Abstract

Increasing the number of passengers every year and the limited capacity of the waiting room will affect the comfort level of service users, especially in the domestic departure lounge of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Airport. During peak hours between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. WIB, the density of passengers in the waiting room for domestic departures is seen. The piled up flight schedule adds to the density of the waiting room. In addition, many passengers who are standing and passenger space are uncomfortable, this is related to the capacity of the waiting room and the area of the waiting room per passenger. For this reason, the management of Pekanbaru's Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport needs to increase the capacity of domestic departure waiting rooms through the addition of additional space or the addition of waiting rooms and facilities to support activities in the waiting room at present. The use of international departure waiting rooms can also be an alternative to accommodate departing (domestic) passengers during rush hour so that the density in the domestic departure lounge can be reduced. With this research, it is expected that the manager of Pekanbaru Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport can realize a comfortable departure lounge atmosphere in accordance with service level standards in accordance with the Director General of Civil Aviation Decree Number: SKEP 347 / XII / 1999 concerning Design Build and / or Engineering Airport Facilities and Equipment as well as the Minister of Transportation Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 178 of 2015 concerning Standards for Airport Service Users.

Abstract

The objektive of research to know and inspect connecting withthe safety and safety of flights at Adi Soemarmo International Airport is still found a variety of distractions that are there land boundaries or territories that are under the supervision of the airport. This limit is one that limits the area of aircraft movement, as well as air navigation equipment facilities and other important installations of all obstacles (obstacle) that can harm flight safety. With the current perimeter security, the perimeter fence at Adi Soemarmo International Airport has not functioned properly, namely to prevent psycology and physic, preventing intrusion and help detection/ Arrest, provide controlled doors/access for people and vehicles.It is directly or indirectly affects the safety of flights at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. To be able to realize optimal security at the perimeter of the Adi Soemarmo Intenational Airport, it is necessary to base the rules of flight that has been set, thereby supporting safe, smooth, convenient and efficient operation of aviation at Adi Soemarmo International Airport

Abstract

The objective of research to know and inspect the task and function of Apron Movement Control (AMC) at Soekarno Hatta International Airport toword Competence at Airport Operation Gradate of Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI). The method used is description analysis, with samples valve 86 respondents, through the questioner data collection techniques, the results of research that is in general the implementation at task and function of AMC units are less accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures either in terms of flight security and safety on the air side, shill infraction, that is in case disposition GSE exist shill in correct. However the result of this study can be improved that are socialiszation on periodic about regulation, SOP and also controlling and law inforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the good filing system and professionalism of employees together to improve the quality of student services at the Departement of aviation Management Departement STPI Curug Tangerang.The subjects were students STPI Aviation Management Department. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents from a population of 183 people.Research shows that the good filing system and professionalism of employees together have a positive and significant impact on improving the quality of student services at the Department of aviation Management STPI, it can be seen from the remaining 22,56% influenced by other factors carefelly and not analyzed further in this study.
