Abstract

The study of the currently developing mode of thought of Islam (Mode of Thought), which is then known as contemporary Islamic thought, through an investigation of the logic and reasoning that has a role behind this thought. With regard to attitudes toward the emergence of modernism, liberalism, traditionalism, fundamentalism, cultural Islam, and structural Islam in general, the main problems of contemporary Islamic thought. The method used in this research is literature study, which tries to reveal by analyzing textually and contextually. Textual analysis is carried out using several interpretations and relevant journals, while contextual analysis is the author's understanding so as to form a complete understanding The results of the discussion can be described as follows The growth of contemporary modes of Islamic thought in order to straighten out the real meaning related to the existence of terms because these trends and modes of thought cannot escape from the dynamics of thought in the last four to five decades. We can see the defeat of science and technology, even the defeat of civilization during the defeat of Arab Islamic politics in 1967. Concern for cultural heritage, traditions, or turrets has created a new awareness so that it can be transformed into the present so that it remains current and can solve contemporary problems. Likewise, science and technology born of modernity are sought to be utilized for progress and solving contemporary problems. So the mode of contemporary Islamic thought generally makes epistemology, reason, 'aqal, book or paradigm as the basis for the growth and development of science and tradition as the object of their thought. This shows that tradition and modernity are historical, not natural

Abstract

Differentiated learning activities prioritize the willingness and comfort of students. With the implementation of differentiated learning through the independent curriculum, it is hoped that the education system will be able to produce students who think critically, creatively, and innovatively so that they can work in teams and compete in the 4.0 era towards the 5.0 revolution. Differentiated Learning Activities to adjust students' learning interests in the learning process. Learners are free to choose and express ideas and information that match their interests in the learning process. This diversity of learning interests is one of the important elements that educators need to observe so that the needs of individual learners will be met and produce high learning outcome goals through this differentiated learning activity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. This method not only illustrates events that have occurred but also analyzes the meaning of the phenomena that occur so that it rests on a complete understanding. The types of data analysis used are Data reduction, Data display, and Conclusion/verification. Triangulation of participants, member checking, and extended observation were carried out to check the validity of the data. After the application of differentiated learning activities, it is known what are the challenges and obstacles to differentiated learning activities at SMAN 7 Binjai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of children's education in the Qur'an through the study of thematic interpretation approaches. The terms of children's education discussed are the words tarbiyah and ta'lim. Researchers try to analyze this study with the help of thematic interpretation (maudhu'i) by searching for verses relevant to education. This research is a qualitative type with a library research method. The results of this study indicate that the concept of education for children in terms of tarbiyah and ta'lim is a procedure for developing, maintaining, and fostering children in order to provide scientific readiness and skills for students. This is intended so that the child has a complete and noble personality, and is able to carry out the mandate as a caliph and servant of Allah on earth.

Abstract

The science of kalam is a fundamental study that must be taught to children from the ground up. Of course, the teaching in question is adjusted to the phase or stage of the child's development. This study aims to analyze the implications of studying the flow of kalam and its ideology for children. The research method used is qualitative research with literature study method. sources of information and analysis efforts using scientific data based on literature or up-to-date references, including articles, books, proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). The results of this study indicate that studying kalam and its ideology is not a taboo for children. Because, the more children know the Almighty God according to their developmental phase, the more children will reflect the noble character from an elementary age. This is reflected in the attitudes and values of tolerance inherent in children.

Abstract

Science is knowledge or a set of conceptions, principles, laws, and philosophies that are formed through the scientific method (systematic). The systematic method includes a continuous process of observation and experimentation. This study aims to describe the structure of science as a concept of the scientific method. The focus is teaching for elementary age children. This type of research is a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Sources of data and analysis materials based on scientific references from credible pages, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Sinta. The results of this study indicate that the scientific structure in science learning helps children to think systematically and logically in observing and experimenting with nature. Through this research, it is understood that there are 5 (five) elements in educating children about the structure of science as the concept of the scientific method, namely identification of targets, format of statements, variety of statements, main functions, and systematic structures.

Abstract

Economic well-being is a latent problem for teachers in education, so the government is trying to program teacher certification. This study aims to analyze teacher certification as an effort to increase teacher involvement in educating students at the basic Islamic education level. As for this type of research, it includes a qualitative approach with library research methods. Sources of data and study analysis materials use scientific literature, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of teacher certification is expected to increase the ability of teachers which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of education in this country much better. The hope is that after certification, teachers should be able to fulfill the four elements as stated in the teacher and lecturer law article 10 and government regulations regarding national education standards article 28 namely pedagogic, character, professional and social competence.
