Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence compliance with paying personal income tax in Muara Bangkahulu District. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 10,943 taxpayers registered at the Pratama Bengkulu Satu Tax Service Office (KPP) in Muara Bangkahulu District. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The data used is primary data in the form of respondents' answers and processed using SPSS 25.The results of this research show that knowledge about taxes, service quality, legal awareness, and government efforts to increase compliance with paying taxes have a significant effect on compliance with paying income tax in Muara Bangkahulu District. This shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (39.020 > 2.46) with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the quality of service and customer’s satisfaction regarding customer’s loyalty for pharmaceutical products at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu. The research method used was quantitative, the sample in this study was 88 customers who purchased pharmaceutical products at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the regression equation are Y = 13.225 + 0.318X1 + 0.385X2 + 3.881, meaning that service quality and customer’s satisfaction have an influence on customer’s loyalty at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu. The determination test result is 0.396, meaning that service quality and customer’s satisfaction have an effect on employee customer’s loyalty at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu by 39.6%, while the remaining 60.4% is explained or influenced by other variables that were not studied. Service quality and customer’s satisfaction together. has the same effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu, because the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Customer’s satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia Branch of Bengkulu, with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Increased competitive pressure, accelerated technological change, and changes in demographic structure. Growing awareness and recognition of the increasingly important role of human resources in an organization. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing.The results of multiple linear regression have the equation Y= 27.384-0.439 X1+0.156 X2+2.292 because the direction of the regression is positive, which means that if role conflict and work stress increase, turnover intentions will also increase. Role conflict is more influential than work stress, there is turnover intention because the role conflict regression value is -0.439 which is greater than the work stress regression value. Role conflict has a negative effect on turnover instruction, this is proven by the results of the t test showing t count > t table (-5.903 > 1.976) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover, this is proven by the results of the t test showing tcount > ttable (3.128 > 1.976) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Role conflict and work stress have a joint and significant effect on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency, this is proven by the f test which shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (19.697 > 3.91) with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Banks are companies where people borrow and save money. With banks, human resources must be more professional in managing finances. Human resources are the people who design and formulate all organizational strategies and goals. Without people who have expertise or competence, it is impossible for an organization to achieve its goals. The sample in this research was all BRI Manna Branch Employees, South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 67 people. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation: Y = 10.904 + 0.334 X1 + 0.423 at BRI Manna Branch, South Bengkulu Regency The value of the coefficient of determination using SPSS 23.00 can be seen from the coefficient of determination from R square of 0.662. This means that the Leadership value (X1) and Work Facilities value (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) by 66.2.0% while the remaining 33.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially leadership and work facilities have a significant influence on employee performance at BRI Manna Branch, South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the f test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that leadership and work facilities have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at BRI Manna Branch, South Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

making bricks is a small business engaged in the building materials industry. The challenge that must be faced is how to increase product sales and introduce Batu Bata to the community. Therefore, a community service program with the title "Marketing Strategy of "Batu Bata" in Sidomulyo Village, Bengkulu City" was conducted to assist business managers in designing marketing strategies that are in accordance with the characteristics of their business. This program aims to increase product sales and introduce bricks to the community. The implementation of marketing strategies is carried out with several steps, such as creating a brand identity for the Batu Bata business, using social media as a means of promotion, and developing a distribution network. Brand identity is made to introduce Batu Bata more clearly and present among building raw materials, while the use of social media is done so that consumers easily recognize and remember the good use of sturdier bricks. Distribution network development is carried out to expand market share and expand product reach to consumers. From the evaluation results, the community service program with the title "Marketing Strategy for Bricks in Sidomulyo Village, Bengkulu City" succeeded in having a positive impact on the continuity of the MSME business. The implementation of the right marketing strategy has succeeded in increasing the number of product sales and increasing awareness of Batu Bata in the community. In addition, this program also helps MSMEs to expand distribution networks and optimize the use of social media as a means of promotion. Thus, the implementation of effective marketing strategies can be a solution for MSMEs in facing increasingly competitive market competition.
