Abstract

The purposes of this study were to find out (1) the relation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self regulated learning (2) the relationbetween self efficacy and self regulated learning (3) the relation betweenfamily social support and self regulated learning. The populations of thestudy were students of 8th grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah. Thetechnique sampling was cluster random sampling. The study used SelfEfficacy Scale, Family Social Support Scale and Self Regulated LearningScale to collect data about self efficacy, family social support and selfregulated learning. The data were analized by regression analysis. Theresults show that (1) there is very significantly positive correlation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self efficacy (r=0,837, p=0,000),(2) there is very significantly positive correlation between self efficacy andself regulated learning (r=0, 836, p=0,000), (3) there is very significantlypositive correlation between family social support and self regulated learning(r=0,418, p=0,002).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kelompok reminiscence dalam menurunkan depresi pada lanjut usia. Karakteristik subjek penelitian adalah lanjut usia yang berusia diatas 60 tahun dan telah didiagnosis depresi sesuai dengan hasil screening menggunakanGeriatric Depression Scale (GDS > 5) dan Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE >17) komunikatif dan kooperatif dalam kelompok, serta belum pernah mengikuti kegiatan terapi kelompok Reminiscence.Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan diperkuat dengan data kualitatif. Uji analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer program SPSS for Windows 16.0. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pretest and posttest control group design with follow up. Kelompok terdiri dari kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol. Subjek mendapat perlakuan berupa terapi kelompok reminiscence, yang diberikan dalam enam kali pertemuan dan masing-masing pertemuan membutuhkan waktu sekitar 60-90 menit.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah terapi kelompok reminiscence dan variabel tergantung adalah tingkat depresi. Dianalisis dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dan Friedman test. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan taraf signifikansi nilai Z = - 2.677 dengan nilai p = 0,007 (p<0,01). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat depresi pada subjek mengalami penurunan setelah diberikan intervensi Terapi Kelompok Reminiscence dibandingkan sebelum diberikan intervensi.Kata kunci : lansia, depresi, terapi kelompok reminiscence
