Abstract

Problems faced before the portal Pemko Batam is in the slow to respond to any public complaints and the people themselves do not have containers for their aspirations, this suggests that the rate of utilization of the website Pemko Batam low public perception, the perceived level of satisfaction was less, the effect of the use of Batam City Government website for public satisfaction is low. The aim of this study was to determine how the level of utilization of Batam City Government website, to determine the effect of the use of Batam City Government website for public satisfaction peningkatkatan Batam city. The research method used was Deskriptik and verification which the descriptive method is used to analyze the frequency and distribution of the average perception of respondents and also verification to see the relationships and influences between variables, which influence the utilization WebSite indenpenden variable (X1) of the Community Satisfaction dependent variable (Y), with the resident population aged 16 years and over for 93 588 people. The findings of this study is the website Pemko Batam considered beneficial by the public, the website significantly affect the satisfaction of the people of Batam.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the image of a web-based information system utilization by clients of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch, how is the quality of service, how the level of client satisfaction, how the influence of web-based information systems PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch on customer satisfaction, impact of service quality on customer satisfaction as well as the influence of web-based information systems and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all customers by assuming the entire customer population is listed as a member. Data processing using statistical program SPSS to analyze the data using descriptive quality of the test data, the hypothesis testing, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (T). The findings of this study is the quality of service to customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch good, the customer has a fairly high level of satisfaction, a web-based information systems affect customer satisfaction, service quality PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Batu Aji Batam Branch affect customer satisfaction, web-based information systems and service quality affect customer satisfaction PT. Abstract

ELSA ADPS used by Hang Nadim Airport Batam has been used since 2012, this system is used to manage the news flying as flight plan, departure, landing, and flight meteorological news which will then be sent to each units and airports require. This study also aimed to determine the effect on the performance aspects of human resources information systems, to determine the effect of involvement and support from managers on the performance of information systems, to determine the effect of system compatible with other systems on the performance of information systems, to determine the effect of user involvement on system performance information, to determine the effect of simultaneous aspects of human resources, involvement and support from managers, system compatible with other systems, the existence of the issue of user involvement and user behavior on system performance ELSA ADPS. Data retrieval techniques with distributing questionnaires to all employees of Hang Nadim Airport Batam in particular the use of information systems while the ELSA ADPS data processing using statistical program SPSS to analyze the data using descriptive, test the data quality, hypothesis testing, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (T). The findings in this research that there is positive between the HR aspects of the performance ELSA ADPS, there is a positive effect between involvement and support of the manager of the Performance Information Systems ELSA ADPS, there system compatible with other systems on the performance of ELSA ADPS, there is no the existence of the influence of user involvement and the issue of user behavior on system performance ELSA ADPS. Aspects of human resources, involvement and support from managers, system compatible with other systems, the existence of user involvement and user behavior issues jointly affect the system performance ELSA ADPS.

Abstract

Hang Nadim Airport Batam using a system that is ELSA ADPS. This system used since 2012 to manage the news and then send it to the cost of each unit and airports that require. This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance aspects of human resources information systems, the effect of the support of the managers of the system performance information, as well as simultaneously influence aspects of human resources and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all employees Hang Nadim airport in Batam using ELSA ADPS information system with descriptive data analysis and verification. The findings in this research that there is a positive and significant impact on the performance aspects of the human resources information system ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant impact on the Performance Manager Support of Information Systems ELSA ADPS, there is a positive and significant influence jointly between aspects of HR and support from the manager to the performance information system ELSA ADPS.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of the quality of each dimension of 4.0 to satisfaction WebQual website users MatahariMall.com in Batam. To answer these problems, researchers collecting data in the form of primary and secondary data. The data collection was done by using questionnaires (questionnaire). The population in this study is the customer in Batam ever access or shop through MatahariMall.com where total respondents involved in this research were 100 respondents. The amount is determined by quota sampling technique due to lack of time, effort, cost. The collected data is processed and analyzed using SPSS statistical application assistance 19. To get an idea of ​​the quality of the website MatahariMall.com researchers conducted a descriptive analysis. Subsequent analysis is the analysis of verification is to measure the effect of each variable to the satisfaction of website quality. There is a positive and significant impact Usability (ease of use) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction). There is a positive and significant impact Information quality (quality information) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction). There is a positive and significant influence Service interaction quality (quality of service) to user satisfaction (user satisfaction).

