<![CDATA[Banyak organisasi saat ini yang memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis Web karena dengan sistem ini, masyarakat dapat dengan cepat dan tepat memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Madani atau LP2M adalah suatu lembaga yang bergerak di bidang Pendidikan Non Formal yang telah banyak melaksanakan kegiatan diantaranya Diklat-diklat singkat, Bimtek, Seminar dan Lokakarya di bidang kedinasan, Bimtek pengadaan barang/Jasa Pemerintah dan Ujian sertifikasi keahlian pengadaan barang/jasa, keuangan daerah, bimtek tipikor, kepabeanan, perpajakan, ketenagakerjaan, security management, pendidikan pramugari dan pramugara dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya yang dilaksanakan di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Pengelolaan berbagai kegiatan dilakukan secara manual sedangkan pengelolaan data dan informasi dilakukan menggunakan excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen berbasis Web dengan mengimplementasikan metode extreme programming dalam perancangannya sehingga dengan adanya sistem ini pimpinan lebih mudah dalam memperoleh berbagai informasi terkait serta mempermudah staff LP2M dalam mengelola berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari.]]>

<![CDATA[Smartphone and computer are commonly tool that people used in any stage of age including children who needs very strict and tight controlling. These technological devices are used for education, business, or social media purposes. In this community service we concern for the children that could lead them to illegal action during using their smartphones or computers such as visiting pornography websites, visiting piracy or dark websites, and lastly surfing illegal websites. Besides positives useful things of the internet technology, Accessing internet without control and supervision has negative risk too, users will have high possibility chances to access or viewing an adult content or pornography websites by their own purpose or just in coincidence moments. The objective of this program is to bring awareness and transfer the knowledge to all participant (parents) technically about setting up smartphones and computer’s features to optimize the parent controlling. Parents will be teaching how to set up the parental feature in their children account, tracing the websites had visited by their teenage children, activate feture to block application, and limits their access to overused application. At the end of this community service will be able to perform their parental control of their teenagers’ children and avoid them to access the pornography or adult content.]]>

<![CDATA[Content management system (CMS) is something that is no longer new for all web developers (developers) because currently the platforms used by developers are almost entirely using the concept of a content management system. In this community service activity, coaching has been carried out for business actors in the Barlang Jaya Trellis trellis welding workshop or workshop to have the ability to create a media product and service that you want to market, promote and sell to potential consumers through Content management system software, namely wordpress. During the training phases, instructor deliver basics knowledge in managing websites content and processes to build it, the training includes manage the web admin section, control panel settings also distributed through training to the owners which the results expect the continuity of the development in the future. The marketing, promotion and sales media that are built based on this website are expected to be affected and boost the business possible to increase competitiveness and increase income and increase business processes efficiency in promotion or marketize the products or services and eventually increasing sales significantly.]]>

<![CDATA[Penguasaan teknologi komputer di kalangan sekolah menengah atas masih beragam, sebagian sudah memiliki kemampuan yang baik namun sebagian lagi belum mampu menguasai serta tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara mengaplikasikannya dalam keseharian di lingkungan masyarakat. Hal ini dirasakan oleh warga di Kampung Baru Indosat No.24 Sei Harapan Sekupang Batam dimana beberapa orangtua mengungkapkan bahwa masih banyak anak-anak mereka yang duduk di bangku sekolah khususnya mulai dari SMA sederajat kurang paham dengan pemanfaatan komputer, begitu juga dengan berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan secara umum seperti Ms. Word, Power Point, E-mail dan Excel. Banyak hal yang menjadi alasan mengapa anak-anak mereka mengalami ketertinggalan dalam bidang TIK salah satunya yaitu pendidikan TIK di sekolah masig kurang, hal ini juga disebabkan karena keadaaan orangtua yang kurang mampu dalam memberikan pendidikan non formal untuk pelatihan-pelatihan komputer kepada anak mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan pengabdi di Kampung Baru Indosat No.24 Sei Harapan Sekupang Batam merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian civitas Putera Batam dalam bidang IT kepada masyarakat sekitar. Dengan diadaknnya pembinaan ini diharapkan anak-anak warga nantinya siap kerja ketika sudah lulus sekolah, dan bagi peserta dengan status pencari kerja dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini maka mereka mempunyai skill dalam mencari pekerjaan.]]>

<![CDATA[Data and information security, which is currently increasingly important, has resulted in many parties making efforts to control data and information at a better level, including data and information held by students at SMK Tunas Muda Karya Batam, community service activities targeting schools. implemented will provide training and guidance to students and students in the school to improve skills in securing personal data and information so that there is no misuse to the detriment of participants in the development of laws related to information and telecommunications technology or IT will also be given to increase the awareness of students and students or all participants in using internet-based platforms. <![CDATA[TIK saat ini menjadi sesuatu yang tidak terpisahkan dari berbagai kegiatan dalam kehidupan hari-hari, hal ini bermanfaat dalam memudahkan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan. Dalam bidang pariwisata, kehadiran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat mempermudah para wisatawan dan calon wisatawan dalam memperoleh berbagai informasi terkait objek wisata yang akan dituju. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk rancang bangun sebuah sistem informasi e-layanan pariwisata di Kota Batam sehingga para wisatawan tidak terkendala dalam meperoleh layanan-layanan yang disediakan oleh objek-objek wisata yang dituju. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam membangun sistem dikarenakan metode ini memiliki tahapan yang berkelanjutan dan berurutan dimulai dari analysis, desaign, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menganalisis sistem yang lama mulai dari kekuatan yang dimiliki, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu layanan pariwisata seperti pemesanan hotel dan transportasi dan layanan lainnya dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan praktis menggunakan sistem informasi e-layanan pariwisata yang dibangun, selain itu juga sistem informasi ini juga memberikan gambar objek wisata dengan jelas serta peta lokasi objek wisata dengan benar sehingga mempermudah wisatawan dalam melakukan kunjungan]]>

