu yaitu 1000,2000 dan 3000. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat tester magneto agar mengetahui kondisi magneto dengan indikator percikan konstan. Berdasarkan beberapa identifikasi masalah yang akan menjadi batasan masalah adalah bagaimana merancang magneto tester berkecepatan 30-3000RPM. Dari hasil perhitungan dan perancangan yang telah dilakukan, alat yang dibuat belum mampu mencapai putaran yang diingkinkan. Putaran maksimum yang tercapai adalah 2984 rpm.B.EnglishThe Aircraft Engineering Study Program of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute, cadets practice installing, managing and restoring magneto. In magneto testing, certain rounds of 1000,2000 and 3000 are required. This test is carried out using a magneto tester in order to know the magneto conditions with a constant spark indicator. Based on several considerations, the problem that will be the limitation of the problem is how to return a magneto tester with a 30-3000 RPM. From the results of calculations and designs that have been carried out, the tools made have not been able to reach the desired rotation. The maximum successful duration is 2984 rpm.

Abstract

The main purpose of the clean water system in the Raudhatul Ilmi mosque is none other than to fulfill every need for clean water needed by mosque worshipers and mosque administrators in carrying out spiritual activities, cleaning, and MCK. To achieve this goal, the Raudhatul Ilmi Mosque requires various types of supporting equipment that can provide clean water needs that are in accordance with the needs of the mosque users. The modeling analysis obtained clean water requirements of 11450 liters supported by an additional supply pump with a 7m3 / h debit with a head of 17.86m, and to supply water to the male ablution area a water flow rate of 155.2 l / m was needed.

Abstract

Juwata Tarakan international airport has a clean water distribution facility to the terminal building area using three pump units that have the same specification. Clean water is distributed to toilets, mosques, shops and cafeterias. The water distribution control system is automated but not in accordance with the desired condition because the system works in serial if the previous pump is not working.In order to for the simulation design of the setting operation of three pumps to work properly it is necessary to do a favorable theory review, such as the theory that support. Some theories used to support the writing of this final task must be related and complement each other, including the theory of arduino as microcontroller board, sensor theory ACS712, DS18b20 sensor, relay, and others.The simulation design use to operation the three pumps works based on the time specified in each pump, with overcurrent and overheated protection on each pump to avoid potentially problematic pump (auto system), if the auto system becomes problem then the manual system can be operated .This simulation is used to describe the control system that is located in the juwata tarakan international airport of northern kalimantan

Abstract

B.Indonesia Dalam proses pelepasan dan pemasangan tail boom di Direktorat Polisi Udara khususnya di out base station ditahan oleh beberapa orang. Proses tersebut dapat berakibat beberapa baut rusak. Selanjutnya tail boom diletakkan pada sebuah rack. Untuk itu penulis mencoba memberikan solusi memodifikasi tail boom rack yang bertujuan untuk menggantikan sling dan crane sebagai pengangkat. Dalam rancangan modifikasi dibagi menjadi empat pembahasan. Pertama, merancang rangka. Selanjutnya membandingkan dengan tegangan yang diizinkan material. Kedua, merancang ulir penggerak dengan menggunakan teori ulir daya. Setelah di dapat panjang ulir maka dapat ditentukan seberapa tinggi alat ini mampu mengangkat tail boom. Ketiga, merancang pengatur sudut kemiringan tail boom. Keempat, menentukan bearing. Dari pembahasan di dapat tegangan pada rangka atas adalah 0,58kg/mm2 dan pada lengan penggerak adalah 19,466 kg/mm2, alat mampu mengangkat sampai 146 cm, sudut yang didapat mencapai 3,03° adapun bearing dengan digunakan adalah roller bearing tipe ball bearing dengan nomor 6208. B.English In the process of the removal and installation tail boom especially in out base station hangar of Directorat of Polisi Udara is lifted by some people. That process can affect some the bolts has broken. Because of that, the authors try to provide a solution by modifying tail boom rack that aims to replace the sling and crane those are not in the out base station as carrying out the. In modification there are four discussion. The first, design the framework modifications and comparing the stress that allowed by material. The second, design thread driver. After the length of power thread is known it can then be determined how high the tool is capable of lifting tail boom. The third, design the angle setting. From there it can be determined the tilt of angle of tail boom. The fourth, decisive the bearing. From the discussion it get the stress that happen on the upper frame is 0,58kg/mm2 and the drive arm is 19.466 kg/mm2, the tool is capable of lifting up to 146 cm, which can reach the angle of 3.03 °, use roller bearing type ball bearing with the number 6208.

