Abstract

This research aims to (1) Describe the role of teacher role models at SMP IT Mutiara Insani Delanggu (2) Describe the role of teacher role models in student moral training (3) Describe the factors inhibiting teacher role models. This research is field research. The approach used by the author in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The results of the research show that (1) the role of teacher role models at SMP IT Mutiara Insani is very influential on the formation of student morals because morals themselves are a commendable trait that is highly prioritized in schools (2) teacher role models in student moral training are influential and can have a positive effect on development students (3) factors inhibiting teacher role models, namely the lack of totality in providing moral training to students, parents at home in giving direction to their children, social factors and environmental factors which are very influential in forming good character.

Abstract

General elections have become a global phenomenon. Elections are the best way to ensure a peaceful transition of power. Election practices throughout the world vary in how they are carried out but remain based on honest, free, fair and peaceful elections. The political year gave rise to conflict between communities and even social strife caused by differences in decisions and opinions between communities, so the aim of this activity is to educate the public about peaceful elections packaged in a national insight workshop. This activity was carried out in Duwet village, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. This activity used the lecture and workshop method or question and answer. In the lecture method, material on national insight will be presented and at the workshop time will be provided for question and answer discussions about national insight. The results of the implementation of community service show that the community increasingly understands the meaning of nationality as an encouragement to welcome the 2024 elections that are honest, free, fair and peaceful, understand the meaning of togetherness, respect each other and respect each other's differences in choices.

Abstract

Studying the Quran is a noble act in the eyes of Allah SWT. However, nowadays, many children, teenagers, and even adults prefer playing over learning the Quran, resulting in a gradual abandonment of Quranic education. Conversely, studying the Quran brings significant advantages and merits compared to other pursuits. Therefore, Quranic education activities have become a focal point of society, particularly for children who represent the future generation. This educational initiative will take place at the Nurul Ummah Quran Education Park in Tunggulsari hamlet, Pojok village, Mojogedang district, Karanganyar regency. The objectives of this activity are: To enhance children's proficiency in reading, writing, and memorizing the Quran correctly; To introduce the Quran to children from an early age; and To foster a comprehensive understanding of Islam. The mentoring will be conducted face-to-face using methods such as lectures, question-and-answer sessions, practice, and storytelling. The mentoring activities will be carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The final outcome of this service demonstrates that Quranic learning support has a positive impact on children's motivation and understanding of the Quran, as well as its benefits in their lives. This is evident through positive changes in children's behavior.
