Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the principles of Good Corporate Governance in managing village funds at the Tenggak Village Government, Sidoharjo District, Sragen Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research design is considered as the most suitable application to explain the good governance principles in the Tenggak Village government in depth according to the actual phenomena. Data collection techniques carried out containe of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principles of responsibility, independence, and justice have been applied properly. Therefore the principle of transparency has not been applicated properly and the principle of accountability has not met the existing research indicators. The final result indicated that the principles of good corporate governance have not been implemented properly in village fund management in Tenggak village governance.

Abstract

An entity needs human resources to achieve the desired goals. Entities and human resources can not be separated from the relationship, so the creation of a contract which is commonly called a job. To obtain employees who are loyal to the company, it is necessary to make efforts from the company to meet the needs of employees so that they can improve the performance of good performance and determine the level of satisfaction of each employee. This study is intended to use the SEM (structural equation modeling) method using the data analysis technology used in this study. SEM was used to analyze the effects of performance and task motivation, leadership style and work environment. The result of this study is that motivation has a significant impact, but a significant impact on performance, and leadership style has a serious impact on performance, and the work environment has a positive effect and has a large impact on performance. Motivation rises and is important. The work environment is influenced by the level of job satisfaction and job satisfaction, and the work environment has a positive effect and has a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction, and performance is that the job satisfaction of PT Rapid Plast (Plant 1).Abstrak Suatu entitas membutuhkan sumber daya manusia untuk menggapa itu juan yang diinginkan. Entitas dan sumber daya manusia tidak bisa dipisahkan dari keterkaitan tersebut, sehingga terciptanya kontrak yang biasa disebut pekerjaan. Untuk mendapatkan pekerja yang loyal terhadap perusahaan perlu usaha dari perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan peforma kinerja yang baik serta mengetahui tingkat kepuasan tiap karyawan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggunakan metode SEM (pemodelan persamaan struktural) menggunakan teknologi analisis dalam penelitian ini. SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis efek kinerja dan motivasi tugas, gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi yang memiliki dampak signifikan, tetapi dampak signifikan pada kinerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki kinerja, dampak serius dan lingkungan kerja memiliki efek positif dan memiliki dampak besar pada kinerja, Motivasi naik dan penting. Lingkungan kerja dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki efek positif dan memiliki dampak signifikan pada tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja adalah ikepuasan kerja karyawan PT Rapid Plast  (Plant 1).

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 which is famous for the phenomenon of disruption of innovation, in the field of government, demands the implementation of information technology systems in the affairs of organizing government services. Electronic applications in the field of government, commonly referred to as e-Government, to optimize the service of certain tasks and functions. Government Resources Management System (GMRS) of Central Java Province, is an integrated system of government of Central Java Province. One of the implementations of the e-Government application available, is the vehicle tax application service, which is named SAKPOLE. The results of the study concluded that the SAKPOLE application for the administration of motor vehicle tax payments had not been fully utilized by motor vehicle taxpayers in Central Java Province. The SAKPOLE application has no effect on motor vehicle tax revenues in Central Java Province.
