Abstract

Abstrak: Kepuasan hidup adalah hasil pencapaian seseorang dalam memenuhikebutuhan hidupnya. Setiap orang mempunyai dorongan hakiki untuk dapat memenuhikebutuhan hidupnya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Kepuasan hidup erat kaitannya denganpenerapan orangtua dalam mengasuh anak-anak di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis, kewirausahaan dan kepuasanhidup pada remaja akhir. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupaangket pola asuh demokratis, kewirausahaan dan kepuasan hidup. Data terkumpulsebanyak 45 orang remaja akhir dan dianalisis dengan uji korelasi ganda. Ditemukanbahwa ada hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan kewirausahaan, adahubungan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan kepuasan hidup signifikan. Namuntidak ada hubungan antara kewirausahaan dengan kepuasan hidup pada remaja akhir.Kata kunci: pola asuh demokratis, kewirausahaan, kepuasan hidup, dan remaja akhir.

Abstract

Achievement motivation is tendency to struggle for success and for determine how to success, in this case how to success in academic activity especially achievement in mathematic. Teaching style is strategic ways for teacher to give a lesson to students and there will be an interaction between teacher and student. The goal of this research is to prove that student perception on teaching style influence achievement motivation and know what the best teaching style that able to motivate student to achieve in mathematic lesson. Data amount was 289 subjects with age between 15-19 years old. Analyzed with Two-Way ANOVA showed that there was a difference between achievement motivation based on teaching styles with demonstrator teaching style was the best style to make students had tendecy to more achieve in mathematic lesson.Keywords: teaching style, achievement motivation, adolescene

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between mazhap attitudes and mental health in Muslim youth of Nadhatul Ulama. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire is the attitude of the sect and mental health. The number of subjects involved in this study were 43 people (17-22 years, M = 19). Data analysis techniques with correlation and regression tests. It is known that there is a relationship between mazhab attitudes and mental health of Muslim youths of nadhatul ulama (r = .566, p = .000, p < .000). Likewise, it is known that the contribution of religious attitudes to mental health is 32%; and there are other factors by 68%. Furthermore, the results are discussed in this article.

Abstract

Research on achievement motivation in the context of academic internal quality assurance management is rarely carried out by educational experts or educational psychologists. Encouraged to know this phenomenon, the researchers tried to realize the research topic by using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentary records. Interviews were conducted with heads of faculty educational institutions, lecturers, and students. Observations were made of the process of learning activities in educational settings. Documentation records were obtained from the documentation recording section in each educational institution. The location of the research was at Tarumanagara University, Jakarta and the YPIB Majalengka Nursing Academy, West Java. Data analysis using a thematic approach. The results found that (a) internal academic quality assurance management is able to create achievement motivation in students, (b) internal academic quality assurance management is able to create a positive class climate that is imposed by students, (c), Furthermore, both achievement motivation and class climate can help students achieve good learning achievement.