Abstract

As one of the roles of universities in realizing Tridharma Higher Education, especially in the field of Aviation, The Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic is considered necessary to conduct socialization related to the Deepening of The Teaching Book of Electrical &Electronic Aircraft for Vocational Teachers of Aviation. This community service aims to provide knowledge, especially teachers in vocational schools related to the Book of Electrical Teaching &Amp; Electronics Aircraft it is because the readiness of teachers and teaching materials become the initial benchmark of the success of the student learning process and teaching. The current condition of many vocational school teachers is not a graduate of aviation vocational school, not a graduate of a campus that organizes education in the field of aviation, inexperienced in aircraft maintenance or even unlicensed aviation technicians. The results of this community service show that the knowledge in the field of aviation, mostly vocational school teachers in Semarang, Solo and Surakarta is still weak. Many still deliver teaching materials to students based on the search process on the internet page without understanding the basic philosifi of its functions and work. Especially for electrical materials and aircraft electronics, there is still a condition of teachers conveying the concept of electrical components and general electronics but have not been able to connect how the components function and work in the aircraft. PKM activities deepening the teaching book of Electrical &Electronic Systems aircraft in smk reopen the role of related parties in order to improve the quality of vocational school teachers in general in the field of aviation. Pkm activities are expected to be continued in a more structured form can be in the form of cooperation partners between vocational higher education institutions in the field of aviation and vocational education (vocational education at the intermediate level).

Abstract

In engine run practice, it can be simulated by using static bicycle wheel rotation to meet alternator rotation requirements. However, the limitation of human leg muscle to pedalling have not been able to reach the desired rpm. To achieve alternator rotation, design and developable mechanism of rotation is needed. Based on a few identification problems that will be the limitation of problem is how to design developable mechanism of static bike powered with output 2700 rpm. In this design, a knurling wheel with 60 mm of diameter diamond pattern knurling surface as the successor to the 660 mm diameter round bicycle wheel. The chosen gear is a straight gear where the driver gear is 120 mm of pitch diameter, the number of teeth is 60 and the driven gear is 60 mm of pitch diameter with the number of teeth is 30 as successor to knurling wheel. The shaft used is 20 mm of diameter with 7x7 dimention of spie. The bearings used are ball bearing type with bearing number 6004. For the belt and driver pulley, the designer chooses a type A number 35 of v belt with a length of circumference 889 mm belt and 127 mm diameter of driver pulley. The support of gear, driver pulley and alternator used S45C material with 343 N/mm2 of yield strength. From the results of calculations and designs that have been done, the tools are made to work well according to the designer's criteria. So, this design can be used to help increase the rotation of the bicycle wheel rotation.

Abstract

Roads are an important aspect for most residents to support various activities so one must pay attention to one of them from the lighting side. With inadequate street lighting conditions, it will certainly cause obstacles to supporting residents' activities at night. Currently, residents of Pangbogohan Village, Ranca Iyuh Village, Tangerang Regency really need street lighting to support residents' activities. In this case, we would like to apply for assistance with the installation of street lighting on Jalan Sujono, Ranca Iyuh Village, Pangbogohan Village, Tangerang Regency. This is in line with the task of lecturers in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service activities. The purpose of the installation of street lights is to provide comfort for local residents when they are active at night and avoid things related to the lack of lighting. and calculate the capacity and number of lamps. The result of these activities is the creation of adequate street lighting so that it is of great benefit to local residents
