Abstract

The support or involvement of the husband is very necessary in a mother's psychological development that facing the birth process. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between husband assistancy with anxiety on the laboring mother. This was a crossectional study. Assisted by husband as an independent variable and anxiety during labor as the dependent variable. The study population of all labor mothers in BPS Hj.Amalia Amd.Keb Simogirang, Prambon, Sidoarjo as many as 30 maternal. Samples were taken by concecutive sampling of 24 respondents. Data were collected with a questionnaire and tested with the chi square test and presented in tabular form. Results showed that 13 respondents who are not accompanied her husband there was 1 respondent (4.1%) who did not experience anxiety, 7 respondents (29.1%) had anxiety and 5 being the respondents (20.8%) experienced severe anxiety. The results of mann-whitney test data showed that Z = 2,531, Z table = 0.0288, ρ = 0,015 dan α = 0,05 so that ρ < α then H0 rejected and H1 accepted means there is a relationship between husband assistance with the level of anxiety when faced the labor. Husband assistance will give a good impact on psychological wives so that they can perform labor well, safely and smoothly.The results could be used as additional information and insight for the community about the delivery process so as to enhance the knowledge held by the public, especially the husband that will have children so as to determine appropriate action in the face of labor later.

Abstract

Sulawesi in Indonesia, especially in the south most of the 79.2% were low birth weight in term pregnancies. This is caused by misuse of smoking is often done. Cigarette smoke contains over 4000 chemicals in cigarettes by 20 species of which are carcinogenic and toxic ingredients found in tobacco smoke a lot. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of husband and smokers with low birth weight in Sidoarjo Hospital. This type of research is the use of analytical case-control study design. Independent variable is the husband of smokers and the occurrence of low birth weight is the dependent variable. The study population was all infants born incidence in Sidoarjo District Hospital with a population of 20 and 20 LBW BBLN in a month ie on 23 May-23 June 2012 by using primary and secondary data, the study sample using probability sampling with a purposive sampling, this study used data analysis techniques in a way that the data processing Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating. Chi-square teststatistic (X2) with α = 0.05. From the result showed that a minority with a very heavy smoker category husband of 20 respondents (50%). Minority of respondents in the category of LBW by 20 respondents (50%). Based on the results of statistical tests by using a manual with the chi square test (X2) with α = 5% with 3 dk X2 table value 7,81 which count 8 > 7,81 then the value dk rejected h1 ho accepted means there is a relationship of husband and smokers LBW in Sidoarjo Hospital. The conclusion of the study is affecting your relationship smokers LBW incidence is caused by toxins found in cigarette smoke that causes damage and is carcinogenic. Need for additional information dangers of smoking and secondhand smoke especially for the mother to the fetus health professions in addition to the need for additional education on the dangers of secondhand smoke to pregnant women during ANC visits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung kebijakan moneter (Suku Bunga SBI) terhadap inflasi di Indonesia. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung kebijakan moneter (Suku Bunga SBI) terhadap perekonomian (PDB ADHK) di Indonesaia. 3) Apakah Inflasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara tidak langsung kebijakan moneter (Suku Bunga SBI) terhadap perekonomian (PDB ADHK) melalui Inflasi di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antara variabel bebas (eksogen) terhadap variabel terikat (endogen). Analisis jalur merupakan perluasan dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan suku bunga SBI berpengaruh positif terhadap inflasi, suku bunga SBI berpengaruh negatif terhadap pdb adhk, inflasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pdb adhk di Indonesia. Pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga SBI berpengaruh positif terhadap pdb adhk melalui inflasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, brand trust dan perceived quality terhadap purchase intention pelanggan Meycookies Jember. Penelitian ini termasuk ekploratoris berjenis kausalitas untuk mengukur hubungan atara dua variabel atau lebih. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden pelanggan Meycookies Jember. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh, suatu teknik dalam penentuan sampel apabila seluruh anggota populasi dipakai sebagai sampel. Sampel terdiri dari responden Perempuan maupun laki-laki dan sudah pernah melakukan pembelian di Meycookies jemberi sebanyak lebih dari dua kali pembelian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menjunjukkan bahwa brand image, brand trust dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention pelanggan Meycookies Jember. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelanggan di Meycookies jember sangat memperhatikan merek suatu produk.
