Abstract

Covid-19 menjadi salah satu dampak terbesar banyaknya perekonomian yang gagal di dunia terutama di Indonesia. Wabah ini banyak menjadikan mayarakat Indonesia menjadi pengannguran yang akhirnya menurunnya perekonomian di Indonesia, Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) menjadi salah satu program yang dianggap cukup baik dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi diakibatkan oleh Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah Kecamatan Tigapanah dalam dalam program Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Kecamatan Tigapanah Kabupaten Karo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus, yang dimana penelitaian ini adalah studi yang mengekesplorasi suatu masalah dengan batasan terperinci, memiliki data yang mendalam dan menyertakan berbagai informasi yang diperoleh oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini memepelajari berupa program, peristiwa, aktivitas ataupun individu. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan metode observasi partisipasi (participant observation), data yang sudah diperoleh akan melakukan tahap reduksi data, display data dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa peran yang dilakukan olh Kecamatan Tigapanah sudah dapat dibilang baik dengan observasi yang dilakukan sebelumnya ketika magang menjadi salah satu bukti bahwa peran yang dilakukan oelah Kecamatan sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu ibadah yang tidak hanya berhubungan antara manusia dengan tuhan saja, tetapi juga hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia. Denganmemberi kesesama manusia membuat rasa senang serta kelapangan pada hati. Membantu mereka yang kekurangan. Zakat merupakan solusi alternative dalam memberantas kemiskinan. Praktik zakat sudah sejak lama ada dalam dunia islam selama berabad-abad. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, yang mana penelitiannya memiliki prosedur menghasilkan data berbentuk deskriptif berupa data yang dikemas dari kalimat narasumber secara tertulis maupun lisan perihal prilaku objek yang diamati. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif yang mana erat kaitannya terhadap pokok bahasan yakni optimaslisasi zakat dan pendayagunaan dalam memberantas kemiskinan di Lembaga Amil Zakat Al Washliyah Beramal (LAZ WASHAL). Kemudian, hasil analisis menemukan bahwa penghimpunan dana yang dilakukan oleh LAZ WASHAL sudah optimal dan tepat. Karena saat menitikberatkan perolehan zakat sebagai upaya pengoptimalisasi dalam memberantas kemiskinan. LAZ WASHAL melalui penyaluran dana yang berbentuk zakat produktif yakni memberikan modal usaha kepada pelaku usaha Kota Medan yang ertujuan menciptakan calon muzakki baru atau seorang muslim yang mandiri secara financial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Shari'ah shares, Sukuk and Shari'ah mutual funds on economic growth. This research is a quantitative research with associative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Financial Services Authority ( OJK). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square ( OLS) method using E-Views program version 10.  From the results obtained, it can be explained that syari'ah shares have a positive but not significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth. Sukuk has a significant positive influence on Indonesia's economic growth. And, Syari'ah mutual funds have a significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth but the influence is negative. In the F test ( simultaneous) there is a simultaneous significant influence between syari'ah shares, sukuk and syari'ah mutual funds on Indonesia's economic growth. Adjusted R-Squared = 0.844152. This shows that the independent variables together are able to give an explanation of the dependent variable by 84.4%. The 15.6% is explained by variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial literacy and Financial Technology towards financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely financial literacy and Financial Technology (Fintech) with one dependent variable, namely the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). After a literature review and field, and the preparation of hypotheses data in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 88 donors as a research salmpel with sampling techniques using likert scale. Data is processed through the SPSS 23.0 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that 1) Financial Literacy has a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk Students 2017). With the value of t calculate financial literacy variables 4.583 > 1.663 and significance of 0.000 > 0.05. 2) Financial Technology has a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk Students 2017). With the value of t calculate financial technology variables 3.147 > 1.663 and significance of 0.002 > 0.05. 3) simultaneously, the variables of financial literacy and Financial Technology have a significant influence on the financial inclusion of UINSU students (FEBI Stambuk 2017 Students). With the value of F count > F Table 1.387 > 3.10 and significance at 0.00 < 0.05 means that there is a significant influence of variables X1, X2 and variable Y together.

Abstract

Along with the development of the economy in Indonesia, the government issued the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program to improve community service facilities, in the form of meeting basic needs, strengthening village institutions and other activities needed by village communities by making decisions through deliberations. This research was conducted in Teluk Piai Village, Kualuh Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation and optimization of village fund management for community satisfaction. The description results are obtained by comparing Permendagri No. 113 & 114 of 2014. The results of this study are that ADD management has not been carried out in a transparent and accountable manner because not all information regarding ADD allocation is conveyed to the public, both those that have been implemented and those that have not been implemented, so that the community does not know what obstacles and obstacles are experienced by village government in allocating Village Funds, and it can be concluded that the Management of Village Fund Allocations in Teluk Piai Village is Not Optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on imports of CBU cars in Indonesia.The population in this study is the monthly report on inflation and the monthly report on the rupiah exchange rate and the monthly report on the number of imports of CBU cars in Indonesia in the period 2017-2021.The sample in this study amounted to 60 samples.The Data used in this study are secondary data, namely time-series data and sample selection using saturated sample Method. The Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.The data analysis is done by classical assumption test and hypothesis test.The results showed that the partial inflation positively and significantly affect the import of CBU cars, and the rupiah exchange rate did not significantly affect the import of CBU cars.Simultaneously (together) there is a positive and significant influence between inflation variables and the rupiah exchange rate on imports of CBU cars in Indonesia.based on the coefficient of determination test, inflation and the rupiah exchange rate have an effect of 46.2 percent on CBU car imports in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of Islamic Income Ratio on fraud in Islamic commercial banks, Profit Sharing Ratio against fraud in Islamic commercial banks, Islamic Investment Ratio to fraud in Islamic commercial banks, Zakat Performance Ratio against fraud in Islamic commercial bank, Islamic Corporate Governance on fraud in Islamic commercial banks, and the influence of Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Zakat Performance ratio and Islamic Corporate Governance simultaneously against fraud in Islamic commercial banks. The study used a descriptive quantitative methode using IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study show that the Islamic Income Ratio does not have a significant effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks, Profit Sharing Ratio does not have a significant effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks. Islamic Investment Ratio does not have a significant effect on fraud in Islamic commercial bank, Zakat Performance Ratio has a negative significant effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks, Islamic Corporate Governance has a negative significant effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks, as well as Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio and Islamic Corporate Governance simultaneously has a signifanct negative effect on fraud in Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether there are still problems in the form of public complaints about the quality of health services which are less than optimal in terms of patient efficacy towards the public services provided. This ineffectiveness can be caused by the unreliability of Puskesmas staff, lack of attention, and lack of empathy in treating patients. Researchers in this study will use qualitative research methods. In general, qualitative methods are used because the existing problems are still unclear, holistic, complex, dynamic and full of meaning, so it is not possible to collect data about social situations using quantitative methods such as tests, questionnaires and interview guides. The findings of this research include: First of all, the issues raised in this research relate to the processes involved in providing BPJS services in accordance with standard operating procedures. Second, the convenience of services offered by health facilities is very good, but the problem is the long queues that have to be waited at the counter and during examinations by doctors. The third consideration is the availability of health services offered by community health centers which are considered health facilities. In terms of human resources, the current availability of health services is still inadequate, however, informants currently state that the services provided to them are quite good. Other factors that contribute to the efficiency of BPJS patient health services are that the services are provided free of charge, the services and treatment are consistent, the inpatient services are complete, and the location is strategic. Meanwhile, the challenges currently faced are a lack of medical personnel, lack of counter service, long queues in examination rooms, as well as a lack of drivers and ambulances for health facilities.
