Abstract

Asuransi adalah salah satuproduk jasa keuangan yang berkembang di Indonesia seiringdengan tumbuhnya perekonomian nasional. Fungsiasuransi saat ini tidak hanya sebagai media panjamin kesehatan dan keselamatan, lebih dari itu, asuransi berkembang sebagaimedia investasi. Diperlukan kemudahan akses informasi untuk dapat  mendukung optimalisasi berbagai fungsi produk asuransi. Teknologi informasi saat ini dapat berperanbesar dalam mendukungpertukaran informasi antara perusahaan asuransi dengan nasabah ataupun institusi-institusi lain. Meningkatnya keragaman informasi dari berbagaisumber di seluruh belahan duniamenyebabkan kecilnya tingkat relevansi data yangdisajikan sesuai dengan konteks yang diinginkan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam web semantic dapat membantu dalam mengatasi keragaman tersebut. Penelitian inidifokuskan padapengembangan model web semantic dalamupayaoptimalisasi fungsi produkasuransi yangada di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the sensitivity of macroeconomic variables onstock returns of agriculture, mining, manufacturing and finance in Indonesia StockExchange during the period 2008-2010. Independent variable used is the inflation rate,interest rates SBI and the exchange rate of U.S. dollar to rupiah . The dependentvariable used is stocks returns of agriculture, mining, manufacturing and finance. Theresearch method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of researchcan be concluded that: (i) In partially, only SBI variables which affecting the agriculturalsector stock returns. In the mining sector, only SBI and EXCHANGE rate which affectingstock returns. In manufacturing and financial sector is only influenced by EXCHANGErate. (ii) In simultaneously macroeconomic variables could affect the stock returns of allsectors with the highest sensitivity levels in the mining, then agriculture and financialsectors, and the lowest sensitivity level of the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

In uncertain economic like today, research and modeling the inflation rate is considered necessary to provide estimates and predictions of inflation rates in the future. Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy approach is a combination of  Neural Network and Fuzzy Logic. This study aims to describe the movement ofinflation(output variable ) so it can beestimated by observing four Indonesia's macroeconomic data, namely the exchange rate, money supply, interbank interest rates, and the output gap (input variable). Observation period started from the data in 20011 to 20113. After the learning process is complete, fuzzy systems generate 45 fuzzy rules that can define the input-output behavior. The results of this study indicate a fairly high degree of accuracy with an average error rate is 0.5315.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health protocol for the New Normal preparation for the tourism sector in the Ragunan Wildlife Park. This research is a type of research that uses descriptive data through data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used for this writing is qualitative with descriptive data analysis techniques based on the data analysis literature, data reduction, data processing and research conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existence of this pandemic has had a major impact on the tourism sector of the Ragunan Wildlife Park. As a result, many activities cannot be carried out because this pandemic has resulted in the closure of tourist attractions and no income. However, this makes the welfare of the existing animals calmer, living like in real nature without many tourist visits. The existing animals do not lack food or medicine at all because this has received a subsidy from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government of 70% of 100% of which 30% is income from ticket sales. The Ragunan Wildlife Park has established a health protocol that is enforced according to the government's decision, both for tourists and animals and hopes that this pandemic will end quickly and return to normal for the welfare of all.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed habits and made people aware of maintaining hand hygiene using hand sanitizers and maintaining a healthy body indirectly to minimize and prevent transmission of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine and ana­lyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and brand image bought decisions for Dettol hand sanitizer during the Covid-19 pandemic era. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study distributed questionnaires from 100 res­pon­dents who were students year 2018 of the Management Department, Faculty of Eco­no­mics, Gunadarma University in the Kalimalang campus. The sampling method uses pur­po­sive sampling and used the Slovin formula. The results of the research showed that product quality and brand image had an effect on the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizer in the Covid-19 pandemic era, while price perceptions did not affect the decision to purchase Dettol hand sanitizer products and product quality, price perceptions, and brand image had a significant effect to bought decisions for Dettol hand sanitizer in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah kebiasaan dan menyadarkan masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan tangan dengan menggunakan hand sanitizer dan menjaga kesehatan tubuh secara tidak langsung untuk meminimalisir dan mencegah tertularnya Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek pada keputusan pembelian produk Dettol hand sanitizer di era pandemi Covid-19. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pe­ne­li­tian ini melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dari 100 responden yaitu mahasiswa angkatan 2018 Ju­rus­an Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Guna­darma kampus Kalimalang. Meto­de pe­­ngambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan memakai rumus Slovin. Hasil pe­­nelitian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek ber­pengaruh pada ke­putusan pembelian produk Dettol hand sanitizer di era pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan per­sep­si harga tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian produk Dettol hand sanitizer serta kua­litas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian pro­duk Dettol hand sanitizer di era pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This study examines how during the Covid-19 pandemic, changes in the work environment and workload have an impact on teacher performance. The scope of the research was conducted on teachers of physics, chemistry, and biology at SMA Negeri Kab. Tangerang, which was accredited A with a population of 123 and obtained 94 samples through the random sampling technique. The data used is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents after testing the quality of the instrument, namely the validity and reliability test. Test the quality of the data using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment 39.7% had a significant impact, the workload 62.7% had a significant impact, as well as the work environment and workload simultaneously 80.9% had a significant impact.

