Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact that can be caused by excessive working hours. The method used in conducting this research is qualitative. The data is obtained by going directly to the field and participating directly in all activities (participant observation). Furthermore, this data is adjusted to the existing regulations, namely the Manpower Law No. 13 of 2003. Then it was found that there were excess working hours charged to ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) personnel which could trigger dangerous events in the future. After this research was conducted, a solution was obtained to provide KJK (Excess Working Hours) by existing regulations, changing shift schedules, and adding entertainment or sports facilities.

Abstract

Penyakit saat kehamilan banyak dialami di Indonesia, berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) tahun 2018 terdapat 48.9% ibu hamil mengalami penyakit anemia, 5,6% mengalami ketuban pecah dini, 3,6% mengalami plasenta previa, 48,9% mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum, preeklampsia dan aborsi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosis penyakit saat kehamilan. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chaining dan certainty factor serta menggunakan metode pengembangan Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) dengan tahapan dimulai dari tahap penilaian keadaan, akuisisi pengetahuan, perancangan dan design, pengujian, dokumentasi, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian black box testing dan hasil white box testing yaitu sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik dinyatakan berhasil, lalu hasil uji pakar yaitu sistem sudah sesuai pengetahuan dan penalaran pakar, hasil kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada 30 pengguna diperoleh penilaian dari sisi tampilan 87,67% dan dari sisi manfaat 87,5%.

Abstract

The global Covid-19 outbreak coincided with the release of financial accounts in 2019. Fair value was one of the consequences. The price that would be obtained to transfer an asset or liability in an orderly transaction between market players, as defined by PSAK 68, is fair value. The goal of this research is to find out which companies have a direct impact on PSAK 68 and how companies generate financial reports in line with the Covid-19 situation. This method of research employs qualitative research methods. This type of qualitative research is descriptive in nature and tends to utilize analysis. In this study, document studies are used to examine the financial statements of banking organizations in Indonesia in 2020. According to the findings of this study, PSAK 68 is used in the financial statements of 11 out of 33 banking companies. The Covid-19 pandemic's uncertainty has a significant impact on the disclosure of assessments and inputs, as well as the sensitivity of the assessment to changes in businesses while compiling financial statements.

Abstract

Welfare from an Islamic perspective is the achievement of syara' goals (maqasid sharia). The maintenance of syara' aims is to protect religion (al-din), soul (al-nafs), reason (al-'aql), property (al-mal) and offspring (al-nasl). In achieving the goals of maqasid sharia, it still pays attention to sharia principles, namely the principle of monotheism, the principle of honesty, the principle of trust, the principle of justice and freedom from usury. The purpose of this research is to understand in depth the concept of welfare from an Islamic perspective of the study of traders at Pasar Raya Mekongga using qualitative research, namely looking for meaning, understanding and understanding of a phenomenon, events in human life by being involved directly or indirectly with the setting to be studied, contextual and comprehensive. This study involved traders in Mekongga Raya Market as respondents and were Muslim. The findings of this study are the concept of welfare for traders both physically and mentally, namely the achievement of material and non-material needs while still holding fast to Divine rules in all their life activities. The material obtained is money and capital, while the non-material obtained is moral and spiritual values. The conclusion is that materially and spiritually the traders believe that sustenance from Allah is always abundant so that they are able to maintain the goals of syara (Maqasid Sharia) and ensure the welfare of traders.

Abstract

Jaringan atau sistem pada jaringan komputer yang terhubung menggunakan skema Global Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol Suite (TCP / IP) pertukaran paket yang menyediakan miliaran pengguna yang dikenal di seluruh dunia hanya sebagai jaringan Internet.Salah satu Pondok Pesantren Kebon Kelapa Al – Ma’rifah yang menyediakan akses internet bagi Pengasuh, pembimbing dan pengurus pada lingkungan Pondok Pesantren. Melalui komputer, laptop, notebook, dan Smartphone, civitas Pondok pesantren memiliki akses eksklusif ke bagian nirkabel dari jaringan internet ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sering terjadinya ketidak stabilan saat mengakses internet pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun saat digunakan oleh civitas pondok pesantren sehingga mengakibatkan terhambatnya aktivitas kegiatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui perangkat jaringan mana yang lebih efektif untuk digunakan sehingga saat mengakses jaringan tidak ada lagi gangguan dan proses belajar dan mengajar maupun saat digunakan oleh civitas pondok pesantren lancar tanpa ada hambatan. Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren dengan metode Quality of Service untuk membantu end user (klien) menjadi lebih produktif dengan memastikan bahwa user mendapatkan performansi yang handal dari aplikasi-aplikasi berbasis jaringan. Harapan hasil penilitian ini kinerja jaringan internet di Pondok Pesantren Al – Ma’rifah menjadi lebih baik dan stabil. Sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun kegiatan sehari – hari yang menggunakan jaringan yang dilakukan oleh civitas pondok pesantren menjadi lebih optimal dan efisien. Hasil yang terbaik dari pengambilan nilai rata-rata antara Virtual Access Point dan Real Access Point yaitu untuk yang terbaik Real Access Point dengan nilai throughput 2,349, packet loss 0%, delay 3,047, jitter 3,182.
