Abstract

B.IndonesiaPada Program Studi Teknik Pesawat Udara Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia taruna melakukan praktek memasang, membongkar dan menguji magneto. Dalam pengujian magneto, dibutuhkan putaran tertentu yaitu 1000,2000 dan 3000. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat tester magneto agar mengetahui kondisi magneto dengan indikator percikan konstan. Berdasarkan beberapa identifikasi masalah yang akan menjadi batasan masalah adalah bagaimana merancang magneto tester berkecepatan 30-3000RPM. Dari hasil perhitungan dan perancangan yang telah dilakukan, alat yang dibuat belum mampu mencapai putaran yang diingkinkan. Putaran maksimum yang tercapai adalah 2984 rpm.B.EnglishThe Aircraft Engineering Study Program of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute, cadets practice installing, managing and restoring magneto. In magneto testing, certain rounds of 1000,2000 and 3000 are required. This test is carried out using a magneto tester in order to know the magneto conditions with a constant spark indicator. Based on several considerations, the problem that will be the limitation of the problem is how to return a magneto tester with a 30-3000 RPM. From the results of calculations and designs that have been carried out, the tools made have not been able to reach the desired rotation. The maximum successful duration is 2984 rpm.

Abstract

Trainer aircraft type Socata TB-10 is one of the types of aircraft piston engine (engine) used by Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute. The aircraft began to be used for flight training for cadets STPI Airmen Department since August 1997. During operation of the Socata TB-10 aircraft within a certain time there is a mistake appointing fuel pressure indicator on all Socata TB-10 aircraft that existed at Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute Curug-Tangerang. This designation errors either low pressure, high pressure in the run-up both positions, climbing cruising and landing. To support error analysis designation fuel pressure indicator required some theories that the aircraft fuel system TB-10, the designation system fuel pressure, transducer, transducer sensitivity. To solve these problems required transducer calibration test of the fuel components. Testing was conducted at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences Research Center Instrumentation Calibration and Metrology (KIM-LIPI). Based transducer calibration test and results analysis is, the cause of the error designation fuel pressure indicator in terms of damage to the fuel pressure transducer is rated third transducer sensitivity tested had a sensitivity value greater than the allowed value sensitivity (standard). Resulting voltage change corresponding outgoing errors resulting in the appointment of a fuel pressure indicator on the Socata TB-10 aircraft owned by Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute Curug-Tangerang.

Abstract

Inventories is not only considered a burden because it is wasteful, but at the same time it can also be considered as wealth that can be immediately disbursed in the form of product activities. The problem is focused on the current situation for the service and management of contributions and distribution of training aircraft parts that have an impact on the smooth flight training. With the existing problems the writer tries to solve the problem, in the current condition in the warehouse. As a result, these items cannot be obtained instantly, but a grace period is needed to get or find a location, a non-systemic numbering system using a computer. With a manual system, the easiest way to do it is done. Still using the document paper form as a control tool. The limitation is even lacking in responding to the importance of the warehouse planning and management system so that training time is a bit hampered by time. In the research opportunity that we raised on the method of contributing to the smooth flow of usage of restricted aircraft parts without evaluating energy and budget, so it is expected to make a single step change in the system of goods contribution to cut the time and the right inventory.

Abstract

B.Indonesia Penggunaan turbin sangat luas, sesuai dengan fungsinya turbin didisain dalam bentuk khusus untuk dapat melakukan fungsinya tersebut, salah satunya turbin dapat digunakan sebagai turbin ekspansi pada air cycle machine yang digunakan sebagai sistem pendingin udara di kabin pesawat terbang. Perancangan turbin radial satu tingkat sebagai turbin ekspansi yang mudah dan murah biaya produksinya serta memiliki efisiensi yang tinggi. Perancangan ini diawali dengan menghitung parameter disain awal dan dilanjutkan dengan tahapan perancangan mendisain impeler turbin, nosel inlet turbin dan scroll turbin. Parameter disain turbin yang diperoleh dari perhitungan mencakup parameter non dimensional dan dimensional. B.English The utility of turbine is very wide, according to the function of turbine designed in special form to be able to perform this function, one of which the function is the turbine can be used as expansion turbine on air cycle machine that used as air cooling system in aircraft cabin. The design of a single stage radial turbine as an expansion turbine with easy and inexpensive production and high efficiency. This design begins with calculating the initial design parameters and continued with the design steps of designing the turbine impeller, inlet turbine nozzles and turbine scroll. Turbine design parameters derived from calculations include non-dimensional and dimensional parameters.
