Soil pollution by substances such as benzene can cause serious problems such as aquifer contamination and reduction of the biodiversity of organisms. A number of microorganisms are capable to degrade such substances naturally. However, introduction of any other microorganisms and or nutrient (bioaugmentation) are necessary in order to improve the biodegradation rate. This study examined the effect of introducing promising local strains of Bacillus namely U41 and U44, and urea addition at concentration 0.25% w/v. The parameter measured was benzene, pH, microbial number, and CO2. The best result was revealed from bioaugmentation of mixture of U41 and U 44. However, that result was not significantly difference with the use of single either strain U41 or U44, respectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan melihat pengaruh pendapatan orang tua, kelompok acuan, dan hasil belajar terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP).Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif dengan populasi yaitu mahasiswa S1 FE UNP yang berjumlah 1349 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yaitu Proposional Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 309 orang mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Pendapatan orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa FE UNP, 2)Kelompok acuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa FE UNP, 3)Hasil belajar ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa FE UNP, 4)Pendapatan orang tua, kelompok acuan, dan hasil belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa FE UNP. This study aimed to measure the influence of social and private cost to learning implementation cost and academic quality of States High School in urban area of West Sumatera province. The population of this study are state high schools in urban areas of West Sumatra. Samples were purposive sampling reduced it to be 32 schools with criteria that had the national exams score for one year and financing by social and individual. The research proved that private and learning implementation cost influence on the academic quality with 0,64 determinant, but social costs are not. This study suggests to use the private cost as one input to improve the quality of academic. Keyword: social cost,private cost,learning implementation cost, academic quality

This research is aimed at finding out how far the influence of being autonomous in studying, descipline in studying, and motivation in get archievement on cheating behavior of economics student in State University of Padang.The type of this research is associative descriptive. The research is done in economics faculty of state university of padang. The population of this research is economics student in State university of Padang about 3.796 student. The sampling which is used 97 student with sratified sampling. The primery data of this research is collected by spreasing out the questionnaires to the sample or rrespondent of this research. The secondary data is the list of the student who can not follow the exam wich h is got by asking it directly to the academic section of Economics Faculty of State University of Padang. The collected data is analiyzed statistically with stripe analysis by using SPSS program version 16.00The result of the student concludes that (1) the autonomous in studying does not influence significantly on cheating behavior with the significances 0,738 > 0,05. (2) the desclipne in studying influences significantly on cheating behavior, with significances 0,021 < 0,05. (3) the motivation to get archievement influences significantly on cheating behavior, with significance 0,020 ,0,05. (4) the discipline in studying influences significantly on motivation to get archivement, with significance is 0,000 < 0,05. (5) the autonomous studying influences significantly on motivation to get archivement, with significance is 0,000 < 0,05.Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded that influence of disclipne in studying and motivation to get archivement are the factors which can give the influence on autonomus in studying, discipline in studying and motivation to get archivement of economics student in State University of Padang. That is why, it is sugggested to the student of economic faculty of state University of Padang to Improve the discipline in studying and motivation to get archievement in order to omit the cheating behavior. This study aims to look at the influence of teachers' motivation and teaching skills of teachers on student learning outcomes. Approach is used in this study is ekplanatif. the number of samples from a population of 276 163 high school teachers in the country town Bukittinggi. Data collection for the motivation to teach teachers and teachers' teaching skills using a scale of twigs, while the student learning outcomes derived from the value that has been documented by the teacher. Data analysis technique using path analysis. Research findings that affect the motivation of teachers to teach students learning outcomes and teaching skills of teachers not significant effect on student learning outcomes. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu wujud pemberdayaan keluarga lanjut usia di Desa Air Tawar Barat Padang. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan agar lanjut usia dapat terus menjalankan fungsi sosialnya dan berperan aktif secara alamiah dalam kehidupan sosial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga dapat memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi keluarga lanjut usia. Dengan melibatkan lansia dalam pelestarian lingkungan melalui penanaman dapur umum dan apotek hidup, keluarga lansia dapat menghasilkan tanaman obat, rempah-rempah dan sayur mayur yang berharga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan kepada keluarga lansia tentang tanaman yang bisa ditanam di pekarangan, baik langsung di tanah maupun menggunakan pollybag. Keluarga lansia dipandu untuk melakukan praktek penanaman langsung, kemudian mengunjungi rumah keluarga lansia untuk melihat pertumbuhan tanaman, kemudian mendiskusikan apakah terdapat kesulitan dalam proses pembibitan, penanaman dan pemeliharaan tanaman sebagai proses evaluasi program ini.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in planning, organization, actuating, and controlling cooperative employees of the Republic of Indonesia as legal entities (comparative study of Senior High School two of Padang and Senior High School seven of Padang). This type of research is a type of comparative research that uses primary data as research. Obtained from a questionnaire filled out by the cooperative members of Senior High School two of Padang and Senior High School seven of Padang. Sampling was done by using proportional random sampling. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. This study shows that there are not the same Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia as a legal entity. In the planning and control variables, there are differences in management, while in the organizing and mobilizing variables, the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia are the same as legal entities.
