Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1)mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengembanagan media pembelajaran audio video pada mata diklat motor bakar 4 langkah. 2)bagaimana kelayakan media pembelajaran audio video pada mata diklat motor bakar 4 langkah terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran siswa kelas X SMK Puspa Jati Buluspesantren Kebumen. dan 3)pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran audio video pada mata diklat motor bakar 4 langkah terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas X SMK Puspa Jati Buluspesantren Kebumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reseach and Development (R & D). Dari hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa : 1) prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran audio video meliputi pencarian potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain, uji coba produk, pengujian produk, uji coba pemakaian dan revisi produk. 2) media pembelajaran audio video layak digunakan untuk media pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari ahli media yang menunjukan skor rata – rata 3,37. Validasi dari ahli materi yang menunjukan skor rata – rata 3,36. Media pembelajaran audio video juga telah memenuhi kriteria kualitas media pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui respon siswa yaitu meiputi uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,10 yang meliputi 5 siswa dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh skor rata – rata 3,15 yang meliputi 25 siswa. 3) Pada minat belajar siswa menunjukkan minat belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan media audio video dan yang menggunakan media audio video. Melalui uji normalitas diperoleh p = 0.261, karena p > 0,05 maka menunjukkan kedua kelompok berdistribusi normal, melalui uji homogenitas diperoleh Fhitung = 0,661 dengan p = 0.578, karena p > 0,05 maka kedua kelompok memiliki varian homogen, melalui uji t-tes hasilnya thitung 2.352 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukan adanya perbedaan minat belajar kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol. Perbandingan minat belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata – rata kelas eksperimen 82.8 dan nilai rata – rata kelas kontrol 78,7. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media pembelajaran audio video dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Audio Video, Minat Belajar

In this day and age, technology is needed by companies around the world, including in Indonesia. One of the technologies needed and has been widely used is the Internet. Internet has an important role for companies to support their work. Work can be completed faster without being hindered by space and time. At PT. Sentra Karya Sentosa Purwokerto, the work application process used is still manual and the promotional media used is still simple. Therefore the authors conclude the problems in the field of job application and the media for job promotion. With this, it is hoped that it can help make it easier for job applicants to find job vacancy information and make it easier for job providers to promote job vacancies. Information Systems Media Information Job Vacancies For Job Applicants At PT. Sentra Karya Sentosa Purwokerto based on the website has been tested with a correlation test. The correlation value of the quality of information systems on efficiency is Sig. 0.002 <0.05 indicates that there is a significant relationship. From the results of these tests, it is concluded that the Information Media Information System for Job Vacancies for Job Applicants at PT. Sentra Karya Sentosa Purwokerto has a significant effect on the efficiency of job applications.

Limpakuwus Village is in the Valley of Mount Slamet. It stretches from the top of the mountain towards the south to the border of Kotayasa Village, Sumbang District. In Limpakuwus village, there are several tourist attractions, one of which is the Limpakuwus Pine Forest. This tour is classified as a new tour, where all ticket sales systems are still not computerized. In making information systems, the author uses a prototype development method. The prototype method is used because it is faster and the user's needs can be precisely identified. The writer collected data for the first time, by directly observing the field, and conducting interviews. Then a prototyping system is made, then directly tested with potential users, namely the manager of the Limpakuwus pine forest. After the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, then the researcher wants to measure the prototype of this tour ticket booking information system in terms of usability, reliability, efficiency, and usability. And from the measurement results, it is known that the value of Functionality is 72%, Reliability is 74.3%, Efficiency is 75.6% and Usability is 74.3%.

CV. Ribut Snack Purwokerto is a trading company engaged in the distribution of special goods for snacks and snacks. Problems that often occur in CV. Ribut Snack Purwokerto is in managing inventory of goods. All of these activities are still carried out manually and the receipt of incoming and outgoing goods is still not well controlled, it can be seen that there is still data on goods that do not match the stock records. Therefore, the authors want to provide solutions to CV. Ribut Snack Purwokerto by creating a web-based application to manage inventory data using the FIFO (First In First Out) method. With this inventory information system, it is hoped that the inventory management of goods will be more effective and efficient.

This research will explain about Chinese ethnic in Medan in carrying out the process of the service delegation ceremony / chau tu and asap / yen kung. TsewangLhama who comes from India, In this activity, the participants will be invited to do Chau Tu puja, and Yen Kung. The ceremony was held for the first time the participants attended the worshiping of Amitaba Buddha and Buddha Kwang Ting So. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to obtain information about the meaning and function of the Chautu and Yen Kung ceremonies. The ceremony that is carried out is a ceremony for the bestowal of services, as a manifestation of love for ancestors, parents, and deceased families.

Victims, families or heirs can apply for compensation, which is called restitution. The victim, family or heirs first submit a request for restitution to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency, then the Witness and Victim Protection Agency issues a decision letter for restitution to the Police, the Public Prosecutor and the Panel of Judges. The type of research used is the empirical method. Restitution in the Public Prosecutor's Charges Against Victims of the Crime of Murder in the Legal Area of the Bungo State Prosecutor's Office in Case Number 249/Pid. B/ PN Mrb, the Public Prosecutor received a decision letter for restitution from the Witness and Victim Protection Agency. Then the Public Prosecutor combined the decision letter for restitution into the lawsuit, with the nominal loss suffered by the victim, namely Rp. 145,000,000 (one hundred and forty-five million rupiah). The Public Prosecutor incorporates restitution into the demand letter by considering certainty, benefit and fairness.

This study purpose to show the relationship between government spending and economic growth to poverty in Indonesia. With central and local government spending tends to increase every year. However, the increase can not guarantee it will decline against poverty. The spending there is related directly and indirectly to poverty. National and regional economic growth is a reflection of the relationship that indirect expenditure against poverty. The results of the study with time series data and panel data years 1984-2015 all provinces in 2013-2015, the model 1 and 2 show that the central and local government spending and the national and regional economic growth significantly affects poverty with a negative relationship.