<![CDATA[The activity of Tridharma in Bengkong has been conducted by the team of lecturer and involved women participants (housewives). The job of these women are varied from housewives, traders and working as labour or staff in a company. The target of this activity is to provide knowledge to the participants especially housewives who know more about the Marketplace in the online media, because many of them working as trader and also working in companies. The use of media via mobile phone can be used in business transactions, by marketing through shoope, tiktok and several other media. The purpose of this activity is in the form of: a method of online transaction through a clear and more secure registered Marketplace so that consumers are not harmed and increase income for sellers who sell goods at the Marketplace. This method of implementing activity is carried out by practicing directly to the participants how to use their social media to earn money. Furthermore, at the second meeting, counseling of buying and selling practices will be held online through the media tiktok. The Marketplace that the team intended is not only in the form of sales on social media, but we can use social media accounts as a place to find additional income. The participants are trained to communicate better in front of the public by broadcasting live on the Marketplace.]]>

<![CDATA[Riau Islands is the second highest number of provinces in Indonesia in information and communication technology development index (IP-TIK) based on statistics from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) issued in March 2017 with a development index value of 6,49. The less knowledge of local resident to manage the beach tourism by social media and editing software are disadvantages in digital age recently. This community service activities is conducted by face-to-face teaching method and technically using desktop and mobile-based application according to the needs of the community to manage the local tourism industry promotion problem. The result of this services to the Setokok Island community who became the group of people who manage the beach tourism is that they now have better understanding how to use social media applications such as Facebook, Instagram to promote managed tourism objects. After this community service activity, they capable to manage account Pulau Setokok in Instagram and Facebook, editing images using Snapseed application and video editing applications using the PowerDirector application.Keywords: internet, social media, mobile application ABSTRAKKepulauan Riau adalah provinsi tertinggi kedua di Indonesia dalam indeks pengembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (IP-TIK) berdasarkan statistik dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang diterbitkan pada Maret 2017 dengan nilai indeks pengembangan 6,49. Kurangnya pengetahuan penduduk lokal dalam pengelolaan wisata pantai melalui media sosial dan perangkat lunak pengeditan adalah kerugian di era digital baru-baru ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pengajaran tatap muka dan secara teknis menggunakan desktop dan perangkat lunak berbasis mobile sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mengelola masalah promosi industri pariwisata lokal. Hasil dari layanan ini kepada komunitas Pulau Setokok yang menjadi kelompok orang yang mengelola wisata pantai adalah bahwa mereka sekarang memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram untuk mempromosikan objek wisata yang dikelola. Setelah kegiatan layanan komunitas ini mereka mampu mengelola akun pulausetokok di Instagram dan facebook, mengedit gambar menggunakan aplikasi Snapseed dan aplikasi editing video menggunakan aplikasi PowerDirector.Kata Kunci: internet, media social, aplikasi mobile]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi informasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari, hampir semua kegiatan menggunakan teknologi sebagai suatu wadah untuk mempermudah berbagai pekerjaan manusia. Di bidang keagamaan teknologi informasi juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai media untuk mendapatkan informasi serta menyebarkan informasi tentang keagamaan salah satunya di Masjid Asy-syuhada Batam. Kegiatan administrasi yang dilakukan di masjid ini diantaranya penyusunan struktur organisasi. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web di Masjid Asy-syuhada Batam. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan metode SDLC dengan model waterfall dengan tahapan-tahapan dimulai dari analisis, desain, koding, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu dirancangnya sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database Mysql menggunakan framework codeigniter. Sistem adminisrasi Masjid Asy-syuhada Batam yang dibangun bertujuan untuk mempermudah kinerja admin masjid dalam pengolahan data administrasi dan keuangan.]]>

<![CDATA[Last decade has been enormosly rapid growt of technology development in all areas of industries in the world including private data into the technology in its core system or application. The importance of data and information security is getting crucial amid the information era, those are done so to enhance the security of technology and electronic transactions users getting more control to their data and information to a higher level of security. These data protection efforts are no exception to the data and information owned by students or participants. Community service activities targeted by the school that have been carried out several times have a positive impact on both the school, especially for the student. The result of this event is achieved that measured with the enthusism from the participants during the Lectures. The result shows the comprehensive of understanding among the student increased related to the privacy and security aspects. They have better expertise in securing personal data and information and generate the harmless action in internet activity tha leas to harming the participants also related to information and telecommunication technology or ITE. Aspect of knowledgein ITE Laws in Indonesia was so important as participant aware of their action has to be manages as the proportion of normality during their internet usage as well.]]>