Abstract

Database appeared and began to develop in line with the needs of processing and data storage to meet the information needs. Database is part of an important building block in an information system. In addition to a relational database (SQL), which stores structured datas in tables with defined schemes, there is a non-relational databases (NoSQL) with a dynamic scheme or unstructured. This study will compare the performance between NoSQL database (MongoDB) and SQL database (MySQL) for a web-based multimedia file storage application that stores files as BLOBs. Performance comparison is based on the speed of execution and the computer resources usage (CPU, memory, and virtual memory).

Abstract

PT Batamas Niaga Jaya was established in 1994 located in Sagulung Mas Indah complex, Sagulung Batu Aji district, Batam. This PT rents out 24 kiosks and 48 counters, in the retail sector, PT has 4 stores, namely BIG supermarket, Department store, Stationary and 7,500 convenience store and 10,000 department stores. 7,500 Convenience Stores and 10,000 Stores PT Batamas Niaga Jaya sells various products including food, beverages, kitchen utensils and equipment, and various daily necessities. Sales transactions for 7,500 convenience stores and 10,000 convenience stores were used as objects for analysis. PT Batamas Niaga Jaya often has problems in product management, the company is unable to classify the best-selling products and is not in demand, so it often lacks selling products and piles of non-salable products. The data used is sales data for the last 3 months (February 2018-April 2018). The data cluster technique uses the K-Means algorithm where the data are grouped into several clusters based on the similarity of the data. The results of the study obtained 2 product groups, namely products that were not in demand with the C0 group and the best-selling product group with the C1 group. The C0 product group that is not in demand consists of 657 products and the C1 group consists of 70 products which are in demand.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Madani (LP2M) merupakan suatu lembaga yang bergerak di bidang Pendidikan Non Formal. LP2M telah banyak melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan baik diklat-diklat singkat, bimtek, seminar dan lokakarya di bidang kedinasan dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya. Dalam pengelolaan berbagai kegiatan tersebut, saat ini dilakukan secara konvensional (manual) sedangkan dalam pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Program Ms.Excel. Salah satu contoh yaitu dalam mencatat data-data pendaftaran maupun peserta pelatihan. Padahal kompleksitas data, integrasi, prosedur atau proses bisnis, dan pengendalian organisasi diperlukan adanya sistem informasi. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi online berupa website dengan menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming. Dengan metode tersebut maka perancangan akan lebih sederhana dan waktu akan lebih singkat. Hasil penelitian membahas terkait efektifitas dan efesiensi dari hasil perancangan sistem informasi manajemen LP2M.

Abstract

Maintenance mesin secara berkala merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang akan memberikan dampak kepada produktifitas perusahaan melalui probabilitas kerusakan yang menyebebkan downtime (kehilangan waktu) terlalu banyak dalam mengelola proses maintenance. Perusahaan yang menggunakan mesin berbasis data PLC mendapatkan masalah dalam produktifias mesin karena permasalahan tersebut tidak dapat dideteksi secara menyeluruh dan hasil penilaian produktifitas mesin tidak bisa didapatkan dengan nilai yang lebih presisi. Menggunakan aplikasi yang mampu mengendalikan maintenance melalui penjadwalan serta pengendalian data menjadikan proses maintenance jauh lebih efektif karena dengan menggunakan sebuah aplikasi maintenance yang berbasis data real akan mendapatkan keadaan yang presisi nya jauh lebih tinggi dibanding dengan menunggu jadwal maintenance tanpa membaca data yang ada pada PLC. Hasil peneitian ini memperlihatkan bagaimana data plc di proses pada sebuah aplikasi yang bisa digunakan oleh pengguna dalam menjalankan proses maintenance yang lebih baik. Aplikasi tersebut berjalan dalam sebuah server yang seara real time di supply oleh data langsung diambil dari mesin melalui PLC.