Abstract

Perencanaan Penataan Kampung Tematik Budaya Depok dilatar belakangi adanya keinginan dari masyarakat untuk dapat melestarikan nilai budaya, seni dan bahasa. Dengan keberadaan rumah budaya depok dan dibangunnya tiga bangunan tradisional serta adanya kegiatan budaya dan seni yang dilakukan maka rencana untuk memiliki kawasan wisata budaya depok menjadi faktor utama terlaksananya kegiatan perencanaan penataan kampung tematik di rumah budaya depok. Pelaksanaan perencanaan penataan kampung tematik yang dilaksanakan akan menggunakan pemberdayaan dengan model Community Based Tourism (CBT), dimana bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan merupakan bentuk pendekatan partisipatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi kegiatan, pemetaan lokasi studi dengan drone dan diolah menggunakan ArcGIS dan AutoCAD, melakukan kegiatan wawancara narasumber, melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta perencanaan master plan berupa perencanaan kawasan wisata budaya dan penataan kampung tematik budaya Depok. Kegiatan perencanaan penataan kampung tematik budaya Depok yang direncanakan telah selesai dilaksanakan sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu luaran berupa desain penataan kampung, dan juga luaran ini dapat mewujudkan keinginan dari masyarakat dalam Kumpulan Orang-Orang Depok (KOOD).

Bonjor Sugar is one of the typical preparations from the Gunung Padang Cultural Heritage Site in Karyamukti Village, one of the managers of the Bonjor Sugar Business is Mr. Lukman. As a business that has been running for a long time, Mr. Lukman's business did not test the feasibility of the business he was running. There are several problems related to accessibility, technology, and limited knowledge of human resources. The purpose of this analysis is to test the feasibility of Mr. Lukman's Bonjor Sugar Business. This research uses a mixed or combination research method where data is obtained based on the results of interviews and observations. The results obtained are that there are several aspects that have not been fulfilled. Of the 7 aspects analyzed, only financial, economic and social aspects, as well as environmental aspects are considered feasible.

Abstract

Dinobatkannya Desa Wisata Situs Gunung Padang sebagai 50 Desa Wisata terbaik dalam Anugrah Desa Wisata Tahun 2021/2022 program Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf). Sebagai destinasi utama yaitu Objek Wisata Situs Gunung Padang. Maka perlunya meningkatkan promosi dengan cara digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Bulan Mei-Juli Tahun 2022 di Desa Karyamukti, Kecamatan Campaka, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data eksploratif dan Analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa belum meratanya digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh pengelola Objek Wisata Situs Gunung Padang. Sejauh ini, hanya menggunakan media sosial, Facebook adalah media sosial yang digunakan dengan pengikut terbanyak, serta setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan dalam jumlah like, comment dan content yang diunggah. Dengan begitu perlunya pemahaman dan informasi mengenai pengelolaan digital marketing serta pembinaan untuk sumber daya manusianya.
